The Final War, Light Vs Dark

"I guess the same reasons that your here." Kel replied to Ananta. Well that made one person that he remember here, though hearing about Eon was also interesting. But it wasn't the most interesting thing that happened. To keep it short apparently his friends were busy while he was gone, which was both not a surprise and a bug surprised considering how long he'd left. Still this was going to take some getting used too. Meanwhile the other Kel had also walked into the room.

Back at Castle Oblivion, Xross and somehow Ace were listening to Enox give his little speech.

Kaxar froze, both out of shock and awe. Satsujin's movements had been so swift she hadn't even been able to see them. Was he holding back the entire time? "I don't know, I don't feel like it did anything for me" Kaxar admitted. It was the truth. She had never attempted to use her powers as a Nobody before, so she had no idea whether the dive to the heart had done anything to help her.

"Well, I suppose you do have a keyblade. And..I guess I owe your father for helping me obtain mine. Fine, I don't have a problem with you coming along now, but you've gotta be careful okay kid? I can only watch out for you so much" Caleb responded. He didn't have time to argue with Dusk, but part of him had to admit that what he said was the truth. If the darkness was anything like the darkness that had destroyed his village, they would need as much help as they could get.

Gexln couldn't help but feel a little bit of sympathy as Kaya rushed forward. He had never had a brother or sister, so he didn't know what she was going through, but he imagined it would be just as bad as the pain that Glen had experienced the night he had discovered his father's death. He walked over to Kaya and rested a hand on her shoulder, about to say something comforting to her. However, the cold, cruel side of him won out over his sympathetic one. "Who's the tough one now?" he whispered. He stood up and stepped back over to the others. He noticed another newcomer, a purple haired one. She didn't look quite as serious as the others, there was a subtle look of something that he thought was almost madness. This one would be interesting to fight alongside, he thought. "You're new. Purple hair's a little different. The way you hold your weapon, it's a little sloppy. Do you mean it to look that way to trick people, or are you just a poor fighter?" he asked, half genuinely curious yet at the same time mocking.

"Her heart is lost to her. She is nothing more than an empty shell of a person now. I was able to save her consiousness though, so she should awaken in time as a nobody." R said, regretting not being able to do more. "Now then, we are all here. We must devise a strategy if we're going to succeed. We all have our strengths, but we also have our weaknesses. What we must do is find a way to utilize the strengths to their fullest while leaving minimal opportunity to exploit the weaknesses." The heartless began. If they were going to win, they couldn't just each go off fighting a random target on their own. Organization and teamwork were key. "As well, be aware of the fact Xindai will most likely appear there. He is strong, but i don't think he can be trusted. He may well be either our salvation or our downfall. If we're fighting him as well as they lights, we stand little chance of winning. So you are to avoid a confrontation with him if at all possible." ​

Beuce scratched the back of his head after being yelled at. "Jeez that was a little harsh...I wasn't even doing anything then." A sigh escaped his mouth. "Alright, you want me to be serious? I'll be serious for a minute." He walked over to the window and called down to the people training. "Oi! Come on up here, we need to talk strategy before the war."With that, he turned back to those in the room, particularly the four girls. "You wouldn't think it, but i don't just charge in blindly. I was actually one of the best strategists of us all back on our last adventure."​

 

Enox nodded at R's plan. However, his relation to the man he spoke of was neigh. If it came down to it, he would fight him. "As it comes down to it, we must analyse who is the strongest in our ranks as well as the weakest. It is only natural to send the strong in first. The weak can act as back up." He glared over to Glen and Xero to imply their weakness.

"The group is stationed at the Mysterious Tower of Yen Sid. Their numbers are much larger than ours at the current moment so we must be cautious. As for weakness, I have none that I am aware of other than my physical strength. My strength however is my defensive capabilities. It is very difficult to penetrate my exterior. Unless I allow it to happen of course. The only memory I hold of my past self was allowing someone to stab me in the back. What a fool."


Dawn glared at Micky. She was perfectly capable of holding her own. Why did everyone always have such little faith in her. It was the same in the family. Her father adored Dusk and never took the time to spend much time with her. No acknowledgement, no praise. She turned away to hold her emotions. She didn't want anyone to see her angry.

