The five pearls

"clear your head, focus only on flying. I will not give you any wind this time, so you are on your own." Fen Quo sat down a nd silently meditated.

 

"Maybe I don't want to anymore", she said angrily, "Maybe I'm just too annoyed" and stormed off to where Aqua was headed.

 

"Your brother? I'm sorry to hear that" she said bowing her head. She suddently heard a noise behind her. She turned around and screamed.

 

Catherine was still storming when she heard a scream, she ran to the source and stopped dead in her tracks because she saw what Aqua was screaming about.

 

"I just want her to stand up without help so she will be strong." Fen Quo heard a scream and rushed to the scene.

 

The creature that had attacked her was still there. It has long sharp claws and was slightly transparent, like it was made of water. It had a large mouth full of razor sharp teeth and looked as if it had no eyes.

 

Fen Quo saw the creature when he arrived. "Hey, ugly why are you annoying this girl?"

 

" Did you hear that?" Jasmine asked Murphy. " C'mon lets go." She said running towards the scream.

 

Catherine shot at the monster, but it was no good, it went through it, "Drat, the one time these don't work", she said as she heard footsteps behind her.

 

"Right behind you!" he said, following her.

 

The creature didn't seem to hear or notice the others but was focused more on Aqualina. She walked back a few steps then tripped over. The creature saw its oppurtunity and attacked. She raised her arm to protect herself but the creature sunk its long claws into her leg.

 

" Aqualina!!" Jasmine yelled, she ran over and tried to take the thing off of her.

 

The creture began to attack. Fen Quo noticed everyone arriving. "Stay back! This creature is etheral! Anything you do to him will pass right through him, but he can hurt us!" Fen Quo appeared next to Aqualina "Take my hand!" Quo put his hand out.

 

Murphy swung his nunchucks at it.

 

"Aqua", Cathy shouted and ran towards the monster, but it hit her back, she screamed and went straight into a tree.

 

Aqualina wasn't responding, and her leg was bleeding badly. It was like she had fainted, exept that her eyes were open, and she began to sweat and shake violently.

 

Jasmine took a couple steps back and tried to lift it into the air, because it looked like it was made from water. But it wouldn't budge.

 

He grabbed it's arm and pulled it's claws out of her leg. He took off his headband and wrapped it around her wound.

 

Aqualina's shaking had reduced to a shiver but she was still dripping in cold sweat.

 

Fen Quo created a wind barrier around them all "We need to get out of here, shes hurt her leg badly!"
