The Half-Gods

She looked at him feeling so sorry for him, she felt so helpless despite her new found power.

 

He stood up straight as the pain left him. he had strange blue lines down each of his cheeks and his skin was the colour of pure snow.

 

Sylis punched his fist through a roof of a building and griped some wires he then started sending huge volt through the wires over loading everything in the buliding. Sylis watched the humans flee from the buliding and let out a roar from the top.

 

Leah gasped, "Are you okay? I'm so sorry, is there anything I can do?" Leah wasn't sure how to react as he wasn't in pain any more but now he had strage blue lines on his face and he was so pale. In a way he was kind of intreging to her.

 

"No, nothing, this unavoidable" he said kindly.

 

Demetrio saw that mukrew and he went back inside his building he said to himself "what the hell is that thing it sure wasnt human."

 

Vanis had enough of his thoughts and left his seat on a park bench for a cafe near the entrance to the park. After buying a drink he sat on an outside table and thought of where he could go to understand his abilities or if he could find others like himself, he wasn't the type to think of himself as unique.

 

Leah smiled weakly as he said that but she still felt partly responsible for what happened to him. "Well, at least you're okay now" She moved closed to him and hugged him.

Kansu was very annoyed with himself for losing them, he let out a loud roar in fustration. Something was messing with their scent, something or someone else was near.

He smiled. "You take to people easily don't you?"

Bic: Leah sighed, "I wish. It's normally really hard to make friends for me and I don't really fit in with the other kids at my school. I don't know why, but for dome reason I find it easy to talk to you, it's almost as if with you I can just be myself and not have to pretend I'm something, I'm not"

 

" well you know everything about me so you should have to be"

 

She reaised her eyebrows, "Yeah, I guess so. What a difference a day can make, eh?"

 

"yeah, especially a day where you get chased by freaky monsters" he smiled.

 

Leah laughed, "Yeah, and discover you have super powers. Talking of monsters, I don't think that creature is going to forget you in a hurry after what you did. It looked pretty intent on getting us and I doubt it will give up that easy."

 

"Meh...If i keep changing at this rate soon i'll be the monster" he smiled.

 

Leah shook her head and held her hand out to him, "Nah, you'll never be the monster. No-matter what you look like, as long as you've got more humanity and morals than that beast then you'll be fine. No matter how hard things get, never give up hope and I'll always be ready to support you, though no guarentees I'll be much help"

 

"Yeah..." he stood up and unbuttoned the top of his shirt. "Damn, my chest now"

 

Her mind wandered for a second and she smiled as he unbuttoned his shirt in front of her, even if he had really pale skin, scars and was transforming into something, he was still kinda sexy. Her mind suddenly snapped back, "Are you okay?"

He smiled seeing her drift off. "Fine, the bone stuff got bigger" there was a small star shaped area of hard White bone on his chest.
