The Final War, Light Vs Dark

Annabelle stopped and gave what the king said a thought. "...I will be careful. Sapphire is my friend, whether she cares or not, and I'm not ditching her. I almost got her to leave with me when we were trapped. That means she at least cares about me, right?" It was true. She gave more thought to what the king said.

Even so, she couldn't hear a thing that indicated someone was sneaking about, but she had a gut feeling there WAS someone sneaking around. "I'm gonna go take a look. Just give myself closure and make sure no one is trying anything." She hurriedly went outside and looked around. "Where are you, you snooping pig..?" She asked aloud.

Meanwhile, Garnet and Luna killed Heartless one after another. These Heartless werent so much hard to kill as there was just a ton of them. "Great..." Garnet said, "There's even more! It's like we kill 1 and get 2 more!"

"Don't give up Gar! We'll beat them and find your sister soon!"

"Haha, thanks Luna."

Caleb coughed once more, again bringing up a small amount of blood. He was slightly shocked. Here he was, barely able to breathe let alone fight and coughing up blood, and these people kept going as though nothing was wrong. Other people may have been offended, or even angry, but all Caleb could think was that their dedication to protecting the town was impressive. He was still kneeling, so he stood up. If they would fight, then he wasn't going to stop. He lunged straight at a heartless, and then spun around quickly, killing another five around himself. He then collapsed once again, using his blade to keep him from falling to the ground altogether. This, too, gave way though, as he felt the strength to fight leave his body. "D-don't, let them...take the town. Gotta stop...that guy.." Caleb rasped as he coughed again, before finally collapsing in an unconscious heap in a small puddle of his own blood.

Lysa waits several seconds after the King rushes from the room, then lightly and quietly drops to the floor, creeping over toward Sapphire's cell, "hello?" she whispers, "Sapphire? Are you in there?" she asks, repeatedly glancing back toward the door as she slides out her lock-picking set... no good thief is ever without one she remembers, something she had learned in the back alleys of Traverse Town during her youth.​

 

Kel could see that the number of heartless was decreasing, though it was still to early to let his guard down. Instead he continued to fight the heartless around him. This way he could be certain that they all fell.

As Xindai was confronted and his captives freed, he opened his arms and began to fight as...oddly enough music started to play.

Villain - Xindai
To the tune of

"Would you beg if i asked you to beg?"
"Would you flee from my awesome might"
Xindai blew them all back with a large telekinetic push, knocking them on their backs.
"Would you cry if i broke you kneecaps?"
He slammed his keyblade down onto Xero's kneecap, shattering it instantly.
He lifted her with his power over the mind
"May i devour your soul tonight?"
"Would you tremble"
Xindai swung his glaive, leaving a large gash on Verox's face as he tried to get up and attack him
"If i cut your face"
"Would you scream if i sprayed you with mace"
He held up his hand to Gexln's face, creating the illusion of being sprayed with mace
He lifted them all with telekinetic power
"Now would you die for the one you hate?"
"It's a rhetorical question. Now die."
Sending them all flying in a different direction, he made his way into the chorus
"I can be your villain baby"
Making his way over to Xero, he dug his keyblade into her broken knee and twisted it
"I'll accentuate your pain"
"I'll torture you forever"
He stopped in his tracks a Gexln which was about to attack him from behind, and forced a large blast of telekinetic energy into his gut, but held him in place.The wind was knocked out of him instantaneously.
"I will take your breath away"
He pointed to Verox
"Would you swear that i will not succeed?"
"Would you fight? Would you save the day?"
He let out a crazy laugh, causing them all various forms of pain
"Am i insane?"
He picked up an unconscious Kaxar
"Have i crossed the line?"
"Well that's a good question let me ask your friend"
He sent the glaive flying at her, landing it right between her eyes, killing her instantly
"OH WAIT I MURDERED HER!"
"I can be your villain baby"
He tossed the dead girl's dead body onto Verox
"I'll accentuate your pain"
Then dug up Xero's most painful memories once more, flooding her head with them.
"I will torture you forever"
"I will take your breath away"
After a bit of instrumental, he dug into their minds again
"Oh i just wanna control your brain"
"I just want to invade your mind"
"Oh yeah"
He said as he had apparently found something good in one of their thoughts
Returning to physical pain, he slammed Verox and Gexln against each other
"Am i insane?"
"Have i crossed the line?"
"Didn't you just ask me that? Your friend is still dead by the way!"
He picked them all up one last time, about to finish them along with his song.
"I can be your villain baby!"
He drug Xero over, and slammed his arm down against her knee, then used is powers to snap it back upward, and this time off.
"I'll accentuate your pain! That's correct!"
He crushed down on the other two, swiping his glaive at them again and again, causing blood to become more abundant.
"I will torture you forever"
"I will take your breath away"

