Valinton was able to block the counter luckily and swung at the boy as he jumped back but missed. "Hm. I see. You are like the rest of darkness. Filled with nothing but lies to cover a shameful story." Valinton actually began to feel rather irritated. What did this boy even know about him? Nothing, that's what. So why was he trying to poke his nose into something that didn't concern him? "Let me be the holy water to your curse." Valinton tightened his grip on the handle of his swords, "Enough!" He said as he charged at him but then the boy cast a spell that suddenly made him unable to move. Valinton glared at the boy as he spoke, "You can't save me from what I have become."

The blast of fire bounced off of him causing no damage. He laughed as he punched her in the stomach. "So predictable. You may be a mage, but being so you lack the defensive tactics that are needed." Enox looked at the armor. It was starting to crack. The only downside to this protection was its time limit. Eventually it would give way. Of course that wasn't really a problem. The armor was just a precaution. The real sentinel abilities were still to be shown.

The spell worked. Dusk sighed and smiled. He let his keyblade vanish as he walked towards Valinton. "I believe every heart tainted with evil can be purified by the light. All they need is some love and care." He wrapped his arms around him, embracing a hug. "When filled with pain, a simple act of kindness can create relief." Dusk mumbled. He was the same way. Tainted by evil without a cure in sight. His father however did not give up on him.

As both of the warriors stood up, Caleb was looking a little bit weary while Gexln appeared fine. "I'd hoped I would be able to stop you without having to resort to this.." Caleb stated. If he had expected a response, he got none, so he continued. "There is something I can do, something that not even you can handle, darkness wielder" he added. Caleb focused on the ground below him. He was about to attempt the biggest summoning he had ever done.

Without another word, the swordsman began. A mass amount of light appeared on the ground, causing Gexln's skin to burn slightly as the summoning commenced. From the point that Caleb stood, the ground below it began to change. No, not change, another layer of ground began to form over it. This layer had the appearance of some ground from a wasteland, an abandoned portion of a forgotten place. It had thousands of scratches in the ground, and fallen blades lay stuck in it everywhere. This was the final state of Caleb's Unlimited Blade Works. On this portion of land, he would be able to move quicker, and most magical abilities would affect him far less than they normally would. On this portion of land, any competition came down to a battle of skill with blades and nothing else. It was here he would attempt to stop Gexln.

As the large circle of land finally stopped appearing and the light subsided, Gexln felt his darkness subside ever so slightly. Not enough to cause him to revert to his normal form, but he could feel it become a little weaker. He didn't like it. "Summon all the things you want, create as many fantasy realms as you can imagine, but you're still going to die here for what you did. All you've done is changed the location of your tombstone!" Gexln yelled at the top of his lungs, before rushing towards Caleb with intent to kill.

Valinton could only stand there wide eyed. He was being hugged out of nowhere by this kid he had just met. But this boy had something that Valinton no longer feel inside of him. Even though this boy had darkness to wield, he still had light within him. Valinton could no longer feel any light within his cold and darkened heart. Valinton could suddenly feel his body able to move again, and with that he took his swords and stabbed the boy in the stomach.

"There's nothing left of the light that once lingered within me." Valinton said with a rather maniacal grin as he dug the swords deeper, "There's no point in trying to help me." He pulled the swords out and kicked the boy back, "I've become one with the darkness, and its all I need!" Valinton then slammed his swords into the ground and darkness began to engulf him, "You want to see what I really am?" Valinton looked at the boy with insanity in his eyes, "I'll show you what I really am!" With that, the darkness around him exploded and then stopped as it then rushed back toward him after.

Once the darkness subsided a creature stood where Valinton once stood. It roared an ear shattering screech once it appeared and glared at the boy menacingly.

Hunching over in pain, she staggered backwards a few steps. Coughing a bit, she looked up at him and glared. "Don't call me weak, you wretch!" she snarled, pupils growing smaller as she held her keyblade up. Mustering as much strength as she could, she cleared her throat and focused on lightning bolts. "Thundaga!" she screamed, casting this and then tossing her keyblade at him, performing a strike raid as the lightning hit near him, growing closer and closer.

