The Final War, Light Vs Dark

Kross had finally recovered heaving, straightening up and glancing around. He had recognized this area, the area that the Master had told him about. In legends past, a war was fought here to claim a special light known as Kingdom Hearts. He closed his eyes, the eerie silence was peace to him. Almost automatonically, he leveled a hand up, his Odin keyblade appearing in his hand, sticking straight up with the little multicolored rose keychain dangling idly in the wind."...Friends through time again.."He whispered, his voice carrying into the wind. He began his stroll.

 

"Well, what I wanted to ask, was if you would wanna be my gal when you got older. I mean, right now, you're still a kid, ya know?" he asked her. Indeed those same thoughts as her crossed his mind, but he knew they were way too young for more than just dating first. Of course, he shook his head of that. Nodding in agreement to her statement, he gathered himself and dusted off. "We really should get going now. Don't want to keep anybody waiting, yeah?" he summoned his keyglider and armor. Sitting on it, he left room in front for Dawn to sit.

Ananta scoffed at Caleb. He had every right to be wary and mad at her. But to protect an enemy? Even if he helped Caleb, he was probably doing it just for himself anyway. "You do know that he may have just used a shield for himself and not you, right?" she stated. Caleb was being thick now, and this wasn't good. Looking at Beuce, she saw him run towards a battle with a dude in a super form. Scowling, she chased after him. "Beuce, you idiot!" she yelled.

In the time that Gexln had spent rolling away, Kel had already prepared and sent a bigger version of his modified blizzarga at him. This one being much bigger and slightly faster. He wasn't expecting the attack to finish this fight, but at the same time he knew that he wouldn't be dodge this one.

Gexln saw the Blizzaga coming, and immediately his first thought was to make another Dark Firaga, to try and counter the attack like he did the first one, but due to the size of the Blizzaga itself he knew it probably wouldn't work. The next plan came quickly; simply dodge out of the way. Though, the Blizzaga was coming at him with a speed that would make it extremely difficult to avoid it. Although, if he used a certain method, maybe it would work.

Gexln decided to create a dark corridor behind himself. The first one opened up directly behind him, the exit came out right near the canyon. His logic was simple; maybe if he created it behind him Kel wouldn't notice, but it would only work if he avoided the Blizzaga at the last second. If he did it right, he would wind up with the Blizzaga shooting out at the canyon, and then he could open another one and chain it so that it hit Kel in the back. It sounded simple enou-

WHAM!

The Blizzaga hit Gexln square in the chest, knocking him into his own dark corridor and rolling out onto the ground right near a terrifying drop over a cliff. Gexln's plan had failed horribly due to overplanning, and now the Nobody tasted blood. The Blizzaga had hit hard, but Gexln could keep going, and he would; up until the very last breath left his body.

Caleb looked at Enox once again now. The temptation to free him of the chains was growing. He caved. In less than a second, Caleb had summoned his keyblade and slashed away the chains that bound Enox to the ground. "I can't let you go, you did still try to kill innocent people, but that's no need to chain you up like an animal" he stated. He kept the keyblade trained on Enox, ready to make a move if he had to, but he genuinely hoped it didn't come to that.

Juliet blocked the strike with her keyblade, and then stopped for a brief moment. "Get you on the ground? If you're not on the ground, what are you standing on?"she mocked. She didn't hesitate for very long, however, as she came at Sabell once again with a swing of the keyblade aimed at Sabell's torso.

 

He circled around the group without a care. His trance went to Dusk as he gave his glare. "Which one which one. Definitely it is her son. A personality to which of light, yet bears the name of killer night." One said in rhyme showing Eric that this was the boy who drew the line.

Dusk merely stared at the newcomers in confusion. However, he could tell one thing, the child had a very eerie feel to him. He grabbed onto Xepphira's arm. "Stay close... This Heartless child is giving me a bad vibe."

"Shut up you little pimple. This matter is not so simple. Yes this boy killed your sister. Better kill him, mister." He phased back behind Eric, showing a demonic grin toward the boy and girl."


Marriage... The thought was a wild one. Her mind flew off again as the idea continued to awaken in her mind. She wanted that more than anything. And the only person she could imagine spending that life with was Anta himself. After realizing she was stalling, she grabbed Anta's hand and sat in front of him on the glider, getting prepared for the ascend back up.