He began his final burst of flinging them around as he finished up the song
"I can be your villain baby"
"I'll accentuate your pain"
"I will torture you forever"
"I will take your breath away"

"I shall take your breath away"
"I can be your nemesis"

As the song ended, the lifeless bodies of all the others in the room dropped to the floor.
"Well that was fun."

Xindai laughed at Xero's discomfort. "It doesn't matter what i'm after. I've already got it. Thank you for being so willing to accompany me by the way." Xindai said, then turned to Gexln and Verox. "I don't know how you found me...oh wait, yes i do. I know everything about you. Gexln, Nobody of Glen. Homeworld radiant garden. Title: nobody of the dark. Favorite food: Ice cream. Need i go on? " He said to them, intending to mess with their heads. "In any case, if you've come looking for a fight, i'll be happy to oblige."



R walked to the basement with the two following him. He stopped outside the door to the basement and turned to Brant. "This is where we part. There should be other people who will befriend you around the town. If you follow us inside, I'll have to remove you by force. You've been warned." With that, he walked down into the blue computer room and sat in the chair.

Spoiler: LvD Abridged

The camera slowly panned to the right, past all the dead bodies as it focused on Xero, Gexln, Verox and Kaxar, all seemingly unharmed. Gexln pointed at Xindai. "I'll kill you, you *******! You killed our stunt doubles! Now who's going to run away from explosions in slow motion?!" he yelled furiously. All four of the people ran towards Xindai like a bunch of headless chickens, and they then became headless mere moments later. Gexln's body began reaching above his neck, trying to find his misplaced head. It then began making the body movements of someone that was in fear, as a small dark patch appeared on Gexln's pants; the nobody of the dark had wet himself in fear.

Kaxar ran away from Xindai as fast as she could. She wanted to get as far away as she could, as fast as she could. The dark creator put fear in her as nobody else ever had. Tears streamed down her face as she ran, so much that her vision was clouded and she tripped over a small rock on the ground. She fell onto the ground, hitting her head hard and falling unconscious.

Verox and Gexln saw Kaxar fall unconscious. At first they assumed that Kaxar was just a bigger clutz than they thought she was, but then their thoughts turned to the flying hobo. Gexln pointed a finger accusingly at Xindai. "You knocked her unconscious!" Gexln yelled. Verox stared at Xindai. Without turning to look at Gexln, he spoke. "Don't rush into anything Gexln, we don't know what exactly he's capable of, it would be stupid to rush in without first assessing the situation" he instructed. He then looked to his side. Gexln had already began running at Xindai. "GOD DAMNIT GEXLN WHY ARE YOU SUCH A MORON?!" Verox cried angrily. He summoned his keyblade and then he, too, ran at Xindai.

Warning: Graphic but really entertaining (at least for me it was. I don't know about everyone else). Also, this isn't abridged and I had permission to do it.

Suddenly, out of nowhere, Ruby, Annabelle, Luna, and Garnet flew into where Beuce, Gexln, Verox, Kaxar, Xero, Xindai, R, Caleb, Sapphire, Kaya, Kel, Xross, and Satsujin all resided. Don't ask how, there were multiple of all four girls everywhere. Ruby, being the cold-hearted woman she was, immediately bit into their necks (yes, at the same time) and snapped them. She made sure they were alive for round two! How fun, right kiddies!

Garnet smirked. "My turn!" She took out her Keyblade and stabbed it in all of their middles, twisting and twisting until they were all in agonizing pain, not able to move, yet still alive. They could see their own lives leaving them, except these sadistic ladies who were the most beautiful and attractive characters in the RP would just shove the lives back in so they could kill them again.

Luna gave a sadistic grin and a loud banshee scream before tearing off all the others' limbs. Yeah. Even when killing people she's still nice about it. What a sissy.

Finally, Annabelle stepped up to the plate. Taking her Keyblade, she beheaded them all in one fell swoop. Then ate the hearts. Because she's insane and really messed up from all the abuse.