The boy waved to his parents as he stood in the yard, looking up at the mother crystal one last time. He decided to pay his respects and made his way to wear She floated. Kneeling to pray, he felt a surge of energy flow into his crystal. Looking down, he watched as a crystal shard formed into his hands. Staring at the mother crystal, he could only wonder what she intended him to use this for. "Why are you giving me this? Will the person I'm saving need this...?" he wondered aloud. Strange whispers emitted near him and he listening carefully. He barely made out a yes in the aftermath and nodded. He knew what he needed to do now.

The lightning stoke down on him as if he were a thunder rod. A tingling sensation coursed through his body. It actually felt quite relaxing to say the least. He was absorbing the shock-waves until it was ruined by a keyblade hitting his armor. This girl was persistent to say the least. With that the armor cracked enough. It was worthless to keep it going. He grinned and moved in closer to her. "Do you know what happen when you allow heat and an electrical current flow in a space without escape..." He grinned as he was almost inches away. "An explosion." His armor acted like a bomb as it blew off in every direction throwing shrapnel at her and the nobodies and heartless surrounding.

Dusk was trying to transfer some light into the beast. Just some. However not enough could be converted. A blade was sticking through him. As Valinton twisted, the pain grinding against his internal system had nearly shut down. The nerves had stopped sending waves of pain to his mind. He became numb as the blood seeped out. The extra kick away only caused more to spurt out. His body flew to hit one of the keyblades that had laid to rest there. Oblivion reappeared and he mumbled a spell. "C-Cur-Curoga." The green sphere surrounded his body as the leaves of healing fell into place. It wasn't a perfect patch, but it would do for now.

His eyes drifted to the beast that transformed in front of him. "Heh, still hiding your true form. I have to give you props for trying though. You still are under the impression that your physical self is what I am stating." He stood up with blood staining his chin. "You're wrong."

He pointed his keyblade towards him. "Zero Graviga!" He shouted allowing the beast to raise above. Dusk then charged underneath him and gave him a slash threw its stomach. That was the usual weak spot for 4 legged monsters. This could be the one time it was wrong however. The spell wasn't a long one though and would on;y give him that one strike.

Satsujin was somewhat relieved that she had willingly given him his katana. Whatever that presence before was, it seemed to be gone for the moment. He was glad of it. This girl fought with honor. She wouldn't fight him unarmed. If he ended up wining this fight, he would have to make it a point not to take her life. He owed her that at least. He raised Narukami toward the sky, summoning lightning to strike it. The metal of the blade hummed with energy. With a quick slash, it was all dispelled toward her.

Xindai looked up at the gummi ship laying waste to the heartless summoned by the third most powerful of the darks. That could prove troublesome. Xindai had Azurite occupied with his glaive from a range, so why not take that out? He conjured some of his darkness in his palm. It was far more potent than the darkness of the wielders today. He changed it's form, causing it to hum as electricity. With one quick thrust of his palm, an incredible dark Thundaza went forward and through the wing of the fighter ship, taking it clean off.

Xero felt a pain in her head after Gexln spoke. She flinched from it a bit and held her head for a moment. "Uhn... I need to make this quick.." she quitely noted to herself. Due to Gexln having a rather disturbing meltdown, the D-Link wouldn't last long at all. Xero suddenly noticed the electricity Satsujin threw at her with his sword and only smirked.

Xero then flash stepped in front of Satsujin and right when she appeared in front of him, she slashed at his face with the blade if her scythe leaving a diagonal gash across his face. She then did it once more but in the other direction making the gash form an X on his face. She then slammed the back of the scythe's blade into the side of his head creating another bloody area.

Xero jumped back and then suddenly became invisible, however not completely. If one were to look close enough they would see the outline of her body and the distortion of the area she was in. She then began to creep up behind him, ready to attack once again.

Ooc: There ya go Ren. One screwed up face for Satsujin.

