Geryl paused smoking and looked. So her name is Odette...... geryl held up the key that he had taken from odette. This is what she was looking for.

 

"One of the Guardian's Keys..." Kyrie looked at it.

 

"She still had a dragon," Enigma said, turning back. "Dragons are supposed to be powerful in this land, aren't they?"

 

Geryl hid the key again and continued to smoke outside. A guardian key......

 

"Every higher-up that works for Ahberask has a dragon. Each with a different element. They're the ones you don't want to pick fights with..."

 

Geryl listened to her intently as he puffed smoke out of his mouth. Different elements....... The one who we fought with, what kind was it?

 

"I have yet to know. I wasn't strong enough to find out." Kyrie bowed her head.

 

Enigma shrugged. "Back in my world, there were things worse than dragons..."

He caught her glance. "Not that dragons aren't powerful, don't get me wrong. I'm just saying that there were things more powerful than dragons...Things even I couldn't beat."

He shrugged uncomfortably. "Don't look at me like that...I'm just relating my world to this one..."

 

lynn awoke"so.. what are these keys for"she was still weak

 

geryl inspected the key. Looks like it leads to something only for guardians, right?

 

"Could be. All I know about them is that they were used to seal Ahberask away centuries ago. Hence Odette wanting it."

 

Geryl hid the key where no one could find it. How many are there? geryl placed another tobacco in his pipe.

 

Xegram soon followed this strange smell that wandered back to an inns backway...

OOC: sorry I'm late, I'm guessing it's night time?

BIC: once Xegram was inside he followed the smell back to the room, where the others were, but only to him he could only hear Kyrie's voice for some reason, he then sat on a windows edge asking in his cat form "These keys....they were used for a certain container to unlock a special power deep within the tablet, back in the room, right?" as he looked at the others.

 

Enigma jumped, then relaxed.

He waited for the answer, thinking of things that he hoped wouldn't happen...

There were things worse than dragons...

 

"I don't know how many there are, or what they can do. All I know is that we need to keep them from the bad guys. It's just one of those things we'll need to find out."

 

"Do you think we'll be able to get our own dragons?" Enigma asked suddenly. "To combat the ones our enemies have?"

 

lynn sat up"it is no longer safe here. so now here to?"

 

Geryl puffed a smoke. I doubt it.

 

Kyrie looked at Enigma, "Good luck. They're rare and practically extinct. Not to mention stubborn. But if you can get one to like you, then take it to your advantage."

 

Enigma shrugged. "Just an idea."
