The Final War, Light Vs Dark

Rexitus looked at Sapphire. He felt her aura. She was insecure about her darkness. As for Annabella, she was timid, obviously been pushed around way too much. R however, Rexitus felt the this man had a lot of experience under his belt.

Rexitus picked up a new aura. It was Lexeain.
"It seems that my colleague has decided to arrive early. Then we may get started." Rexitus said to R with a smile.
A Portal of Darkness opened up, with Lexeain stepping out, her frowning mask clasped to her face.
"Whats up?" She said. The Portal closed behind her and she stood next to Rexitus, looking at R and the rest, "And you must be the leader of this entire group. Although I must say, it's not very tough, considering that there's only a girl who's insecure, a girl who looks like a wimp and...."
Rexitus kicked Lexeain in the shins. "Be respectful. We don't even know these guys, and you're already badmouthing them." Rexitus said in a dry tone. "I honestly don't know why I deal with you."
"Like you should talk." Lexeain retorted.

 

"Let's gather in the main hall" R said, opening a dark corridor to Xross' location. Once there, he waited for everyone to gather. "Was the mission a success? Where is Kaya?" R asked Xross.

Beuce half cringed and half chuckled at Kaya twisting his arm. "Kaya, baby, Why you gotta be so cold?" He said laughing as he broke from her grip. "So, can i be the one who squeezes out the info?" Beuce said to the rest of the lights, raising his eyebrows.

"Well, I'm looking for the king." Emerald told Minni, hoping she could help.

 

Seeing R approach him, Xross simply shook his head. "There were some complications and Kaya ended up with the lights, but I know where there at."

Kel simply shrugged his shoulders at what the King had said. "So were the ones getting back his sister." Made sense, when it came to the phrase 'By any means' personal ties could easily get in the way on completing an objective.

Zwei thought about the queens offer up until Emerald had spoken. "I guess I could see the king too." It wasn't like he had anything better to do.

"Well... Would it kill you to live a little? I mean, as soon as R teaches me how to fight, I'm out of here, whether they want it or not. You can't let them hold you back just because of how you are. Your brother must be worried sick." Annabelle heard R's voice. "Come on Sapphire, let's get out there." She proceeded to go into the main hall and listen to what the hell was up.


Ruby listened to R talk with the new people. Curious about what they were doing, Ruby held her tongue and merely observed, when Annabelle walked in. "Ah, Annabelle!" she said, "Nice of you to join us little sister!"

Annabelle just looked at Ruby. "Whatever." she said in an uncaring tone.

Garnet looked at the king, then suddenly, her feelings burst out. "I know where they're at! Genie said they were in a place called Castle Obliterate. my little sister's there... I need to go get her..."

Luna patted her friend's back. "She'll be okay Gar... just gotta have faith."

 

Rexitus looked at the red-head that just entered and re-adjusted his glasses. She looked very elegant, but there was something off about her...corrupt. Rexitus looked at Lexeain. She was eyeing daggers at the woman.
"Down, girl." Rexitus muttered to her.
Lexeain spun and faced him, her face muderous, but that only made Rexitus raise an eyebrow.
"One, don't say that again, two, I feel like I really hate that girl, but I don't know why because I never met her." Lexeain hissed back.
"It's called corruption." Rexitus whispered more intently, "In case you haven't noticed, this is a literal breeding ground of hatred and confusion."
"How would you know?"
Rexitus made a face at her that said, "I have my ways." then smiled to R and said, "Right behind you. Let's go Lexeain."

 

"I see...That's troubling." R said quietly. Even though "With the lights" was rather vague, he knew she'd never betray them. "In any case, we should decide our next course of action. But first, here. A helping hand in your missions."

R thought over the best course of action for a moment, before recalling something. "Xross, if you went to Disney Castle first, if you went there, you probably encountered the Queen. The first thing she'd do in the case of an assault is run to the Cornerstone. Does that mean you know where it is?" Once he got a reply, he thought for a moment, and decided the time was right. "Wait here." With no further explanation, he exited into a dark corridor. At the dark margin, he stood at the shore, looking up at rock formations in the distance. He extended his hand and turned it counterclockwise, causing the rocks to move their shape and reveal a small fragment of rock, surrounded in a sphere of black light, with a haze of darkness around the stone itself. R used the darkness to levitate closer to him, before removing the sphere around it, causing it to drop into the palm of his hand. The darkness in the stone would be overpowering enough to turn an average person into a heartless in seconds, But none of the darks were average. After looking over the stone, he returned to castle oblivion and held it out. "The Cornerstone of Darkness." He said, indicating to the group what it was before handing it to Xross.

