"Louvel, don't be so high and mighty. I put myself in the position of holding off R because i can do it. We're all going to end up fighting him. Plus, i didn't ' just tell everyone what to do.' I asked if there were any objections. I'm trying to win this for us and i don't need my plan falling apart because some spring chicken primadonna decided they didn't like being told what to do. If you've got a better strategy or can find some critical flaw i missed, I'd be happy to hear it. Otherwise sit down and shut up." Beuce spat, glaring at Louvel. He had always hated people who acted like they were better than everyone else, which was kind of ironic actually. He usually tended to think of himself as the best at everything.

Satsujin stepped forward and opened his mouth to speak. "Louvel, he has a point. This is no time for a struggle over authority. Even you can't deny it's a good strategy." He stated, then turned to the group, mainly Kaxar as her motives weren't exactly that well hidden, but he addressed the whole group. "One thing i'd like to add. Across the lines you'll find people you care about. Friends, family, and such. But you can't hesitate. If you don't kill them, they will kill you. And even if they didn't, Kingdom Hearts would finish the job for both of you. I understand how you might feel about that, but there is only one real choice you can make."
R glared at Xero. "After victory is ours, i will sort out what happens. Until then, we need to ensure that it is." The heartless said, returning to his normal monotone voice. "Our trump card has apparently failed, and we're outnumbered. We need all the help we can get. Underestimating the light has been the downfall of more than one like us before." R said, trying to convince Xero the Enox was needed. He couldn't afford to have his troops fighting among themselves, but it seemed that would be the case. At this rate, things looked grim. 'Forgive me...I. The utopia of my dream may never come to pass, and even if it does, it may be because i've paid a heavy price.' He thought to himself. His gaze met the newly awoken Sapphire, or Xapphires, as she called herself. He remained silent for a moment. Had he made the right choice?

Annabelle looked at Ananta. "No, I don't mind talking about it. Yes, it's hard, but you're one of her friends, so you deserve to know." She took a breath. "Would you mind walking as we talk? I'd rather not distract anyone..."

As soon as they began to walk, Annabelle told Ananta what happened. "Well, when my mom had my sister Ruby she was about... 20 I believe. Then she found me and Garnet, Garnet didn't know our names, so mommy named us. Pretty crazy, right?

Anyway, we all grew up nicely, until my sister Ruby met Joshua. He told her all about what the Reapers did to Joshua and his friends, making Joshua have to bring them here and be unable to age. It was all because of darkness. We lasted about 10 years like this. Ruby was 8 when we came along.

Then, one night... Ruby just lost it... She wanted to leave, mommy wouldn´t let her... and so she took her Keyblade.... and Mommy was just... gone..."She stopped and immediately began crying, the painful memories returning to the young girl.

    ***

Meanwhile, in the Tower, Garnet stepped in between Beuce and Louvel. Both of you just need to simmer down! Honestly, I don know which of you I dislike more... Instead of arguing like an old married couple, maybe we should be thinking about what we´re gonna do for resources, like Potions.¨ Ugh, these two...

"Yes, okay, I'll listen." she agreed, as they walked out of the room. Listening to it all, she felt great sadness inside. Looking down at her, she saw Annabelle begin to cry a little. Kneeling down, she hugged the girl tightly, petting her head. "I'll miss her...and you'll miss her too I'm sure. However, we can't dwell on the past. She's gone, but she'll always be in our hearts. Forever and ever." she smiled, messing up her hair a little as she stood up and waked back into the room.

Looking over, she saw a young man speak out about his own suffering. "Armatures. I hope you aren't referring to everyone that is here that wasn't in your little adventure ages ago. I have been training under the king in the use of a keyblade since I was seven. I abandoned my family, my friends, and my home to learn to the best of my abilities to use it. I am no amateur." Glaring at him, she stomped over and grabbed him by his scruff. Flames could be seen in her eyes as she glared and snarled her extremely sharp teeth at him.

"You pretentious brat! You think just because you LEFT your family and friends of your own FREE WILL that you can call all of us amateurs! Well here's a thought, would you still act the same way if you knew that you were responsible for the deaths of EVERYONE ON YOUR WORLD?! You need to remember, there is always someone out there that has it worse off than you. So don't you EVER act like that around me again, PUNK!" she screamed, shoving him away. Turning around, she marched over to Annabelle and kept her back turned to Louvel.

