The Guardians of Ragnarok RPG

Okay, we will begin with a prologue:

Prologue: Ahberask's Return

On the abandoned battlefield, where the war took place ages ago, Ahberask climbed from the ground. Following him, the deadliest creatures you could ever imagine, also rising. Because of centuries of being buried by the tough sands, they all looked skeletal, even Ahberask. To hide his shameful appearance, Ahberask hid his face under a blood-red cloak. Then he let out a hateful roar to the heavens. Looking behind him at another creature, he said in his chilling voice, "Skoll, go with your men to the temple. They will arrive soon..."

Then he climbed onto his dragon and they took to the skies. They had some work to do...

Okay, let's get started!

 

Enigma stood above the battlefield, his black cloak flapping in the wind. The stench of death forced his nose to crinkle.

"I'd thought I'd get away from all of this," Enigma muttered. "But it seems I've walked right into a war zone."

Turning, he marched away from the strange creatures that were popping out of the ground like daisies.

 

A wolf stared at the battlefield, the Temple of the Guardians would be on the other side. Only the true Guardians could cross this desert, regular people were said to just disappear...

If what she heard was true, Kyrie was a Guardian, blessed with special powers. She fearlessly ran across the desert, determined to fulfill her destiny.

 

Enigma didn't know how long he'd been walking.

The desert seemed to swallow everything...but Enigma wouldn't let it swallow him. He walked on, his head high, his dark eyes scanning the horizon.

The sun beat down on his back.

Enigma blinked and stared. A temple had risen in the desert, almost as if by magic.

Shrugging, Enigma walked into it, immediately feeling the drop in temperature.

Water trickled in a small pool nearby, and Enigma ducked his hands and scooped water to his parched lips...

OOC: Just say that your characters are heading towards the temple hitna.

Kyrie walked into the temple. It was decorated with ancient symbols and stories, mostly about the Guardians' bravery. She looked ahead and saw a nearby pool, she trotted over and drank from it.

 

Geryl was on a cliff and already passed the dessert by accident by an explosion from his bomb. THe bomb backfired and made him fly over the desert. Geryl dressed his wounds and walked to a strange temple. This must've been the temple for the guardians to join an dregroup together to stop the powerful destroyer....Geryl walked into the temple to find it empty. Relly, someone should clean this all up. Geryl then began cleaning up the mess. Geryl then saw a wolf drinking from a pool. Huh.....Didn't expect a wolf to cross that bloody desert unless you are the chosen one I believe?

 

lynn was walking around why does this place look familer to me and this is the frist time i saw it? she thought to yourself

 

Kyrie glared at the stranger, then walked deeper into the the damp temple.

Geryl smiled. I wouldn't expect a wolf aka a person can transform into a wolf huh? geryl took a bite of an apple. Especially if you really don't know the true self inside of you. Geryl finished the apple and placed it in his backpack.

 

ooc who is he talking?

 

Kyrie froze. She looked at the stranger curiously. Then she transformed, "Other way around actually." she gave him a strange look and continued walking.

OOC: He's talking to me. If you want to jump in, just interrupt our conversation.

 

OOC: a wolf he knows that it is a person aka Star_seeker.

Geryl smiled again. Just as I thought. A shapeshifter. Geryl then followed her.

 

In the middle of the barren Desert A teenage boy in a black rain coat flickered into existance. With one motion he flipped back the hood that covered his face. and he looked around.

"well, I wonder where I ended up this time..." He said quietly as he looked around. he began walking through the desert lookign for some place with people. soon he came upon a Temple. There were a few people scattered about. Dark waked up and into the Temple, where he saw a boy speaking to a Wolf, that just kept walking away deeper into the strange temple. Then she turned into a "person".

"Hi there, I'm Dark." he said to the boy (Geyrl) and girl as he held out a hand.

 

Kyrie laughed, "Not quite. Just a wolf with a few tricks." she started walking again. She ignored the new person.

 

Geryl shook hands with someone. I'm Geryl. Nice to meet you Dark. Geryl turned to still follow Kyrie. Just a few tricks? Ha! YOu became a wolf and passed the bloody desert that will kill anyone not extraordinary instantly. You must be a guardian, hmmmm?