 

He found not a soul in his graveyard, not his allies, not even his enemies. He looked at his keyblade, eyes narrowed and then closed them."I hope I still remember how to do this.."He trailed off, reaching for a dark blue armor piece on his left forearm. A Shining light shone around him, and when it faded, it revealed him in a set of armor with a blue and brown color scheme, two prongs looking like inverted horns on his helmet. He breathed in, good, his armor was still there. He threw his keyblade behind him, the keyblade flashing a moment before transforming into his rider. The rider faithfully came to him and he jumped on it, seating himself and leaned forward, blasting up. A portal appeared infront of him and he zoomed through, disappearing into outer space.

Sabell saw the Keyblade being swung at her, she then blocked the attack with her swords, locking the Keyblade in place between them. Sabell gave Juliet a smirk, "Let me ask you something.." she said. Sabell held the swords in place keeping the Keyblade from moving, "What is your purpose for fighting here? Surely it can't only be because your father is here, is it?"

 

As Gexln was falling, Xindai didn't even glance over from his fight. His powers told him exactly what was going on. He reached out a mental "hand" and grabbed the nobody, saving him from an untimely death. He shot a glare that could have pierced steel and sent him a telepathic message.
"I've had to save you, don't make me do it again. You saw from Valinton what happens to failures. Now, prove you're worth my help."
The dark creator said coldly. His gaze returned to Lysa. "You're quite capable. You'd be of so much better use at my side. I could even help you with what you seek...to rescue someone who's lost their heart from the clutches of the dark." He offered.


The heartless once again summoned his air-taking blade. It clashed against the holy sword. The steel resonated, sending sound across the canyon. His glance caught the second keyblade coming for him, but it was too late to counter. The blade struck underneath his rib. He groaned and flew backwards. Touching the wound, he felt a cold liquid. Fluid darkness. "You've done well. The light should be proud of its champion." He held his head down. Words from his past replaying in his mind.
"Our world is doomed. It'll never return. If our paradise is lost, then it's up to you to make a new one..."
He rose his head, facing Louvel. "To save the future, i must call on a foe from my past...How ironic..." He whispered to himself.
"DImmension Link: The World's Nobody...I"
The dark blood pouring out of his wound started to thin, then turned a bright shade of white. The red in his irises turned a similar hue. A splash of white shot through his dark wings like cracks through glass. His presence changed. It was no longer...dark exactly. He wasn't light or dark anymore, but something between.

"Hold on tight!" Anta spoke, revving the bikeglider, and zooming out of the small cave they were in to ascend the wall of the cliff. Anta was riding the glider fine but he imagined that Dawn wasn't so used to it. She may even just have fallen back into him. Looking forward, the frail light was beaming down from the exit. Flying out the exit, Anta landed the glider near Caleb and witnessed him cutting the chains.

"Whatever you're doing, it won't end very well, dude. That guy is bad!" he yelled out to Caleb.

 

"Oh no oh no oh no, You would contradict yourself and sink so low. Harm the one who helped you; even protect the one who killed your beloved Karina too." He sighed as his legs completely emerged out of the ground this time. His eyes began to glow red and an evil grin surfaced. "Looks like you ruined my fun. Time for you to die for I am One." He readied himself to attack. The one thing Eon's heartless had that Eon himself didn't was strength. In fact, his offense and defense were the exact opposite of Eon's.

One charged and was about to hit Eric, however he vanished instantly before making contact. He appeared behind Dusk and grabbed him. "Come closer to me, this child will no longer be."

Dusk struggled to get free, but the grip was too strong. "Coward! Let me go!"


Dawn looked at Caleb, confused about the events that must have occurred while her and Anta were down below. "He shouldn't be freed. He is evil... even if he is my father..." Her voice went from a shout to a sudden mumbled of sadness. She knew he needed to be sealed, but... there was still the feeling of conflict.

Within the arguing, Enox's eyes opened to witness himself tied down and nearly impaled to a magic cross. "Well this is quite the annoyance." He spoke out not realizing the people around him. His head moved to see Caleb beginning to free him. "Ah you, my apprentice. Good, free me."

"He's... awake!" Dawn said in shock. "You cant free him. Please listen to me!"

