I don't agree with 'hottest girl ever' but nice sig. The bottom half is done stupendously, but the top half could, I don't know, have a tiny bit more smudging done over the render. Also, and this might just be me, but I don't really like the overall color, mayber a cooling photo filter would help it out, but not a heavy one. But overall, love it: 9/10
Maek it brighter and add a light scource. Shade it with the burn tool. Also, maybe tone down the sharpness around her neck just a little bit.
It's not bad actually. Try lowering the sharpening and adding a light source. A different hue would do good too. Otherwise, sick vert. GJ
