The Half-Gods

"I can't see, everythings blurry!" She breathed hard trying not to panic, "Maybe something's wrong with my glasses" She slowly took off her glasses and gasped as she looked around.

Kansu snickered and started to move towards his prey.

 

"tell me, can you see anything?"he held onto her arms.

 

"I-I can see everything, perfectly. In so much detail, I don't understand." She glanced down at the glasses in her hands, she could see without them, she could see better than she ever had. She looked at him, she could see every shadow on his pale face. Then, she looked around "It's amazing, I can see so..." She tensed up as she saw something in the crowds coming towards them, her nose wrinkled as she got a wiff of the horrid smell again. She shook her head slowly as she looked towards the crowds but it was she could no longer see it.

 

"what's wrong?did you see something?" he looked at her.

 

She kept looking towards the crowd but rubbed her face, "I saw...I thought I saw, it must have been my imagination, it can't be real. I-I thought I saw this-this creature? It was like a gargoyle with grey wrinkly skin and huge teeth. It was looking directly at me. I must have imagined it, if it was there wouldn't all these people be panicing?" She shook her head and leaned on Takou.

 

He looked around. "We should go somewhere safer" He smiled. "I'm not too fond of crowds either"

 

ooc: woah.. recap please?

 

OOC: Basically just Leah and Takou talking and Kansu (a murew) has begun to go after them

Bic: Leah just nodded shakily, watching the crowds and let herself be led away.

Kansu started to move towards them, he was not going to let them get away but it was fun to play with his food.

 

He placed his hand on her shoulder. "I know a safe place, it's where I used to hide as a kid, I'll just ned to make the entrance hole a little bigger to us in" He lead her away.

 

Leah grabbed his hand and held it tightly, still shaking violently. "Good idea, can we go go there quickly, the sooner the better" Leah looked at him, fear dancing in her eyes. She could still smell the foul smell.

Kansu smiled and gained on the two.

 

Takou frowned. "This way" He led her down an allyway walking even faster.

 

Leah began to run, she had to escape from it. "Can't you smell that?" she asked Takou, tears welling up in her eyes. She had to get out of there.

Kansu smiled as they started to run and quickly overtook them without them noticing.

 

Takou skidded to a holt and hugged Leah close to him.He concentrated his gaze at the creature.

 

Kansu grimaced back, revealing his long sharp teeth. He felt a sharp sting of pain run down his back. He simply cracked his neck and walked slowly towards them.

Leah shook in his arms and without realising it turned invisible. She held him tightly like she would never see him again.

 

Takou's eyes hazed over. So many images of pain were running through his mind.

 

OOC: I'm guessing he's trying to hurt Kansu, what do you want to happen to him? I'll add it on next post.

Leah looked up at him and wispered "Are you okay?" She still hadn't realised he couldn't see her.

Kansu cracked his knuckles, he could see the girl had vanished. He shrugged, this would make things very interesting. He looked curiously at the boy, his eyes had gone strange. He walked quickly towards them.

 

Takou saw Kansu get slashed by some scalples and needles.

 

Kansu's red eyes widened as he saw the needles and scalples rose up off the floor, and flew into him. He clawed them away but many still hit him. Most hurt but didn't penetate his thick grey skin but one scalple sliced through his skin exposing his black blood. He roared in pain causing a single black drop of blood to fall to the ground, burning straight through the weed it landed on, making a thin whisp of smoke. He snarled at the boy, he was going to get pay back.

Leah's invisible eyes widened in terror as she watched Kansu, shaking in Takou's arms.

 

OOC: cool...just how i pictured it..

BIC:

His eyes were still hazey, he just kept seeing Kabsu being hurt, hoping that he would leave them alone.

 

Kansu showed his huge teeth and moved swiftly towards them, anger burning in his eyes. A few more needles and scaples went at him but he simply batted them away. Nothing would stop him getting his prey.

Leah began to panic and shook Takou trying to get him out of his trance, "Wake up! Wake up! We need to get out of here!" She shouted at him, not knowing he wouldn't be able to see her. Her eyes welled up with tears and she desperatly tried to wake him.
