Right..so i was sitting on my ass playing spider man 2 one day. I turned my PS2 off and switched on the sky box to watch sonic x. I got halfway through the episode when the adverts began to come up. I was like "ugh..****ing adverts..i hate them" after the next advert , I heard some beautiful ****ing music. I almost jizzed. I turned around to see goofy and donald and some spiky haired kid with black clothes. And i was like.."HOLY ****" i watched the advert and when it ended..it almost brought tears to my eyes..i was like "omg... i'm gonna so love this game.." at that exact moment , my mom came in saying if i wanted to go to the game shop to rent out a game. and i was like "**** YES!!!!" so we went down the road , and i came to find it lying there on the shelf. The last unrented copy. someone else was about to go for it but i struck to quickly and grabbed it , looking it up and down and clinging to the cover as i saw the 3 disney characters , donald goofy and mickey. and the other 4 characters unknown to me. I rented it out. and played it. I was enjoying it so much , but alas only got to the 6th day when it was to be returned. But the first time i got it i went to my friends house to play it. So only minuites after returning it. My mom dropped me off at zein's house. (my friend) and left without me knowing. Only an hour later my mom returned. with a gamestation bag..i could almost cry. even though i could not see it. I knew what it was. I could sense it. My mom held it to me and i keeled down , taking the plastic silver bag from her hands. and slowly sliding out the beautiful cover i had laid eyes on in the rental shop. I had it..and i didn't even have to beg my mom for the game. she bought it me herself..i could almost cry , i swear i was so happy that day. I posted this for no reason to be honest..I just felt like sharing with you all how I found out and got Kingdom hearts 2. xD
Ahh, fun times. I remember the day I found out about the game, it was about 5 years ago at the start of October 2007. I didn't know what I wanted for my birthday and as I was watching TV, some form of childrens show I think xD this advert came on, I was like "ahh, new game.... great." I liked the music though, however when the tiny scene of Scar and Mufasa popped up I was hooked. I just had to get the game. I got it along with the official guide for my birthday and that day changed my life, played it so many times since.
Did anybody else ever play KH2 before KH1 as well? :O @Enzy The same for me , ever since i played Kingdom hearts 2 it's like i was changed...reborn xD
Brought a tear to me eye. I beat the second one first, still haven't beaten the first one. Does that count?
That's quite a 'Fate' story. It's the one game i've obsesse dover to the point of responding in a physiological manner. Wait, you haven't beaten the first yet for what reason Difficulty or lack of interest? Don't think i'll ever beat Sephiroth in KH1 though, the only bit og the KH games that have defeated me are the optinoal tough bosses.