"You, Rexitus, And Lexeain are to go to Disney Castle, find the Cornerstone of light, and put it together with this. But that's not all, somewhere, likely in the hall of the cornerstone, there should be a door. Enter this door to go into a special world, inside, there should be another of each cornerstone. To get the second cornerstone of darkness, open a dark corridor from that world to the dark margin and look in the rock formations. Combine all four and an object of incredible power is made. Bring the completed stone to me. The rest of you are to stay here and hone your skills with me. Once i feel you're ready to handle a raid on the base of the lights, we'll rescue Kaya. Does everyone understand their missions?" R asked for a final conformation before sending the three on their way.

"But...But..." Beuce started before letting out a groan. He couldn't take Kaya with him....Or...Could he? He turned to the rest of the group for a moment, proclaiming he'd be right back. He then followed the king into the room with Kaya "Your Majesty, you have a call from Minni. I'm assuming she's your wife."

"Thank you! We'll go right away!" Emerald said excitedly to Minni before running out. She just had to find this "Donald and Goofy" before she could be on her way to see the king. She'd heard a lot about him and really admired him.

 

Rexitus and Lexeain both shared a glance. In some ways, Rexitus couldn't use his powers with the Cornerstone of Light, but with Conerstone of Darkness in possession, both powers would nullify each other, causing an imbalance. Lexeain was unaffected by the Light Conerstone's power, however, because she utilized light. Still, this was an opportunity they needed to do what was needed in the castle.
Rexitus stiffened and snapped his neck, his eyes suddenly flashed red and his voice turn rough and inhuman, and said, "Well then, what the heck are we waiting for? Lets get the heck out of here and do this thing. If I see any lights, I'll make sure that they suffer for kidnapping an ally!" His eyes returned to normal color, and he coughed, "Excuse my rage personality. It goes off whenever it chooses."
Lexeain tsked, and looked at Xross. He looked serious. Almost too serious. She turned back to R and said, "The task shall be completed. When may we start?"

 

Xross eyed the Cornerstone of darkness in his hands. The darkness emitting form it could easily be felt, even if the holding was pure light. The idea of some sort of ultimate idea intrigued him, it was his favorite quality. His own curiosity has led to trouble for more than one person he's encountered. "Alright then." Turning to Rexitus and Lexeain before opening a dark corridor. "Let's go then." He simply waited for them to go on ahead of him.

"A trip to the Dark base, Sound like fun." Kel said. Clearly there was a huge risk in doing this since not a one of them knew what to expect there, but now was no time for hesitation. "So, everyone ready to go?"

Zwei just shrugged as he followed behind Emerald to see Donald and Goofy.

 

Rexitus shrugged, looked at people around the room put on his smiling mask, then entered the portal. Lexeain followed suit, but not before telling Annabella and Sapphire two different statements. To Annabella, Lexeain whispered, "Watch your red-headed friend over there. She will never be your ally." To Sapphire, she whispered, "You be who you choose. If darkness isn't forte, reject it." She walked towards the portal, and put on her frowning mask.

 

R was about to immediately, but they figured it out. Once they were gone, he turned to his new class. He put up a protective barrier around the walls, as they had suffered enough abuse and things were about to get hairy. "Things are going to be different for this training session. It'll be you three against me. Defeat me, and you pass. But you're fighting for a lot more than the grade, if you fail, i won't stop my attack. You will be killed. Fight for everything you hold dear, everything you believe in, and with everything you have. Death is final. Lose, and it's gone in an instant." R concluded the rather grim news, and crafted his shadow into a circle around him, ready to intercept the attacks.

Beuce quickly shushed Kaya, indicating the stealth of the operation. He opened his pocket and showed her the inside. It was bigger on the inside than it looked on the outside. Much bigger. Inside his pocket was a near, or possibly even infinite amount of space, as indicated by the contents. A bed, several gaming and sports magazines, a laptop, a TV, a stand for the TV, A PS3 and several popular games, several drawers full of clothes, socks in the floor like surface, and it was complete with a mini fridge, fully stocked. It was without a shadow of doubt the nicest pocket in history. "It's a magical bottomless pocket.I don't know why they call it that because it has a bottom, just infinite room, But that's beside the point. Hurry and get in if you want us to bring you. I like you, so i'm sneaking you with us." Beuce felt the need to bring his "wife" everywhere with him now, and let's face it, the nobodies were right. He was kind of an idiot.

The green haired girl waved to the two, smiling. "Nice to meet you! My name is Emerald." she said, extending her hand to shake theirs.

 

As soon as the Portal close, Lexeain felt a disturbance. She stiffened, and instantly felt afraid. Rexitus looked at her carefully and asked, "Are you alright? You're not afraid of this mission, are you? I've already sent you to Disney Castle once."
Lexeain shook her head, throwing her previous thought away. "I'm fine. I just thought that maybe one of us should have stayed back." She said.
Rexitus whispered, "You know that's not an option. We follow orders until circumstances change." Rexitus looked at Xross, and said, "Let's get this over with. The quicker this mission is done, the better it is for all of us."