Valinton suddenly found himself starting to float into the air from the boy's spell. He then made the multiple hands coming from the tendrils on his back dig into the ground and keep him from moving. As he saw Dusk run toward him, Valinton inhaled deeply and then created a flamethrower of dark firaga at Dusk.

Grabbing her keyblade as it swung back at her, she had no time to react to him approaching her quickly. Trying to shove him off, she looked at him in horror as he told her what was going to happen. "I won't let that happen, you son of a-" she spoke as her crystal grew bright. Ice formed around her hands, seeping onto him as his armor was about to explode. It still exploded, don't worry. The ice exploded as well, just as hundreds of tiny slivers of wood embedded themselves into her and shot out from her. She was in immense pain that soon subsided as the ice formed around the two. Suffice to say, they were encased in a large crystal of ice. Ananta moved her eyes to look over at Beuce one last time. Looking at him, she saw he was still being a show off. Tears formed in her eyes as the ice covered her face. The tears froze on her eyelashes. The crystal around her neck exploded and left small shards within the ice itself. Ananta has died.

Off somewhere else, the boy had summoned his keyblade armor and glider. Attaching the backpack to the glider, he sat on it. His glider took the form of a motorcycle. Looking up, he felt a pang of sadness burst throughout his body. Turning to the mother crystal one last time, he could tell she was weeping for whoever he had to go and save. Nodding, he faced forward as he zoomed off into the sky. He was on his way to this war and he didn't know what to expect from any of this. All he knew was that he was needed by somebody. Somebody special to the mother crystal.

The first strike was at Caleb's knees, but Caleb had seen it coming from Gexln's gaze. He blocked it easily with one of the katanas. "This is not just simple land, Gexln" Caleb said. The second strike was aimed at Caleb's torso, also easily blocked. "This land is called The Bladeworks, and with it your dark magic will not affect me very much, nor will your speed" Caleb continued. The third strike was one that Caleb didn't expect, it was a straight up punch to the face. He stumbled backwards from the impact. "Although cheap tricks certainly still hurt" he said as he tasted blood trickling down from his nose.

Caleb then rushed towards Gexln, as Gexln rushed towards him. "This will come down to skill and determination, nothing more" Caleb called out as he ran. "Well that's going to be interesting, because while I may not be sure who is more skilled, I'm not going to give up until you're dead on the ground before me!" came the response. "We'll just see about that!" Caleb yelled as the two got within arm's reach and began lashing out at each other with their blades. The sound of metal on metal rang through The Bladeworks as the wielder of darkness and defender of light swung their weapons at one another, over and over again. After several minutes of non-stop parries, feints, blocks and minor cuts, Gexln lunged forward with a kick and knocked Caleb back.

Gexln then followed that movement up by rushing towards Caleb once more. He raised his keyblade high into the sky as he prepared to bring it down on Caleb. This one's for you, Kaxar he thought to himself as he brought down the keyblade towards Caleb. He now looked into Caleb's eyes, wanting to see fear, but he did not. He saw..relief? He had fallen into Caleb's trap. Caleb, knowing Gexln would be aggressive without hesitation, had feigned losing the advantage, and now he had it back. With one swift movement, Caleb got back onto his feet and did a leg sweep, knocking Gexln onto the ground. He then swung his katanas together and knocked Gexln's keyblade out of his hands. He raised his katanas into the air. "And now the light defeats the darkness!" he claimed triumphantly.

As he began to swing his katanas down to deliver the final blow, both weapons were knocked out of the air and fell uselessly onto the ground. The keyblade that had knocked the katanas out of his grasp ricocheted off them and went flying a distance away, soaring through the air until an arm plucked it out of the air and held it tightly. An arm that belonged to a girl who looked similar to Kaxar.

Xepphiras having responded to R's earlier order to retreat when excalibur appeared now stood back noticing she was the only one to respond. This left her with no fight and nothing to do. She scanned the grounds for a new opponent. She had two options at this point, the new girl who showed up, but she just save Gexln, her teammate, so maybe not. That left the person in the ship. Xepphiras took a step between Xindai and the ship. She shot a dark firaga at the cockpit. Since accepting the darkness her accuracy had much improved. "I got this one." She turned and said to Xindai.

