The Final War, Light Vs Dark

"So, another ally joins us..." R whispered to himself. "Follow me." Said the heartless as he opened a corridor of darkness to the hall of castle oblivion. As he saw the fight, it was clear who was winning and who was losing. "Well? What do you make of them?" R said to his apprentice. ​

 

Spine took Louvel's hand and was pulled back onto his feet "I remember trying to tap into your keyblade so I could summon something else. Did you bring me to this tower?" asked Spine as he let go of Louvel's hand and looked around the room he was in.

Oda walked through the Portal but ran between Sapphire and Xross to stop the fighting. He got out his harmonica and started to play You know better than I. He attached a message to the tune for R to hear "Let me spar against this girl to show you what I've got"

"It would seem Oda would like to be Sapphire's next opponent." R said, taking out a hi-potion to help her recover. "Do you agree?" He asked the darkness enthralled girl. "In the meantime, I'd like to witness how strong Xross is myself. I'll spar with him." ​

 

Oda held his harmonica in his left hand while he brought out his sword with his right and pointed it at Sapphire. He began to play let me rest in peace on his harmonica with his eyes closed.

"You brought me to this tower along with other keyblade users?" asked Spine as he paused for a moment "Problem is I don't have a keyblade"
But once that was said Spine's mind drifted into question mode "But tell me how did you awaken me? I felt lost inside my own mind. How did you get your keyblade? Do you know how I can claim a keyblade? How many other wielders are there here? And why did you bring me here anyway?" asked Spine wanting to know every single answer fully.

 

Xross nodded at R request, and got himself ready. Just by looking at him, he knew that he would actually have to that this seriously. While he did hate putting too much effort into fights, there were situations were he knew that being a trickster wouldn't work.

R stared at Xross with a blank expression as darkness dripped down his arm. It shaped itself into a simple longsword in his hand. Without warning, R sprinted at Xross, leaping into the air about seven feet away. "Dark spear" He called out the name of the attack, and in unison with it, a dark red and black javelin appeared next to him and lunged itself at Xross. R fought almost entirely reliant on the darkness. He had control over it to the point he could give it physical form and mold it into various shapes. Of course this wasn't unheard of, Dark Firaga was a simple form of such an art. It was just that most had never put enough thought and effort into it to master it to this degree. ​

 

Xross responded to his attack by splitting into two forms. The one composed of darkness took the attack, leaving the real one to attack with a triple firaga magic. Even if this plan didn't work, he already had a back up plan waiting to be executed..

 

Oda blocked Sapphire's sword with his own while he continued to play on. He then forced her back using his sword and jumped back as he kept his eyes closed.

Spine was pleased with some of the answers but the first one caused him to ask another question, "If you entered my mind what did you see?" asked Spine wondering of Louvel's experiences.

 

Kel soon made it back to where Louvel and the King were at. "Good, I see you got him up." Kel said, referring to Spine. Hopefully he was filled in while they were down checking on the source of the darkness.

R reacted quickly to the triple firaga, within a split second of the casting, he opened a dark corridor beneath himself and cast a low level gravity spell on himself to pull him to the floor faster. The corridor let out directly behind Xross, where R let loose a dark firaga at his back. ​

 

The Tune Oda was playing changed to You're only second rate as Oda's eyes remained closed and he did a Back flip dodging both the Dagger and the sword slash. That that moment Oda swung his sword to strike Sapphire from the side where she did not have her sword.

"You saw my uncle Dilan? and my parents?" said Spine seeming slight mournful but he quickly snapped out of it as Louvel mentioned a mission.

 

"Yeah." Kel replied.

Xross took the full brute of the firaga, but it didn't from swing his keyblade at R. Hopefully if he was too preoccupied with blocking this attack, than he would notice his other hand preparing to cast a spell.

 

Spine got onto his feet but still not fully recovered but steady. "Lets get going then and on the way maybe you could help me unlock my own keyblade" said Spine to Louvel.

Oda kept his eyes closed but put his sword away, He walked over to Kaya opened his eyes and looked deep into hers. She should be able to tell Oda had named Sapphire as beaten meaning he had no more reason to face her.

 

Faust gave no further words to the young man; he didn't want to have recant any tales over again when he arrived amongst the boy's friends. He remained silent, amusing himself with whatever manner of dark humor his mind saw humorous as he followed back up to the top of the tower. The boy seemed to have forgotten about him completely, judging by the fact that he said nothing to draw Faust to the others' attention.

Faust didn't mind though. He slipped into the top room of the tower behind his 'guide' and sulked back into a discrete space and watched the events unfold before him. Another young man had just woken up, given the look of him. The other, who seemed to be more alert than his companion, was another Faust recognized from the underground back in town; it was the same one he had seen fighting the harmonica man.

Could these have really been the people Faust's contract had to be with? It seemed likely. They were the only denizens of light running around Twilight Town and they were preparing to make a move against the Darkness. Faust launched himself away from his comfortable wallflower position. "Well then, you'll be needing some expert assistance no doubt!" he chimed. "Neverland can be a rough place..." He fell into a courtly bow and made a quick introduction. "Faust Baneheart, Soldier of Fortune. Your friend there said you were all up here, so I couldn't help but follow his lead."​

As R raised his sword to block the swing, he noticed Oda had declared Sapphire defeated. He decided to end this quickly to minimize the amount of hell given to her from Kaya. "Come Guardian" as he said that, a large black creature came up from his shadow, similar to what Ansem used. It took a stance, ready to block or counter whatever Xross through at him. ​

"Heartless eh? Hopefully there's something big there." He said, full of self confidence. "i'm ready whenever everyone else is."
