I heard something there a day ago.I think this saying really hit me once i heard it; We were once primative in this world, You see something out of the corner of your eye, You choose to think it's a hyena, you run, you live, You choose to think it's just the wind, and your wrong, you die, We are decendants of those who ran, this causes us to believe in things that aren't there I think that this could be a fundamental part in the creation of most religions. What do you think?
I don't see that as being feasible, sorry =/ A theory I heard said that when our sentience started to manifest itself our "conscience" i.e. the voice in our head was completely different to our instinct that had guided us for so long. Perhaps this was seen as the voice of a higher being telling us the smart thing to do? Another theory states that god is simply the imaginary friend that we had as children who never went away xD
nah, i don't agree with it at all. i think those 2 things (the saying and your thoughts about it being a creation on religion) are 2 dots that don't connect.