Azurite was standing a few feet away from Xindai was surrounded.by glaives. His options where limited, could he block all of them? No but maybe magic. He never used his magic much but it was never too late to start. He created a gust of wind around him blowing all the glaives away. "Nice try." Azurite closed the gap between himself and Xindai. He fool a stab at Xindais stomach. His eyes caught the girl who stood on the other side of Xindai fighting against the lights. Even as the enemy he didn't want to see her hurt. "You lay one hand on her and I swear to God...." He didn't finish his sentence but instead folk another stab at Xindai.

Kaya was determined to take out her brother.but had no plan on how to do so. The keyblade he wielded emitted great power. She thought she was evenly matches with him before he had it, now she was out done. This wouldn't stop her however, she had heard a voice convincing her to show who was superior and she planned on doing so.

Louvel saw fear in his sisters eyes. Fear of his blade, fear of defeat. "I will make this fair." He said with a smirk. He let excalibur dissipate from his hand. "One keyblade. A fair match. Consider this finishing what we started in the forest." He said. Once again Louvel and Kaya's blades collided creating Sparks, but this time Kaya pushed back creating Louvel to stumble and her to gain the upper hand. As soon as their keyblades lost contact with each other she brought her keyblade around and slashed upwards at Louvel. Louvel had just caught his balance when Kaya did this. It didn't give him much time to think or plan. He was nimble on his fear and able to do a back handspring to get out of the way. This also allowed him to kick Kaya's keyblade out of her hands. Now there was distance between them and Kaya and her weapon. This have Louvel time to think.

Alarms wail in the cockpit of Lysa's fighter, the girl's teeth set into a determined grimace as she struggles with the stick, managing to rotate the craft onto its side, now flying belly-first. Her eyes lock onto the spinning wreckage of her left wing, which narrowly misses the fighter as it whirls past. The whole craft is shaking from air-friction as it flies in a direction it was never meant to go, the careful adjustments to the engine thrusts allowing Lysa to keep it from spinning out of control, for the moment...

... and a moment is all that she needs, her left hand flying away from the stick and slamming onto the release switch for her cockpit canopy. The seal pops and air rushes through the craft as the canopy starts to lift up... then the craft shudders once more, the friction of the rushing winds getting into the cockpit and tearing the rest of the canopy off. Lysa's bow follows the canopy on its trip away from the ship. The trailing smoke and wreckage is soon followed by Lysa herself, having popped the restraining straps off her torso.

The girl flips acrobatically through the air as she uses her powers both to direct her fall and to bring her bow to her hand, where she in turn tumbles to stare at Xindai through the rushing winds of her fall. It only took a slight exertion of her will to adjust the fall of the flaming fighter... right at Xindai.

It was a bit harder for the girl to redirect the orientation of the severed wing and the cockpit canopy, but once she had finished changing their properties she just left them to orbit in the sky.