Dusk on the other hand smiled at the invitation. "I get to fight, finally. Father never let me fight before." Then Beuce called down to them to head up. After scaling the tower, he finally reached the room where everyone was. "Yo, name is Dusk. The girl over there is my twin sis." He summoned his keyblade. "Caleb over here gave me permission to fight."

That's what did it, Dawn was finally going to snap. "Oh, so you are given permission to fight! I am told that it is too dangerous. That I should hide. I'm sick of everyone treating me like I am weak. I am tired of not standing up for myself. You want me gone? Fine!" She ran out of the tower in anger.

A look of concern fell upon Dusk's face as she yelled at him and the others. "Why is she so upset. I was looking foreward to fighting along side her. I should probably go after h-" Before he could say anythin, Dawn had already activated her Keyglider and was out of the world.

Maybe they will accept me. Maybe the darkness isn't as bad as my father told us. I just want to be wanted. A few minutes passed and she wound up near Castle Oblivion. Right outside the castle in fact. She opened the door to see the group of darkness discuss things.

"The only thing you were best at, was womanizing every girl you came across. Including Karina and Flora." she sneered at Beuce. Following behind him, she stood next to him and looked outside the window. Everything was happening pretty fast, in her opinion, and she didn't have a single chance to calm down. "I just wish I was able to rest for awhile. Everything that happened before was very taxing on me...especially that thing that happened halfway through. Remember, Beuce?" she frowned towards him.

It's true, a lot happened on their last adventure, and she wasn't going to just forget it all either. All the friends they met and lost...they hold a special place in her heart. Of course, this place was in trouble, and from the looks of things, she would just have to help them after all. "So, what's this about a war?" she asked the rest of the group.

Of course, just as she was asking that, Dawn had already left the group and world. She looked off towards the girl. What was she thinking? Was leaving everything you loved behind such a good idea? "What is wrong with her...?" she wondered. She finally took a good look at Dusk. Her heart dropped into her stomach as she looked at him. He looked pretty similar to Eon. "Dusk you...so Eon really is your dad, huh?" she smiled. "Your father is a great guy, I knew him pretty well you know." she giggled. But, as she looked at Dusk, she felt an overwhelming sadness wash over her. What was this feeling? she thought to herself.

"Will your sister be okay...?" she asked.

Xero's eye brow twitched as Enox looked over at her and Gexln, 'Did that *sshole just call me weak?!' She growled under her breath and Valinton seemed to notice that she was edgy. "Easy.." He quietly said to her.

"The only memory I hold of my past self was allowing someone to stab me in the back. What a fool." Xero's eyes widened as that memory went through her head as well. She then ran over to Enox, grabbed him and she threw him to the ground. She then summoned her scythe and held the blade to his neck. "You were the figure back in the Realm of Darkness. Who are you really?!"

Enox's glare at Gexln was returned, clearly having struck a nerve. "So you catch someone off guard once and they're weak? What, just because according to you you're extremely hard to bring down?" He responded. He was frustrated not only because of what had been said, but also the fact he couldn't figure out who Enox reminded him of. He thought about it more carefully. The appearance was certainly familiar, what else was there? Ridiculously good defense, apparently. A look of realization passed over his face. Holy crap, he's Eon's nobody! he thought.

This was only made worse when Xero leaped onto Enox and revealed him to be the figure from the realm of darkness. Gexln's face resembled pure shock at this stage. "Mother of god Eon died?! That's actually possible?!" he exclaimed, unable to process the startling revelation.

Kaxar heard Beuce call for them to go up. She was a little hesitant, wondering if Beuce's 'condition' was contagious, but decided to comply and walked up, passing an angry Dawn on the way.

Before Caleb headed up to the top of the tower, he looked at Dusk. "Fighting is not a game, kid. Never look forward to harming someone, or else you could lose your heart to darkness" he warned. He then walked up to where the others were, passing Dawn on the way.