The four girls laughed loudly. As if enjoying a slice of pizza. They gave a loud howl and went off into the night, to feast on any other unfortunate souls.

Xero's hand clenched into a tight fist as she gritted her teeth in anger. She felt the darkness inside of her trying to push itself out, her anger wanting to use the danger of His darkness, "No.. you can't have control over me.."

'You need me... Xero...'

When she heard Verox yell at Gexln and start running towards Xindai with his weapon in hand, she quickly grabbed her scythe and twirled her body around to swing her scythe at Verox, "NO!" She shouted as Verox's weapon flew out of his hand. She pointed the blade of her scythe at Verox and glared at him with an enraged look that almost made her look insane. Her eyes weren't their normal color anymore... They were a striking bright orange color now, "He's MINE TO DESTROY!!" She shouted as she then swiftly turned her body and charged toward Xindai with a battle cry filled with anger.

"YOU WILL DIE TODAY!!" Xero shouted as she practically threw her scythe into Xindai attempting to aim at his head.

As nice as the fantasy Ruby had about killing a lot of people she'd never met before (she liked violence) was, it wasn't real at all. She had broken the fourth wall, and used her creator's LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG standing aggression to put together that little dream. It felt nice for the both of them. That would teach people to annoy her and her precious creator. She turned back to the battle at hand, and saw Annabelle starting the fight.

Annabelle didn't falter. She just charged at them like an animal and attacked. "You'll never take us again! We'll beat you and become stronger than ever! We will defeat the darkness!"

Garnet attacked the last few Nobodies in her sight. It was about 6. Luna had 6 more, and the rest were for everyone else. "Let's get them Lu!" She called out, summoning Thunder to aid them.

Luna finished off 3 and had 3 left. "Alright, see who finishes first! HAAAAA!" She beheaded one.

Verox's keyblade went spiralling away from himself, after Xero catching him off-guard and disarming him so easily. The girl's eyes were no longer that of a human, they looked as though they belonged to a cornered animal. Verox was torn. Part of him wanted to respect Xero's wishes and stay out of the fight, but the part that won out was the rational part. His keyblade was knocked well away from him, and if he took the time to go get it he could well miss an opening to strike Xindai down, and that could lead to Xero's death. For once, Verox was thankful for his knowledge on fire magic. His fists began to glow a dark orange colour, indicating his use of the magic. "Keyblade or no keyblade, i'm going to bring him down myself" he said quietly, his entire body temperature heating up as he began radiating an aura of fire.

Gexln barely heard the commotion between Verox and Xero. His eyes were showing deep, intense hatred for Xindai. He wanted to run to Kaxar's side, to make sure she was alright and to comfort her, but he knew if he tried that Xindai would stop him. The only way he would be able to save Kaxar would be if he defeated Xindai. "Once i'm done with you, your name will be nothing but a stain in history's pages!" he yelled to Xindai threateningly. As Xero ran past him, Gexln swung Darkness' Sorrow at her scythe in an attempt to dislodge it from her grasp, wanting the kill on Xindai all to himself. He owed it to himself to see that the one who had harmed Kaxar was destroyed; a goal that he highly anticipated trying to accomplish.

Xero suddenly saw Gexln's weapon lounge at her and she turned her scythe in a defensive position and as his weapon slammed into it, it caused his sword to bounce off and Xero saw an opening and striked with her scythe as she caught his off guard. She knocked Gexln's weapon out of his reach as well and in an angry fit she turned her body and grabbed Gexln's neck and slammed him into the ground.

Her orange eyes glared into Gexln's eyes as she still had a hold of his neck. The darkness within her was.beginning to take over the more angery she became. She could hear Him fill her head with intentions to make her angrier.

'You're weak... You can't do anything without me or the darkness... Just let it out... Use your anger and filter it with the darkness...

Oh wait... I forgot...

You're too weak to use the darkness... '

His laugh echoed through her head and her eyes became wide with rage and seemed to not even become her eyes anymore, "I.. am not.. WEAK!" She cried as she began to tighten her grip on Gexln's neck.

 

"Fine, whatever jefe." Brant said as he walked away from R. Brant went out of the mansion, and headed towards the town. "Well might as well go into town and see what's going there." Brant said to himself as he ran through the forest.
When he got into the town he immediately went to where all the commotion was. He hid out of sight, watching all the fighting. He wasn't sure of how to precede or what was going on. "Screw it." Brant said to himself. He summoned his keyblade and charged in. He took out a couple of heartless and nobodies. "Sup." Brant said as he placed the end of his keyblade on his shoulder.