The whole world seemed to slow down to a grinding halt. Pain show through Beuce's left shoulder as a snap was heard from it. He was rolling on the ground, having been knocked down by R. But none of that mattered. He had seen Ananta die. He'd gone after a lot of women, but her...She was the only one he'd ever really loved. Now she was gone. Taken from him right in front of his eyes. He stumbled to his feet, using his keyblade for support. He slowly walked over toward the place his lover had been.
R watched the white haired man stand and begin to walk, paying him no mind. He had crashed after taking a hit to the wheel, and likely broken a shoulder. And yet, he barely seemed to notice. He was only concerned about one thing. The green haired girl who had just perished, encasing Enox in a sheet of ice. "A heart's power...Remarkable." R muttered. "I can't let you have that sto-" He was interrupted by a small sound on the ground. Beuce had willingly thrown him the stone, apparently having lost interest in it. Only one thing mattered to that young wielder now. Revenge.
Beuce limped over to the block of ice. He was bruised and his arm hurt, but that was nothing compared to the pain on the inside. His normally carefree sarcasm was missing from his eyes. It had been replaced by an angry fire which held back tears. He held out his keyblade. Not the keyblade he had been using, HIS keyblade. the one made to reflect his personality. Bleeding soul, as it was called. A dark red keyblade, resembling guardian soul. A black metal stripe went up the middle, and the hilt was black crystal. right where the hilt and blade met, a bright red gem shone. From the tip, a firaga was launched at the ice, causing it to melt instantly. He glared fiercely at the nobody of Eon. He had once been a friend to him. He'd joked around and fought by his side. None of that mattered anymore. Beuce had been barely trying through this war. He couldn't be bothered to put his all into anything. Now, he'd show how he got his title of The Crimson Scourge. He was about to put every ounce of strength he had into killing Enox, and when Beuce is serious about killing you...Well, you'd better pick a god and pray, because you'll be seeing them soon enough.
Satsujin grasped his face, blood leaking from the cuts rapidly. Through sheer willpower he didn't cry out in pain. His vision was blurred by the red liquid. This was bad. He wouldn't last long like this. He wiped some of the blood on his Kimono, and looked at Xero. Though he was ashamed of it, he knew he'd been beaten. She would go to help Gexln, and the two of them would likely overwhelm him. He was unable to pay his debt. "You...Have won...Do as you will." He said, dropping his sword and collapsing face-first into the ground.
Xindai smirked at the ship crashing down toward him. The wouldn't be bothering anyone. Well, no one he didn't want it to at least. Even with all his telekinetic powers, stopping that crashing ship dead in it's tracks would be a difficult feat. So instead, why not use it? Rather than stopping it, he let it continue on it's course. As Azurite went to stab him, he skillfully dodged and went for a sweeping kick to trip him up. Then, he reached out with his mind and grasped the craft, speeding it toward them. Finally as it was just about to crash, he teleported out of harm's way, leaving Azurite to be crushed.

The revving of a bike could be heard as a light in the sky shone. The light burst as the bike zipped through and skidded to a halt beside Beuce and Ananta. The boy on the bike jumped off the bike and landed between Beuce and Enox. He shoved Enox as hard as he could, hoping to create some distance between the trio huddled over Ananta's body. On the necklace around her chest was a single shard of a crystal. It held the faintest of lights. Unfortunately, such a faint light could not sustain life.

Ripping the crystal necklace from her neck, he threw it away. Removing his armor and summoning his keyblade, the boy stabbed the ground and created a sort of force field around them. "Reflect!" he yelled, as the shield stuck in place over the group. Kneeling down, he reached into his backpack and shuffled around inside of it. Scratching his head, he spoke aloud. "I'm not sure if this is going to work, to be honest, but I was told by my mother it might work..." he looked at the white haired man holding the green haired woman. "Hey, old man, you're badly injured, aren't you?" he asked.

Holding his hand up, he pressed his hand into the white haired man's shoulder and spoke an incantation. The crystal around his own neck, that was tucked into his shirt, shone. "That should help heal you a little. It won't be the best since I don't have a lotta training, but it should be enough for now." he said as he grabbed the green haired woman from the man's arms.

Laying her on the ground, he placed the new crystal over her chest. Moving her hands to hold the crystal in place, he shivered at how cold she was. Looking at her face, he saw her eyes were still open. Moving his hand over her eyes, he closed them as he started to say more incantations.

Enox had not expected this, a burst of ice surrounded him as his explosion impacted her body, killing her. A fail safe was in place apparently. If she was to die, the murderer would go with her. A tricky tactic that most would fall from. He would fall from it if it weren't for that strange man and child. First melting the ice and then be shoved away. What a perfect way to escape.

None of that mattered now. He simply grinned as the duo mourned over that woman. An evil laugh exited his windpipe as he stared. "I told her. I assured her death due to that weakness. And how weak she was. hmhmhahahahaha." He stared at Beuce in specific now. The next target on his list was him. Enox wanted to hear his cries. The suffering he would soon experience. How should he do it? Slowly freeze him to death piece by piece to mock his deceased wife, or perhaps hold him down while he watches his own son murdered. Oh the options were endless.