 

"Dang, why y'all on edge?" Xara asked, cocking her head to the side as her weapon was whisked away into darkness. She ignored the comment about the sloppy stance from someone and looked at the two contending leaders. "Let's all be civil and not start a civil war here." The girl then giggled half-heartly, rubbing the back of her head. "Beautiful way of putting it dude, 'Let your hatred turn into darkness'. Yup, sure, that works I guess. But anger blinds you to the point where you can't see diddly squat Even if we walking in the darkness, we won't be able to see what we're doing with anger. We might as well destroy ourselves while we destroy our enemies. Then what? Oops, there goes our goal for domination. THERE'S NOTHING TO DOMINATE. OOPS, OUR BAD."




Her eyes flicked over to the girl who seemed to be the zombie girl's sister. Then someone was having a break down. On top of that, it seemed like there were two people fighting for role of leadership Things were just getting more and more complicated. She sighed out, shaking her head. "Everybody cool ya jets, mon! You put deh lime in the coconut 'n you shake et all up. Kooooooombaaaaaayaaaaaaa. Breath through nose, out through mouth. Wax on. Wax off. People die. People get hurt. It's the price of war. So let's all shut up and get down to business to defeat the huns, hm? "

Keiko was about to reply to what King Mickey said, about hiding out or something because some kind of war was going to start. A war? What kind of war? She wanted to ask those things, but then suddenly something came up and then some girl stormed out of the room without a word. "Um... what just happened?" she asked quietly, but then realized everyone was asking the same question. Some people even suggested to go after the girl to calm her down, but it seemed like they were losing precious time to do that. Especially with a war about to start. BUT WHAT WAR?!

"Mother of god Eon died?! That's actually possible?!"

Xero then gave Enox a dark smile, "Apparently so.. because I'm the one that killed him." Xero chuckled as she pressed the blade a bit harder on Enox's neck. "I wonder if I can do the same thing right here and now." Xero's expression turned serious as she spoke. She already couldn't stand the guy, and she was already fed up of his ego.

"If your somebody was able to die, I'm positive that you'd be able to as well. So even if you do have this 'high and mighty defense' of yours, I wouldn't be so cocky if I were you. Because someone could quite possibly kill you again."

 

Enox began to speak in a sarcastic tone. "Oh no, my somebody's murderer is going to kill me again. Whatever shall I do?" He began to laugh uncontrollably. "You didn't hear me apparently. My Somebody allowed himself to die. For whatever reason is unclear. Now let me assure you... Diamond Guard." Diamond like armor began to appear around Enox. "I will not make that same mistake. Now, it seems we have a guest." He peered over to the door where Dawn was.

She squeaked at being discovered. She was hoping to come in after this conflict was resolved. She had no choice now. She entered the room and looked at them with determination. "I am Dawn, ready to serve the darkness." She bowed down.


Dusk was pondering the thought. His sister was strong, she should be alright, right? Thats what he believed. "Just leave her, she probably went out to blow some steam. She'll be okay." He assured with a smile.

From behind Xero, R grabbed her wrist with a rather firm grip. "Xero, control yourself!" R said in one of the rare occasions he raised his voice. "You're spending time we don't have on this! Now disarm yourself." He snapped. Pointless fights among themselves like this may well cost them the war. He wasn't going to let that happen on account of someone being insulted. Next, his eyes turned to the young girl kneeling and pledging loyalty to the darkness. He disliked seeing one so young dragged into this war, down this dangerous path, but he didn't let it show. "Dawn...If you're certain you wish to fight for us, i won't object." He said, somewhat greeting her. "Now then, if you're finished..." He glared daggers at Xero and Enox alike. "We should proceed. We're outnumbered, but if all went well with the mission i gave Gexln and Xero, we have the eternity stone." ​

The assassin silently followed behind Kaxar and Caleb, also taking note of Dawn passing them. She looked quite upset, but Satsujin figured that was none of his business and proceeded onward up the tower.​