Rexitus woke with a start. He had been lying flat on the grass for who knows how long. He looked around. Then he suddenly remembered. If he had blacked out while battling Seifer, then.....
Rexitus' eyes immediately flushed red, and his skin took a dark tint. The nerve of it all...to lose to such a-
"Well..it seems like you've woken up. Enjoy your little nap?" Asked a calm but sadistic voice.
Rexitus lashed out with his Keyblade, clanging it against...a scythe?
"Now, now, no need to be hasty, little Dusk." Said the male holding the scythe. To Rexitus' surprise, he saw that this male had the Organization cloak. But it was dyed white. Odd.
Rexitus glared at the man, snarling, "Did you instigate this fight? Or, did you allow them to win???"
The man widened his eyes in mock surprise. "Good heavens, boy, why in the world would I want to provoke them into something like this??"
"I dunno... for fun maybe??!" Rexitus manuvered his hand, and disarmed Torvux of his scythe. Rexitus pointed his Keyblade at his defendant, he asked, "Any last words?"
Torvux just smiled a creepy smile, saying, "Only to say that I thought you were better than this, Rexitus. After all, you were what made corruption go away. No, scratch that, you absorbed corruption like a pitiful sponge.
Rexitus gritted his teeth in both confusion and frustration. How did he know Rexitus' name? And his power, even?
Rexitus soon realized that he didn't care. All he wanted to do was to hurt this guy. he was so...so...INFURIATING! With a roar Rexitus aimed down, slashing.

Suddenly, a blur came out of nowhere. It was a green Keyblade. It disarmed Rexitus of his weapon, causing him to look in the direction of the assailant.
There stood Lexeain, her storm grey eyes alight with annoyance and anger. Her Keyblade returned to her, catching it in her hand.
"ENOUGH." Lexeain yelled out. "Rexitus, this man never did anything to us, much less make us lose. We just blacked out."
Rexitus whirled to Torvux, who shrugged. Rexitus then sighed deeply, reverting to his normal state.
"Then who the heck is he?" Rexitus asked.
"For now, our prisoner. We take him to R. Hopefully, that'll make up for our absence. According to this man, we've been out for a few days."
Rexitus looked at the man again. Torvux just dipped his head in an acquiesce nature. Nonetheless, a prisoner. It was strange though, that this prisoner didn't struggle. Oh well.
Rexitus opened a dark portal, and said, "Fine then. Don't get any smart idea's. Or else." Rexitus held out a firm hand to the side, and his Keyblade flew at him, catching it, and holding it menacingly.
Torvux, suddenly businesslike, held out his hand, and to Rexitus' surprise, the scythe returned to it's master. "I won't need to." Said Torvux, "Besides, I have unfinished business with this 'R'."
Unfinished business, eh? Fine. The three people walked through the portal, and it closed.

Lysa creeps into the meeting room of the Lights, her eyes wide as she sees the power struggle going on in front of her maybe I was wrong... maybe they can't help me... she thinks to herself, wincing at the verbal blows being fired, preparing to sneak back out through the door she had entered through.

Hearing Louvel's words made Kel sigh. "You say that like purposely isolating yourself away is a good thing." Considering that's how he used to think, he would know something about how wrong that was. Then Ananta snapped and Kel sighed again. This group was definitely worse then the one he was a part of. "So can we agree on something that doesn't lead to pointless arguing?"

Kaxar thought about what Satsujin said, almost completely tuning out everything else that was being said. Would Gexln really harm her? She wasn't sure if he would or wouldn't, but she did know she wouldn't be able to hurt him. She was about to ask Beuce if what she wanted to do was okay, but stopped as she saw Caleb open his mouth to speak.

"Louvel, hush. His plan is a sound one, and a well-crafted one also. It makes sense, seems simple enough, and if we all work together it sounds like it has a solid chance of success. You may have your quarrels with how he speaks, but keep them to yourself. In case it has escaped your notice, this is a strategy for a war. Do you really think that now is the time to spark arguments amongst us?" Caleb asked. In all honesty, he had taken a little offense to the word amateur himself, but he remained quiet about this.

Gexln couldn't help but feel a little bit guilty as R mentioned the trump card failing. Had he been paying more attention, the odds of them winning the war would be considerably higher. As R spoke of underestimation being the downfall of others before them, he felt he would add a little something to those words. He thought of Verox, of Caleb, and of Kaxar as he spoke. "The lights have had some very strong fighters in their group before, and there isn't a single part of me that doubts they have some now. If we slip up, they're not going to help you up and say 'hey i'm not going to strike you while your guard's down' or anything like that. These people are fighting for their beliefs, for their homes, for peace. It's digusting, really, but they aren't the goody two-shoes you heard about in bedtime stories. Don't underestimate them" he said. He knew that Kaxar wasn't an enormous threat in the state she had been in when he had last seen her, but he also knew that she possessed incredible potential.