"Girl come here. I think I have use for you now." He called to Dawn who stood behind him watching. "Heal me... Then... kill the boy."

Dawn walked over, extending Oathkeeper from her hand. She placed it on Enox, a shadow covering her eyes. "Cure." Her healing spells weren't as good as Dusk's. In fact they were only basic spells. Not all of them had been achieved either. Only Cure, Aero, and Stop were in her possession.

She looked at the boy inside the reflect field. "As you wish... father..." Her movements became slow as she progressed over to the field. She looked at Anta, a friend of hers. The only thing that mattered to her right now was to be recognized by Enox. Even if he was a Nobody, they still shared blood. "Anta... fight me... If you don't I will not hesitate to kill you."

Enox stood fully healed. He was only slightly burned from the explosion but the cure was enough to mend the pain. His smile widened as Dawn spoke to Anta. Everything was falling into place. Now the only thing left to do was to kill Beuce. Standing up, he walked further away from the field Anta set up. "Come Beuce. Aren't you going to kill me? You do know if I die before my Heartless does, the somebody you knew will never return. Would Ananta really want that? hehehahahahahaha. Well, if you don't kill me... I'll keep killing the ones you love right after you."

Dusk saw the flames coming at him. What was the spell to counter fire again... RIGHT. "Watera!" He yelled, dowsing the flames away right before they completely hit him... however he didn't get away completely. His left shoulder had been badly burned. "Darn. Looks like I can't use that technique after all... Dad said not to ever anyway."

His glance returned to Valinton. "Does this satisfy you? Killing someone who only wants to save you from yourself?" He shouted at him. "Every dark heart still has light within it. All it needs is to be reawakened. I know you have light in you... I felt it..."

Anta watched as light covered Ananta's body. Her keyblade armor reappeared. Now, he could only wait as the crystal bonded to her. "This is gonna take awhile..." he muttered, hearing a cackle erupt from behind him. He stood to see Enox was laughing loudly. What he did not expect to see was the familiar face of a friend. He watched as the blonde girl he was once great friends with heal the man that just killed this woman. Turning back once more, he saw Ananta was doing fine. She just needed time to gain back her soul.

Stepping out of the reflect field, Anta rushed over to Dawn and grabbed her. Stepping far away from the man, he stood close to the reflect shield. Embracing Dawn, he held her carefully. To be truthful, he was short for his age. Only five feet and four inches tall. He held his dear friend close to him before separating himself from her. "Hey Dawn, why are you here?" he grew a worried look on his face. "Where's Dusk?" he asked. Adjusting her scarf so it wasn't as disheveled as it once was, he patted her head.

He finally noticed her keyblade in her hand. Putting his left arm behind his back, he summoned his own keyblade and held it there. Attempting to hide it, he smiled at her. "Why did you...heal that guy? He's a bad guy....he killed this lady!" Anta questioned her. He was a little confused as to why she would be helping the darkness. Looking at her more carefully, he finally got why she was doing this. "Don't tell me...you joined them...?" he looked sad at her. "Didn't we....didn't we promise NOT to do something like that....?" he begged her.

As Anta held her close, she remained stiff. Unmoved by his words. She liked Anta, a lot... but her father was more important right now. She would not hesitate with this. Her emotions were just conflicting with him, her father, this war. They needed to be put aside. Her gaze became lifeless as he tried to talk her out of what was going on.

Once he straightened her scarf, her ideals were set. She would need to impress him but not kill the boy she fell for. Leaving him unconscious would be good enough. She would have to snap herself back into sanity once he was close to death. Until then, she unlocked a situation where there was no love, no happiness, only death.

"That man is my father. Nobody or not I will do what he says. Dawn wants to impress her father. Father says to kill." She rose her keyblade in the fight position, ready to strike him down. "Prepare yourself, Anta..." She leaped back, and once she hit the ground, Dawn charged at him. No emotion on her face could be read even like this. Her keyblade was ready to strike him as she swung right down onto him. If he didn't block, his skull would surely crack. So was the benefit of inheriting the strength of Karina.

