To post videos in the portal, you need to first upload them onto a video sharing site such as YouTube, then go to the Portal and input the URL into the box under 'Submit Media' at the bottom.
Otherwise, you can also post them in the Video Projects section in the Recording and Video Production Studio.

Other than that, read the rules, have fun, make friends, and I hope you enjoy it here ~ feel free to ask if you need any more help.
