I would be claimin' we should be capturing him, since he be on our ship undefended, but since he be under th' white flag I shall claim that he already be captured, along with the rest of his crew, but our brig not be having the room for them all, so they are captured on their own ship.

Aye, but him bein' the Cap'n makes him immune from the rule, and bein' he has a very small crew, there be plenty of room in our brig, but bein' as he's the Cap'n, he be immune to the rule. Insane Troll Logic be illogical. XD