​

Beuce looked to Ananta as "the thing" that was particularly taxing on her. Yeah, he remembered that well. How could he forget? "Yeah, i remember." Most in the room could probably guess what had happened, so he didn't feel the need to go into further detail. Once everyone was there, he placed his hands on the desk, addressing the group. "Alright, we have the advantage of outnumbering them, and i intend on abusing that, but numbers aren't good for much if they work together to take us down. So, the priority of my plan will be to split them up into individual fights. First we'll need some kind of diversion to seperate them. Something big and flashy. Kaxar, Sats, Combine your powers to make a big explosion right in the middle of them or something. Just get them apart. after that, everyone do your dead level best to keep any of the darks from helping another. Conserve your strength and only go for the kill if you know it'll work. While some of us are keeping the darks busy, others will be going two and three at a time against one of them. That shouldn't be too hard to take them out like that. We'll systematically take them down one by one, ganging up on them and keeping them apart. Divide and conquer, if you will. And yeah, i know that's easier said than done. They've got some strong people over there. Namely R, but i've got a plan for that." Beuce said as he went from his strategy for taking out the entire army to dealing with the leader. "I can handle him. Caleb, You're central to this plan. The second that war starts, i want you to fire off your Unlimited Blade Works thing. Stab all the weapons into the ground and keep them there. I need you to play support while i take on R. I'll be using two swords at a time. If one breaks or leaves my hand for any reason at all, i want you to put another one in it as fast as you can. I might not be able to beat him, but i should be able to stall him long enough for the rest to make a dent in his army. After that, all we need to do is all get on him at once. As good as he is, he can't take us all on. Anybody got any objections?" ​

Gexln had recovered from the shock of Eon's death, right as the purple haired girl started rambling. He had to laugh a little bit, she was certainly..different. It sort of made sense if he really thought about it, except for when she began talking about 'wax on, wax off'. Why the heck would he be needing wax in the upcoming war? He was about to ask questions about what she meant, until Xero leaped onto Enox. He was going to try and get her off Enox, for as much as he hated to admit they needed him, but R did it for him. He ignored the girl that had just been revealed, and decided to acknowledge R's statement.

"Right, the stone. It's right here" Gexln said, taking the stone out of his pocket and handing it to R. "I probably should have gotten the other cornerstone while we were there, but I was dragged away by somebody" he said, looking right at Enox as he said it, "right before I could" he stated. He was lying, of course. While he had done quite a few things for R by then, and to some extent trusted the heartless, he didn't agree with his idea of making peace, and so had purposely left the other cornerstone behind.

Caleb stood perfectly still as Beuce explained the battle plan. In all honesty, he was impressed, he had not picked Beuce for being able to come up with battle plans at all, let alone one that sounded as good as that. However, there was one thing he had a problem with. "Helping R is a certain swordsman. He's kind of pale, got brown hair, and he wears this weird black cloak thing. Anyway, he was with R when they were at Twilight Town, so there is reason to believe that he's definitely associated with him, and he's certainly able to hold his own. I will do as you requested with firing the blades, but after that I feel it would be best if I took care of him, so that he doesn't intefere" Caleb said.

Kaxar observed the plans Beuce had explained before them. She wouldn't have thought of a plan like his in a million years, and to her it sounded like it could work. That was, until Caleb spoke up. She had to stifle a gasp. The man Caleb was talking about, there was no doubt in her mind he meant Gexln. Caleb meant to kill Gexln. She couldn't let that happen, if he killed Gexln then she would never get him back. Kaxar decided to speak up, the moment Caleb was finished.

"I've heard of this man Caleb speaks of too. People say he's very strong, someone that maybe even Caleb shouldn't take on alone. I can work with Satsujin to make the explosion like you asked, but I think after that I'll help Caleb keep the swordsman off you, Beuce" Kaxar explained. She wasn't sure what would happen if she intefered with Caleb's fight with Gexln, but she knew that she wasn't going to lose her friend after all the effort she had put into finding him once again.

