The Final War, Beyond All Limits

Ansem smirked. "you are forgiven..."
Xemnas frowned. he hated what Ansem was doing.

 

Rhian got back on her feet and winced. She could taste blood in her mouth.

 

"bow down and lick my shoe until it shines." Ansem smirked.

 

Rhian stood still. "No..."

 

"no?" he grabbed her ears and picked her up. "i guess i get to do this." he punched her in the stomach 8 times.

 

Rhian hung there in Ansem's grip and took the blows. She covered her mouth and coughed up some blood.

 

Ansem started punching her in the face. he threw her down at his feet. "go on. lick my shoe."

 

Demyx could not take the abuse that Rhian was receiving. It was just so wrong. No wonder the jerk was a heartless. "Leave her alone!" Walking up to Ansem, he did a very foolish thing, but also brave normally not in his nature. Taking out his sitar, he slashed Ansem across the chest with it, and then poured his element upon him, soaking him completly. Seeing Rhian in such pain, he placed her on the ground and began to soothe her injuries with his water the best to his ability. He didn't care what the boss or anyone else thought. He had to get her away from Ansem.

 

Ansem growled. he summoned his staff.
Xemnas grabbed his shoulder. "he's right you know..."

 

Demyx placed his body close to hers shielding her with his own to take any hits that Ansem may unleash. She had been treated harshly for the very last time. He would see to it that she was no longer a slave. "You have some nerve treating her like that. No wonder you're a pitiful heartless, your power is nothing compared to a nobody's and you know it. Just try striking her again, and you'll deal with my own wrath." These words that he would never think of saying normally were of someone who had gusto and just flew out of his mouth without him thinking it through. Of course, his very self was on the line to receive major injuries and probaly some words from Xemnas for his sudden insubordination and violent actions, but he was willing to risk that chance to save her.

 

Ansem glared at Demyx. he raised his staff to strike them.
Xemnas reacted quickly. he grabbed the staff. "she will work. she will be payed. she will eat."

Demyx saw her still bleeding and he quickly got up, ran into the medical area and retrieved some potions for her to heal her injuries externally and internally. "He should be dealt with harshly for nearly killing her. If you don't I will!" He was furious, for seeing how helpless she was brought back another memory of when he saw a poor girl picked on and beat up by some kids that did not understand her for the way she spoke and had different colored skin. Shaking his head, he gripped it, feeling a huge headache happening. Calming himself down, it lessend but his anger didn't. "Boss, the floating evil genie can not go unpunished. Not for what he had commited. He is making the organization look bad like we are a bunch of cruel bullies."

"i have the perfect punishment in mind." Xemnas said.
Ansem snapped. "EVIL GENIE!? YOUR SITAR LOOKS LIKE A BIG, BLUE DI-"
Xemnas covered Ansem's mouth.

 

"Really? And what would that be?" Demyx asked, his voice above a whisper knowing he had crossed the line with his comment. It was very rare to see Xemnas agreeing with him for most of the time, it was the Superior who would discipline his subordinates for acting like children over petty issues.

 

Xemnas released Ansem's staff and faced Demyx. "ever heard the phrase, 'treat others how you would like to be treated'?"

 

He nodded, but wasn't sure what the boss had in mind. "Do you think Ansem should be treated as our slave or just receive a harsh punishment by you?" He smirked, an evil gleam in his eye towards Ansem. "I want this guy to know exactly how she felt, but he's a heartless and he is not going to care is he?" He kept watch over her, giving her the liquid to ease down Rhian's throat that would heal her from within.

 

Xemnas chuckled. "for one week... he will be a slave and this girl will be second in command.."

 

Axel came back with his presents and saw that Xenmas and Demyx see a little irrtated with something. He however, had heard part of the conversation. "The girl can't be second in command. She has to become an nobody because they are the ones who join the organization."

 

"you're right..." Xemnas said. "hmmmm..." he started thinking hard.

 

Rhian watched the conversation happen. She drank the potion Demyx gave her and a spark of hope appeared. "T-Thank you...."