"Death is final? That's so stupid! How do you expect to raise an army and take over Kingdom Hearts when you kill off all your students? Come on, I can't be the ONLY one who sees how bad of an idea that is!" Annabelle said, not afraid to express herself. It felt strange to her... whenever Ruby was around, she didn't feel accepted and didn't want to say anything. Now, with all this darkness, she felt... stronger somehow... Didn't matter though. Her ultimate goal was to be trained, then take down Ruby and get Sapphire out of here. It wasn't even so much about herself or Sapphire, it was more about showing her stupid older sister what she could REALLY be capable of.

The days where Annabelle hid behind a metaphorical rock and endured Ruby's abuse were over. this time, it would be Ruby who was going to suffer, and she'd make sure R thought it was her fault that two had gotten away.

Ruby glanced at Annabelle and stayed quiet. What the hell had the darkness done to her sister? She was so different. It was actually starting to scare her a bit... With all the potential she had, she could probably take her AND R down..

Wait, what was she thinking? No way that pipsqueak would be able to... Ruby shook it off and waited to see R's response.

Garnet looked at Kel. "I'm ready. We should hurry. The more time we spend here, the less time we have to save Louvel's sister and my sister."
Luna shook her head. "Oh Garnet... you are SUCH a kid..." She looked at Kel. "But I agree, let's go." Luna turned back to Mickey. "Oh, thank you your majesty. We won't disappoint you!" She bowed.
Garnet facepalmed. "Dang it Luna... You are so polite it's obnoxious and embarrassing..."

 

"Defeat me and you'll be fine. The fact you fight for your life brings out potential like nothing else will. In real combat, your skills blossom so much faster than if there's nothing at stake." R said in response to Annabelle proclaiming how stupid the concept was. The circle that was his shadow spun around him, eventually shooting off a blade of darkness stemming from the floor and another shortly after, going the opposite direction, and another going the same as the first. the blades zigzagged toward Annabelle and Ruby, starting off the fight. He knew Sapphire in her regular form was no challenge whatsoever, so he'd try to avoid her until she was able to invoke the darkness.

"You're so manly. It's kinda hot..." Beuce said to her before going out of the room. "yeah great let's go. hurry up, time's a wasting. Who knows what they're doing to poor sister. Damn dirty darks with their scheming and conniving. And sometimes they do both, which i like to call scheniving." Beuce said, rushing the group before exiting himself. Once outside, he tossed his keyblade up into the sky and it came back down as his keyblade glider, which he hopped onto and took off into the sky, not waiting for the others.

Emerald looked up at the Gummi ship in awe. It was an amazing thing. She'd never seen one before, yet she was very excited to ride one. A large mechanical hand came and picked her up, placing her on the ship. Once inside, she strapped in her seatbelt and looked over the controls. "This is pretty cool!"

 

Kel nodded at the two before going to the nearby window and tossing his keyblade out. When it came down within reach, it had turn into his personal glider. The next thing he did was to leapt out the window and landed safely on it and set off towards the Castle.


The corridor took them to the closest place he could get to the cornerstone without anyone noticing them. Once they all were through, he motioned them to follow. "It's this way."


Zwei looked at the gummi ship with awe. "Whoa." It was certainly amazing, especially since he never seen anything like it. "Yeah, ready."

 

A white man in a suit walks on grass swirving a bit with carelessness. He has an open collar, no tie, over coat, dress pants, and a white buttoned dress shirt. His hair is black, he has sunglasses but they are scratched beyond repair. He holds a lighter in his left hand, flicking it on and off, with his right hand in his pocket. He has a cigarette in his mouth hanging on by the edge of his lips, it has a slight fume at the end but is almost done for. He see's a Castle in the distance. "About time...", Iaso thought to himself. He continued to walk to the Castle, stumbling upon his way. Iaso hears a violent noise of air being slashed threw. He turned just in time to make himself fall before being ran over by a glider. "Watch where you're going, jerkoff!", Iaso yelled at the man riding the glider, who had white hair and wore red. Iaso stumbled to his feet and grabbed his lighter which he had dropped. "Maybe i'll finally get to use good ol' One Wing", Iaso remarked as he summoned his keyblade One Winged Angel. He continued on his way to the castle being vigilant about his surroundings.

 

The Portal opened in Disney Castle, as Lexeain and Rexitus walked out. They looked around. They were in the hallway, near the the Throne Room. As Rexitus scanned the area, Lexeain rummaged through her cloak until she said, "It's here."
"Good." Rexitus said, "Use it when the chance arises. As soon as the two Cornerstones begin to nullify, I will create a diversion, giving you time to plant the device. Got it?"
"Yeah, got you." Lexeain confirmed. The two fell silent again.