 

Kross leaned forward, his eyes sharpened as he saw one world ahead of him, the green forestry was something he definitely recognized. The Land of Dragons, a floral world filled with green and blue. He sped up, going through a portal that he made outside of the world, landing safely and jumped from his glider, his armor vanishing as he landed elegantly, standing up straight as he caught his keyblade and glanced around, cautiously walking through the forest.

 

Skidding to a halt in the midst of running towards Beuce and Louvel, Ananta looked to see Dusk grabbed by a mad man. Not knowing what to do, she walked over slowly. However, a spark shocked through her as she turned around quickly to see Caleb was removing Enox's chains. Fire burned in her eyes as she began to run towards Caleb and Enox again. Passing by Anta and Dawn, she spoke to them. "Go towards Dusk. Now. I'll take care of the idiot and Enox." she spat venomously towards the nobody and idiot.

Anta nodded, now noticing the conflict in the other direction. Readjusting the bikeglider, he whispered to Dawn "Hold tight, this is gonna be fast." Zooming towards the evil creature gripping onto Dusk. Getting closer, he reached a hand down, ready to grab Dusk out of the clutches of the creature. "I'm gonna grab Dusk as soon as we get close enough, okay?" he spoke to Dawn.

Screeching to a stop, Ananta stood angrily over the two. Her keyblade focused on Enox as the chains began to appear again, reforming and attempting to tie the nobody down. Her eyes focused on Caleb. "I told you not to untie this. I understand he saved you, but that DOESN'T MEAN HE DESERVES YOUR PITY." she screamed at him, her teeth pointed and bared towards Caleb. Her pupils became smaller the angrier she became.

Lysa coughs and uses her powers to spin away to a slightly safer distance, her ribs and spine aching from the vicious hand-to-hand blows she had been dealt, "and how do I know I can trust you?" she asks, both wary and intrigued by the offer, there was no doubt in her mind that Xindai could kill her whenever he wished, it was more like he was toying with her.

Gexln paused slightly. So it wasn't sheer luck that had prevented him from falling over the edge, it was Xindai. I didn't even need saving, I would have been fine Gexln scoffed mentally. "I'm a psycopathic saint, and i've had to save you, don't make me do it again because obviously you can be replaced" Gexln mocked in a slightly raised pitch, knowing full well that Xindai would hear the words in his mind before he even spoke them.

Seeing that Kel hadn't followed him through the dark corridor, Gexln faced a decision; either he could go back through and try to get Kel through the dark corridor and to the cliff, or he could run off into the sunset and live a long and happy life. Gexln raised his hand and slapped himself across the face. "The sounded far too gay, what the hell is wrong with me? A long and happy life? Booooring" he said to himself. Without another moment's hesitation, he leapt back into the dark corridor and landed a short distance away from Kel. "Alright Kel, you're comin with me whether you like it or not" he demanded.

 

Kel didn't know what to think when Gexln fell through his own portal. One thing was for certain though, he wasn't surprised that Gexln pulled something like that, especially since he was nobody of Glen. He was about to walk away when he heard someone call out to him. Turning around, he saw that it was Gexln stepping out of his own portal. "Well, at least you didn't turn tail and run like I thought you did." Kel replied. He had no idea what was behind that portal, but figured that he could handle it. Beside if it came to it, he had a few more aces up his sleeves.

 

Gexln shrugged his shoulders. "I don't run from a battle" Gexln replied truthfully. That was all the conversing that he was planning on doing, however, as he rushed forward with Darkness' Sorrow in hand. Within seconds a dark purple aura began glowing around Gexln's blade as he swung it in a wide arc still a few feet away from Kel. He continued this motion, beginning to spin faster and faster until he had spun about five times, before he leapt into the air and came slamming down overhead with a vicious dark slam from the Nobody.


If Ananta and Anta had expected Caleb to stop what he was doing, they were sorely mistaken. He had cut the chains once, reapplying them wouldn't change his decision in the slightest. With one swift strike, the boy cut the chains that bound Enox once more. He didn't look at Ananta as he did so, focusing his attention instead on Enox. "And he does not have it. I don't pity this man, I don't owe him anything, but nobody deserves to be chained up like some animal. I may have been through a bit today, but I am more than capable of stopping him should he try to escape, I assure you" Caleb responded. He held his keyblade at his side, simply hanging there for a moment. "You may get as annoyed with me as you like, but my decision is final" he added, hoping that it would help his argument, though he doubted it.


