Meh, Pikachu is kind of a pansy anyways. Seriously, how is he not Lv 100 yet? Ash should train his Pokemon better.

 

I think Pokémon in the anime are all locked to level 50, so it's more a case of EV training and strategy than anything else.

 

You know, that makes sense. And since Ash is all "friendship before rigorous training" Pikachu's EVs probably aren't that great.

 

I think they're maximized, but not well distributed. Pikachu is really good in battle, but there are far strong Pokémon out there. He seems to have a lot in HP I'd say, since he stands back up after just about anything, a bit of speed, but not much else.
But to some degree it's also just dramatized of course.

 

Makes sense. His Def/SpDef can't be too high because he doesn't take hit too well.

 

So I feel really guilty that I missed the holdiays, and so never got our holiday party started. :( Let's just say, I got Sims Three for Christmas and it swallowed my life. But I'm here now, so if you guys want, we can have a Late-Holiday-and-New-Years-party for awhile now. I'll get us started with a gif from Psych: The Musical.