Lysa stops mid-stride, halfway out the door. The reasoning in Caleb's voice had struck true inside of her, so there are level heads in this group after all... they're Sapphire's only chance... I can't just leave her in the hands of the Darkness... Lysa turns back toward the meeting room, thinks for a moment, then clears her throat, "you know... your security could stand to be a little tighter, I've been standing in here for almost five minutes and none of you have batted an eye, not to mention the fact that I've been wandering around your tower for almost an hour."

Aside from turning to look at the new comer, there was little reaction from Kel. "Is that the only thing that you have to say?" He highly doubted that all that the girl wanted to say was about the security of the tower. Still, with that in mind he didn't have the slightest idea on what else she would want.

Lysa's gaze focuses on Kel and she gulps, "err... yeah... right... I'm one of the people that helped break Sapphire out of here," she says with a slight cringe, "I helped her get away from both you and your enemies, but the darks... they tracked her down, I tried to save her but they were too much for me to handle on my own..."

Azurite heard the argument and decided to stay out of it. He didn't much care for arguing. He was one for keeping peace not waging war. The only reason he was involved in the war was to create peace and staying alive. He walked off to the side of the room and stood with his back against the wall away from everyone so he could have a minute to breath.

Louvel was taken aback by Ananta's comment. Was she deaf? "I was saying not to call anyone an Amateur not that anyone was one! Open your ears and listen!" He yelled back at her. He then turned to Beuce. "I am sitting you moron." Louvel had enough of these people for now they where all pissing him off. "I am not saying that but sometimes it is something that has to be done for the good of others." He said quietly replying to Kel. His ears perked up as he heard Sapphires name. "Kaya..." He said under his breath before turning to Lysa. "It was you... you brought my sister out of the safety of the tower, and now my dear twin sister has her and I may even have to fight her. It is your fault." His voice sounded dark yet monotone as he tried to process what had happened.

Xepphiras was still confused, no one was answering her questions. Instead they where talking about plans and underestimating opponents. But who was their opponent? What was even going on? She had so many questions but no one to answer them. "What exactly is going on?" She asked not bothering to try to get the questions about herself answered, she would do that later. "Why am I even here, what do I have to do with this? Is it because I have this?" She asked summoning a keyblade. "I don't know how to use it yet but I sense it can be powerful, like the darkness inside me." She said not caring to hide the darkness any longer.

Ananta stepped back from him, realizing she had made a mistake. That still didn't excuse him from her next statement. "You said you left your family and friends behind when you came to train? That's cute." she said sarcastically. To her, he just seems like a privileged kid who had the choice and made it. She, on the other hand, had no choice. "What it must be like to live a life where I can choose to leave everything behind." she muttered. Having noticed he was getting monotone with somebody. This whole group was headed for trouble, seeing as nobody knew each other. Ananta was afraid for what the future held.

Kneeling down, she held her crystal close and blew into it, a refreshing aura growing around her. It dissipated soon enough, leaving her once again at ease. She stayed on the floor, meditating and listening to everyone. She looked up at Beuce, wondering what was going on in his head right now.

Lysa steps forward, toward Louvel, her voice rising up in outrage, "SAFETY? You call locking your sister up like some sort of criminal SAFE? That's how you break a spirit, your treatment would have killed her soul!" she shouts, her eyes blazing with passion, "while you were off playing hero I was saving Sapphire from BOTH of her siblings."

"Can you all just shut up and stop senselessly arguing!?" Annabelle shouted. "Look at yourselves! You're no better than the people we're meant to fight, which I might add aren't each other!" I mean really, if you argued anymore, we'd start a war amongst ourselves!" Annabelle threw her hands up in disgust and exited the tower, giving everyone a chance to simmer down.

Ruby soon exited the changing room, looking different. Her hair was down, and she was wearing a red shirt with black pants and black boots. She had overheard everything. Ruby stormed up to Louvel, looking furious. "How... could you?" She gave him a loud smack across the face. "Leaving your little sister behind, especially with how fragile she was! You think you're a real man? then fight me!" She summoned her
Keyblade, which had changed appearance to a more light look, to represent her transition from evil to good.