Juliet's expression became deadly serious at Sabell's question. "I didn't even know my father was here. It wasn't my father that drew me here, it was my mother. She's gone now, so it's up to me to keep my dad in check. And as much as I hate to say it, that means keeping her" Juliet shot a glare at Xero as she spoke, "alive" she explained. Juliet then twisted her keyblade around, before violently jerking it towards the opposite side and knocking it free of Sabell. "Now, enough about me. Why are you here?" the girl asked, as she swung her fist with all her might and punched Sabell with enough force that she knocked her opponent onto the ground.

Juliet took a few steps back and glanced once more at Xero. She didn't like Xero, but she had to protect her. Despite her father being a slight psychopath, and being horribly gruesome with his methods sometimes, he was still her father, and the loss of Kaxar had clearly caused Gexln emotional trauma, who knew what the loss of another person close to him would do? While the child-like part of her wanted to see him suffer, to feel pain as she had, Juliet knew there would be no gain from such a thing.​

Sabell chuckled at the question repeated to her from Juliet, "I'm here because I was looking to search and destroy this war." She gave Sabell a smirk and suddenly saw her fist come toward her face. It cought her completely off guard and knocked her back onto the ground.

Xero just stood there staring at Sabell with wide eyes. This is it! This was her chance! Would she even do something like this to her sister? COULD she ever kill her own sibling? After what Sabell has done, Xero still couldn't find the strength to do it. Xero looked at Sabell with watery eyes and frustration. She stopped the charging of the attack and just looked at her scythe. Xero shut her eyes tightly as she threw the weapon to the ground with a loud clang from the metal and a shout of anger.

Xero fell to her knees and stared at the ground as tears fell from her eyes and gritted her teeth. Sabell had been right all those years, she was weak for not having the strength to kill a sibling after what they had done. Xero hit the ground with her fist as she shouted in anger, a small bit of darkness erupted from her fist as she did.

"I... I can't do it..." She said quietly to herself.

Valinton looked over to where Xindai was and glared for a moment. Soon he will confront him, and defeat him. He looked back over to Kaya and put a hand on her shoulder, "It's okay. I know what its like to lose something and not know how to save it..." He looked to the side with sadness in his eyes as he remembered what he had lost.

 

One was slashed back by the nobody girl, forcing him to let go of Dusk who conveniently was grabbed by Dawn thanks to Anta flying over. One glared at them as well as hissed. He merged back into the ground, pushing forward towards Xepphiras. His arms extended out of the ground, pulling her in to her waste, and leaving her stuck in the earth. He popped back out staring down Eric. "That problem is done. And now I have lost my daughter and son. Where oh where could they be now? This annoyance I will not allow!" He once again charged at Eric, his fists ready to hit him this time.

Dawn held Dusk in her hand as she jumped off the glider to make sure they wouldn't all crash from the wight imbalance. "Dusk, Dusk, are you okay?"
He shook his head rapidly and shrugged off the strange aura that was almost implanted in him. "Yeah... I'm alright. Thanks to you, Anta, and that girl Xepphiras."
"Who exactly was that kid that had you pinned down?"
"He didn't have me pinned down! I had him right where I wanted him."
"Right... sure..."
"Anyway, his name is One. He's our father's Heartless apparently. That isn't what's the most surprising thing though. When he grabbed me, I could sense his desire to-"
"Hold that thought, we got to go and help them!" She signaled up to Anta and headed toward One and the others.
"That's just like you... not even listening to me when this is important. Sigh" He ran off after her to join the others.

Enox stared at Ananta then at Calen. He was simply beyond amused that they were fighting. Both heroes of light unable to reach a verdict. That didn't help that he was still on the cross Ananta put him on. He had a bluff though, one that Ananta sure would listen to. "Hey, woman. Do you know what happens if a Nobody dies before the original's heartless does? The Original can no longer reincarnate. I'm thinking about killing myself actually, and then your precious Eon will never come back, unless you unbind me that is." He gave an evil grin.