Xero felt her wrist suddenly het pulled back, she turned around with a glare to see R. The fact that he raised his voice at her didn't faze her, for she was already pissed off as it is she didn't exactly care. "You talk about wanting a world of peace and yet you want us to work with him?! The one who just said that he wanted destruction of the weak and prosperity for the strong?! That doesn't sound very peaceful to me R!" Xero snapped back at R and glared at him for a moment. She then yanked away from his grip, "I refuse to work with him." She said before she called off her weapon and walked a bit of ways away from the group. She leaned against a wall and just gave the group a glare as she crossed her arms. She then averted her gaze to see a girl standing in the door way, "Oh great.. What's a runt doing here?" She scoffed to herself, giving the girl a glare.

Valinton sighed as Xero walked off and then turned his head back to the girl in the door way, "She's pretty young.. what's a child doing here?" He asked himself.

Ananta punched Beuce's arm after hearing that plan. "Your plan is great and all, but why are you letting amateurs handle making diversions? I could easily make one if you gave me a little preparation time." she asked. Thinking, she tried to determine what would be best to use as a distraction. Maybe a summon could distract them long enough? Perhaps even a spell. Anything could be used, within reason of course, and therefore she walked around in circles.​

Looking towards Annabelle, she stepped towards her. "So, can you tell me what you and your sisters are strong at doing?"​

 

Annabelle looked at Ananta. "Well, Garnet's a speed attacker, Ruby's got the most strength, Luna's amazing at magic..." she paused, "...And I'm not really... how you'd say "good" at anything..."
"What?"
"Annabelle, you're ridiculous."
"Why? I don't have anything THAT outstanding... I couldn't even obtain a Keyblade myself..."

Oh wow... Ruby looked at her little sister in horror. She had practically destroyed her self esteem and confidence... Not that Annabelle had very much in the first place. She felt terrible now, and like a failure. Her mother had been so great, evidenced by the friends she had, and here she was. Ruby, the girl who had disgraced her family.

She walked over to Annabelle, and gave her a really hard slap that resounded throughout the room. "Annabelle, stop it!Don't EVER let me hear you talking down on yourself again. Got it?" she picked up Annabelle by the collar and glared at her. Annabelle stared right back at Ruby, unfaltering and looking like she was gonna cry, but doing all she could to hold it in. Ruby threw her down. "Tch... I'll be back, I need a new look."

And with that, she stomped into the other room, ready to be reborn.

Ananta watched and listened to Annabelle. She smiled at how highly Annabell thought of her sisters. She wished she could say the same for some people she cared so much for. Turning to Beuce and sighing to herself, she turned back just in time to see Ruby slap Annabelle hard. Stepping forward after she left, she reached down and grasped Annabelle by her sides and gave her a hearty hug. Holding Annabell wedding style, she stood there and let the girl cry her eyes or whimper or whatever she needed to do before sitting her down on the floor slowly.

"That was highly uncalled for, in my opinion. What's her problem?" she scoffed at Ruby.

 

Annabelle looked at her after just letting it all out. The slap had hurt, but Ruby wouldn't ever believe that Annabelle was ready to take care of herself if she had cried with Ruby around. "You know, I have no idea... I don't think she did it to be mean just because though... She's changed. I know she has."

Garnet just looked, with her hand on her hip. She knew what Ruby was doing... it had worked on her when she was Annabelle's age. Now, Annabelle and Ananta were deep in a conversation about it.
Luna had the feeling Ruby wasn't just being mean. The way she picked up Annabelle and looked at her said there was something there. Almost like... a test. A test to see if Annabelle was ready. After all, this was war, and if Annabelle wasn't ready, she shouldn't go.

"...You know Ananta? You're as nice as mommy told me. I just wish she was still around to see you..." More tears in her eyes. She wiped her face. She wasn't a little kid anymore, she had to stop giving off that vibe, or she'd never be treated properly.

"I've actually been wondering that, Annabelle." she crossed her arms and thought to herself. She then shook her head and scratched it a little. "How old was your mother? What even happened to her?" she asked. She was both prepared and unprepared for this. On the one hand, she knew that her friend is long gone, but on the other, she wasn't really prepared to hear how she died.

Hopefully she wasn't too young. "I mean, you can answer me if you're okay with doing so. You don't really have to..." she spoke, sighing deeply. It's pretty true, she wants to know, but if it hurts too much to tell or talk about it, then the girls don't really need to say anything about it.
