"My name is Blade. I work in the arts of assassination" Ryo said looking over at the female pirate

 

Mya gave Blade a smile. Nice to meet you Blade. I'm Mya, captain of the Sky Cloud. She took another drink of her beer.

 

"well then are you in need of the service of an assassin?anybody you need dead? I will work for the right price" Blade said hoping to get some business and escape the boredom

 

Rei and her brothers were sitting in a darker part of the bar, but within earshot of other conversations. Rei heard a man offer his assassination abilities and she tightened her grip on her mug. Akuro glanced at her. "Don't, Rei."
"I'm sick of it, Akuro," Rei said to him, then said loud enough for the assassin to hear, "Sick of all these honor-robbed worthless dogs."
Akuro sighed and looked over at Tora. The younger man was idly twirling a knife around his finger, expecting some trouble to start at his sister's words.

 

Blade turned his head over to the direction of the insults he heard. If it wasn't for his eye patch he wold have looked over at the group of three. Suddenly he just grinned "Its good to know that there are those who actually still uphold honor. This world is full of those who could careless about any kind of honor. A weakling like me throws away his honor when he faces those without honor. I respect those with honor" Blade said

 

"And where is the honor in assassination? If you are a true warrior it's something you never throw away, no matter the circumstance. It's not something you can turn on and off at will," Rei shot back at the man.
Still twirling the knife, Tora looked at his brother, grinning. "So...if we get thrown out of this bar, how many does that make now?"
"Lost count after ten," Akuro muttered, watching his sister.

 

"Your right... there is no honor in assassination. I am a weakling who threw honor away. I may regret the path I took at times but unfortunately there is no turning back. That why I respect those with honor" Blade said as he looked over at Rei "now tell me what will you do now with an honorless man in front of you. Will fight me? I will accept your challenge" Blade said with his arms crossed with a calm smile

 

"You may not have any honor, but that does not give me a reason to fight you," Rei responded. "Should you attack me, however, I will defend myself."
Akuro looked up, studying the man. He knew that he would have to step in if the other man decided to start a fight, otherwise Rei would likely get them thrown out.

 

"good answer" Blade said "as much as I like a good fight I will not fight any unnecessary fight" Blade said and closed his eye and continued to sit at his table once more

 

Mya tapped her head. I really don't need an assassination, but I'm glad to add another crew member . She looked over at the other people. Honor? I don't even know what honor means anymore. She stood up and streched her arms and legs.

 

"hmm sounds intriguing...going back to the good old pirate life" Blade said as he looked over at the female captain named Mya. "How about I join your crew? you will not be disappointed with my skills" Blade said

 

"You hold on to a shred of honor, at least," Rei said to the man. "Unlike that fool," she continued, looking at Mya. Akuro stood up, standing over his sister. "Enough is enough Rei, they may not have the same code as us but they're pirates too. If you keep stirring up arguments like this, there's no way we can go home without trouble."
Not paying attention to his brother and sister, Tora said to Mya with a grin, "So...what's your name?

 

Mya smiled at Tora. The name is Mya. Nice meeting you...whoever you are. She looked at Blade. Well as long we have no interruptions, shall we move to my ship?

 

"Mya...pretty name..." Tora said.
A smirk crossed Rei's face. Picking up her sheathed katana, she used the hilt to nudge her brother's chin. "Keep your mouth closed, otouto," she said, resulting in Tora blushing slightly and muttering "Kutabare..." in response.
Rei looked at Mya. "So you're a captain, eh?"

 

Mya nodded and twirled her gun around before placing it back in its holister. Yep. Captain of the Sky Cloud. She scratche her arm.

 

Kate's eyes narrowed, she did not like this. "What are you doing? I do whatever needs to be done. I've lived on the sea all my life and worked up from scrubbing floors to first mate. I know what I'm doing."

 

Dante moved away from her, pacing the deck, "Perhaps you do. But are you going to continue to be his leaning post when trouble for yourself come along?"

The cabin boy stood and moved toward his captian, "Cap'n Leighton, mayhap the lady don't like bein' manhandled like ya usually do. I'mma guessin' she be somebody important to somebody else, Cap'n."

Dante frowned at the boy, "Aye she is, but what would you be doing lurking around the ship at port, master Conny. Have you not a coin to spend on what your heart may desire?" His tone was warm with the boy but still gruff as he narrowed those dark ocean eyes on him.

 

Kate paused, still not entirely comfortable, "What are you suggesting? Where is this going?"

 

Dante shoved the little boy off toward the stairs to below deck and gave Kate a smile, "Ah, forgive me. It seems my tongue gets ahead of my head sometimes. I was mearly stating that a place aboard the Sea Dragon is always open to a bonnie lass like yourself. Though Alistar would surely kill me if I offered you first mate. 'Tis all I'm saying lass."

 

Kate stood for a moment, unsure how to reply. Could she just abandon the crew she had grown up with and depended so much on her? Would they be okay without her? But then she had been restless for weeks an planning on jumping ships anyway. It would be a good chance to learn under a more experience prirate. Yet, his sudden mood swings made her doubt and it would be like a step in the opposite direction. With all these thoughts swirling round her mind, she simply replied, "I-I don't know"