"Look, as much as i'd like to see this, we really don't have the time for a fight right now. I'll drop it if everyone else will, so can we get back on track? The war was supposed to start like 75 posts ago and we got sidetracked. This can't drag on forever. We've got the basis of a plan. Now we need to decide who does what. Who's holding them off and who's actually fighting. We've got Kaxar and Caleb on that one guy and me holding off R. We don't have much beyond that. I'd say 3 people to an attack squad. Any volunteers?" Beuce said, trying to steer the conversation back on track. Which was pretty sad that it was Beuce who had to do that. Hopefully it'd work and they'd be able to finish this beforehand. Beuce seemed to be serious for the moment, but who knew how long he'd keep it up. It was against his very nature to do this.
R glanced at the keyblade in the young girl's hands. Good, she had accepted the darkness as a part of her. Since she no longer fought against it, it would no longer fight against her. After a brief explanation of the current situation to Sapphire, R turned back to the group. "If we are to win this war, it will require the utmost cooperation on your part. Heed my every order, and you might survive. We must bolster eachother's strengths and cover the weaknesses. If we work together, we will show them that the darkness is not to be trifled with." said the heartless commander in an attempt to rally those who would be fighting alongside him. He had somewhat of a strategy worked out based on what he knew of their strengths. He just hoped it would work.

Standing up quickly, Ananta turned to Beuce. It was true, they needed to stop fighting each other and focus on their enemies. They can't just sit around and argue all day while the darkness gets away with everything! "You're right. We need to stop fighting and determine who will be doing what in this war. I'd say let the most experienced ones lead attacks while the inexperienced follow behind and give support. I'll watch over the youngest, most inexperienced members. The others can focus on whatever they want to." she sighed, turning to Annabelle. Taking a really good look at her, Ananta could tell this girl had little to no experience with a keyblade.

"Actually, before we even begin the fight, we may need to train these newbies a little. At this point, the darkness doesn't seem too prevalent, so we are safe for now. Right, your majesty?" she asked Mickey. As of right now, she honestly thinks it's best to train those who need it before running in and doing anything against the enemy. The thought of the darkness getting stronger while they trained, however, did cross her mind. It'd pose a problem in the future of course, but as of now it wasn't any concern for Ananta.

"Oh, and Beuce?" she smiled at him. Then she attempted to punched him in the gut. "Don't say weird things like that again." she continued to smile.

Lysa's eyes narrow as she focuses on Ruby, the appearance of the former darksider sparking memories from the last time Lysa had been at this tower. The young thief had barely escaped with Sapphire and a badly wounded Annabelle after a fight with Kaya and Ruby, the surprise of Lysa's unique power had been enough to stun both darksiders and give the three of them time to escape in the cramped confines of Lysa's small Gummi ship, a highly maneuverable combat fighter.

"I guess I'm up for training then, my swordsmanship needs a lot of work if I'm going to fight... and believe me, you could use my help," she says, glancing over at Annabelle, "Ruby and Annabelle could tell you how much of an impact my power can make on the battlefield, if harnessed correctly, and my Gummi-fighter's weapons could mow through an army of heartless with a few strafing runs."

Kel was glad that all the pointless arguing was finally over. All that was left now were the suggestions by Ananta and Beuce. "Count me in, for both the assault and the training." I'd been a while since he'd last done some serious training, so this would be a good thing. Especially if they were to gauge were the others were at for this war.

The other Kel remained silent as everyone had there little debate. Though honestly, he didn't really care what the other said about him. Actions spoke louder then words and with his new powers, he would definitely prove them wrong. "So how're we going about training?"

Caleb was getting increasingly frustrated. He'd just pointed out that they shouldn't be arguing, and then the next thing everyone had done was begin arguing more? "Why do I even bother?" he asked, quietly enough so that only he could hear. He was about to say something else, but then Beuce told everyone to drop it. Beuce was being serious, and if what Caleb had learned was true then that was a sign that something big was about to happen. He stayed silent and awaited for the squads to be organised.

Gexln didn't like all the talk of working together. He knew it was necessary if they were to have any chance of survival, but it just didn't seem fitting for a bunch of people knee-deep in darkness. "Fine, i'll work with the rest of you. But if you get in my way, i'll cut you down just as I will any of the lights, stay out of my way and we'll get along just fine" he stated, making his intentions very clear.

Beuce was glad to see that everyone seemed to be buckling down and working now. Training couldn't hurt either. He bore a wide smile and chuckled as Ananta punched him. "Haha. Good ol' Ananta..." Still bearing the exact same facial expression. He began to tilt sideways and fell out of his chair. "We have ambulences right? I think i need one." He said, apparently in severe pain.
The assassin simply looked at Beuce toppled over on the floor. "So, shall we proceed outside for the training?" He asked. Most would probably just assume Beuce was okay, so he did as well. "It would be wise to asses eachother's strengths so we can place them where they are best suited in combat. Personally, i think i should be on the assault team, as i specialize in a swift kill."