"Dawn..." he muttered, watching her jump back. He held his own keyblade up in his own fighting position. He watched as she rushed at him, ready to strike him. He lifted his keyblade to quickly block her. His keyblade armor covered his body. He frowned at her. This wasn't the same Dawn he knew. She only cared for an empty shell of a nobody. She even used third person when speaking about herself!

"You could at least not talk in the third person, Dawn. It's very unbecoming of a lady!" he said as he shoved her away with his keyblade. Swinging it to the side, he hoped to hit her side hard enough to cause her to lose breath. Or even make her weaker. Either way, he didn't want to hurt her too much. After swinging his keyblade, he got close to her and used his hand to release a fireball into her chest.

Xero only looked at Satsujin for a moment as he lied on the ground. He seemed to have lost consciousness from the injury she had just made on him. Xero's eyes went wide as she looked over to Gexln to see that Caleb was about to deliver a sword into him. Xero ran over to Gexln as fast as she could and came to a skidding stop as she fell to her knees and held her scythe and upper body over Gexln, guarding him as she glared up at Caleb, "Get away from him!" Xero shouted up at Caleb as she tried to catch her breath from the sprint she just made. But it looked as if someone had beaten her to defending Gexln for Caleb was unarmed when she looked back up at him. She looked over and saw the girl that had knocked Caleb's katanas away, "Who is that..?"

Valinton roared in anger, his patience with the boy completely gone now. 'SAVE ME FROM MYSELF?!' he shouted, his voice full of distortion, 'WHEN WILL YOU LEARN THAT YOU CANNOT SAVE ONE WHO HAS PLUNGED AS DEEP INTO THE DARKNESS AS I HAVE?!! Valinton made a full on sprint at the boy, his speed even faster than before as he then suddenly turned and swept at the boy's feet with his long, whip like tail and then pinning the boy to the ground as he stood over him. He then began to charge up an orb of darkness with the tendrils and it slowly grew bigger and bigger.

Beuce didn't respond to Enox's taunts, and barely took note of his son's arrival. Merely nodding in his direction as if to say "You can handle her". Instead, he got into a fighting stance. An unorthodox stance, holding his keyblade at his side, halfway between forward and backhanded. Beuce was strong not because he had some amazing attack or ability up his sleeve. No, he was incredibly good with close quarters combat and some would say a master tactician. His eyes scanned the nobody, looking for some weakness. A flaw in his defense. A crack in the great wall. His keyblade's ability would be essential for this fight. It had the effect of leeching the life out of his opponent on contact. There were few who had the raw power capable of breaking Eon's defense, likely even less now that he had the powers of a nobody. However, he didn't need to break his defense. All he needed to do was hit him. Even if the attack didn't go through and pierce his skin, it would drain his very essence out of his body. One foot out, Beuce held his stance as he advanced.
He wasn't too worried about taking hits. Eon didn't hit hard. His strength was in taking so many hits his opponent wore down before he did. He skillfully advanced to striking distance, at which point he firmly gripped his keyblade so that his wrist was against the butt of his keyblade. A quick horizontal swipe was delivered at waist level, seamlessly followed by spinning the keyblade with his fingers between the handle (also an attack) and returning to it's original stance.

R wrapped his fingers around the halfstone. The cold chill of darkness and the warm glow of light both in the same object. It was a strange sensation, identical to the one which rested in his pocket. He retrived it, and held on in each of his hand. Slowly, he placed the two together. Instantly they rejoined into one solid piece. A wave of power blew outward, but R's expression remained as blank as ever. Now, he held the very object he'd been counting on this whole time to win the war. The eternity stone. Capable of putting a keyblade into a heightened state of existence, causing it to draw ever closer to the original. By flooding it with both light and darkness simultaneously, it drew power from the X-blade itself. However, it could only be used once, then would have to recharge until it could place another keyblade into this state. Who should receive such a blessing?