Gexln struggled for breath was the grip tightened around his neck. Surely this strength was not Xero's alone?! He focused on the aura Xero gave off. No, not her own. Darkness was using her. He had two options; fight Xero and attempt to free her from the darkness, or go after Xindai. A third option entered his mind as Verox raced past him, presumably to fight Xindai. Maybe he could do both. He was struggling for breath even more now though. There was only one thing to do; he was going to have to use darkness. Although not the same kind of darkness as Xero, he was going to use darkness under his control. He released a violent explosion of darkness around himself, knocking Xero away as he got up.

He took a moment to gain back his breath, coughing and spluttering during it as glorious air entered his lungs. He then turned to look at Xero. So, end this quickly and then kill that mind freak, got it he thought to himself. He realized now he was going to have to fight without Darkness' Sorrow; a thought that did not seem very appealing to him. Darkness' Sorrow was as much a part of him as the darkness itself was. "Xero, are you really that weak you're going to let the darkness take over you? I thought you were stronger than this!" Gexln taunted. He hoped to aggravate her to the point she would break free herself, but if he had to do it by force he was fully prepared to do that.

Xero flew backwards as the explosive darkness hit her but she turned her body and dug the blade of her scythe into the ground to stop herself from going further. She landed on the scythe and kneeled on it as she carefully watched Gexln like a predator was watching it prey as Gexln stood up and cought his breath.

Xero's orange eyes became filled with more anger and rage after Gexln spoke. She looked at the ground for a moment, her hands tightening on the scythe as she chuckled to herself, "Me, weak, because I'm using the darkness?" Xero's voice wasn't her own anymore, but speaking at the same time as a man's voice. She glared at him as she got off the scythe and pulled it out of the ground, suddenly she rocketed towards Gexln in blind rage; darkness seemed to be emanating off of her as she ran towards him, which seemed to be making her faster than before. Xero jumped up into the air and held her scythe up above her head, "YOU'RE THE WEAK ONE!!" she shouted as she slashed downward as she began to descend.

Xindai watched the squabble between Xero and Gexln intently. He was seemingly amused by this. In his mind, and perhaps even in reality. They stood little chance against him as it was. Now with a fight among themselves, it was all but hopeless. The only one who may prove the slightest bit of a threat was the one engulfed in glowing flames and charging at him. He seemed the more sensible of their group. Although, that wouldn't get him far. As the punch came for his face, he knocked it off course and to the side of him with his unseen force and aimed a roundhouse kick at Verox's back. The very nature of the way he fought made defeating him seem herculean. It was incredibly difficult to hit him. And at the same time, he could throw off a guard with ease and strike back. ​

Spoiler: epic Xindai fight BGM

"Well come on then. That's not all is it?"

R sat at the chair in the computer after Brant's departure. Without even turning his gaze from the dull blue glow of the monitors, he spoke to Xross. "You see the glowing light in the side of the room? I need that investigated while i work on the cornerstone. it may prove useful." R said, apparently having been curious the whole time, but too focused to investigate himself. ​

The kick connected as Verox felt an intense wave of pain sear through his back. The attack had come quickly, and Xindai's movements themselves had been incredibly fast, much faster than Verox had anticipated. He let his body flow with the direction it had been sent in, and turned it into a forward foll. He then spun around and without hesitation swung his arms in a wide arc, making it seem as though wings of flames themselves had appeared and flew towards Xindai.

"Why would I think you're weak for using the darkness? You're weak because the darkness is using YOU" Gexln responded. Gexln channeled the power of darkness into his arms and caught the scythe as it swung. His legs strained under the strength of the attack, and he nearly let go, were it not for one thing; this was not the Gexln fighting to kill someone, this was the Gexln fighting to save someone, and his determination would not waver. "Xero, get out of my way!" he yelled out. He gritted his teeth and attempted to twist the scythe out of Xero's hands so that he could throw it away.

Xero growled as Gexln caught her scythe and she felt him trying to twist the scythe out of her hands. Suddenly she felt that her footing was wrong and Gexln was able to successfully disarm her. Xero fell down on her knees from the awkward way her footing was and from the way Gexln twisted the scythe out of her hands, but quickly swept at his feet afterwards.
