The Experiments - Roleplay

"What kinds of traps would they have?" she asked Ako.

 

"Something that none of us would be able to get past with our known abilities. So I think we need to figure our what our hidden powers are."Rain said quietly from the back. She had been silently following the others not sure of what to tell them. "But with these winding hallways we're like rats in a maze."

 

Yoko tried to think carefully, seeing if she could hear an unfamiliar voice in the room. She heard nothing but the voices inside of the other's heads. Things like "This is ridiculous", "Lets se...", etc. Until she head someone say "Follow them." She then knew it was a trap. "Someone's following us and they won't let us get out of here alive..." Yoko told the others.

 

Zorox looked at Yoko.

"I'm trusting you." he said with his arms crossed.

Zorox looked at the door he came through... "I'm going back. I saw a door in there that led deeper into this place." He said looking at Ako.

 

Rain's fear finailly kicked in after Yoko gave her deathly warning. She then felt hot tears begining to swell in her eyes. No I can't I have to be strong. For Pururin and the others. Plus I can do something they probably can't.

 

The girl in Yoko's arms stirred and blinked sleepily, looking up at Yoko with half-opened brown eyes. When she had fallen asleep, she had reverted to her human form and personality. "Yoko... what's wrong?" she asked.

"Something seems very wrong..."

"Puu, be careful, I don't like the looks of this."

 

Yoko looked down to see that Pururin was her normal self again. "Nothing we can't handle. Don't worry." she answered.

"Oh, Is Puu awake? Is she okay?" Rain asked anxously. She didn't know why but she suddenly felt attached to her, like she was her little sister. She was also starting to like everyone else. They were like her new family now. I'm gonna do my best she thought to protect them. My family. And her fear started to fade away.

 

"I think she's fine, but..." Yoko didn't mean to, but knowing how her powers are uncontrollable at the moment, she knew how Pururin felt. "She's a little worried..."

 

Vira looked at Ako and sighed. "Ahh... I wish it was the real thing.... Damn those humans..." She sat on the gound criss-cross and started thinking. "Wait... if it was that easy to get through our cubes then...." She stoped to think. "The probly used diffrent things for each barrier.... such as if I burt a wall with fire then I tryed the next wall with fire it wouldnt work so I try ice but it works... you know what I mean?" Vira was really bad at explaining things and tryed to make it as simple as possible.

 

"But it is something, isn't it?" Pururin asked, licking her lips nervously.

"Of course it is. Try and ask her what exactly, alright?"

She nodded slightly and turned to ask Yoko what the tiger in her suggested, but paused when she heard her name being spoken by Rain. She turned to Rain and asked, "Who are you?"

So people know, sometimes Puu speaks to her personalities out loud, and sometimes it's just in her head. You can decide whether your characters hear her or not, I don't particularly care one way or the other.​

 

"Her name is Rain..." she told Pururin. "She was worried about you." SHe then turned to Rain. "Sorry, this power gets the best of me..." she smiled. Then she heard Vira's explanation. She knew she was going to be no help this time. Her pyro and telekenesis techniques are still uncontrollable and she really did not want to hurt Pururin and the others.

 

*Zengetsu looked at the others and sighed*

"Shes right this isnt a room and they probably are monitering us Im going to go scout ahead I dont think I need to use my powers for that............."

*Zangetsu walked off into the darkness*

*The mysterious man chuckled to himself in a room full of monitors all of the group*

"Wow, I think theyve caught on that one, she may also be another threat, time will tell, I just hope those scientists come back I hate this baby sitting Oh well I geuss...I can wait a bit more"

*He looked down to the note pad which seems to say about all the powers and ways they got out*

"I think Im going to have some fun with these childrens"

 

Vira looked up at the generated light. "Maybe.... Up there is the real sky. If only I could break through." She looked down and then at Yoko. "What do you think?" she slitly tilted her head.

 

"It's okay Yoko and yes, I'm worried about you Puu. You see oh well... " Then Rain remembered a cut on her cheek when the glass shattered. "Watch" Rain then took her index finger and lightly ran it across her wound and as she did, it healed. " See I can heal people so if you were hurt I'd want to make you better understand? Oh, you don't mind me calling you Puu do you?" She then looked up at the fake sky and wondered if the real sky was like this, and if the stars were just as bright.

 

She turned to Vira and had to ask a question she knew would sound ridiculous anywhere else. "You can fly?"

 

Zorox saw Zengetsu go ahead and laughed. He turned his head to the group.

*That fool is going to kill himself.* he thought.

"Guys...are you coming or what??" He said holding himself halfway out the doorway back into the room.

 

Pururin turned in Yoko's arms to face Rain. "Only Tiger has ever called me that before..." She tilted her head curiously.

"I can fly, too!" she huffed, her attention switching to Vira, her vocal mannerisms also changing, though her physical appearance did not.

In a dark lab, only illuminated by the soft light of a computer moniter, a young woman sat. She silently worked at the keyboard in front of her for several moments, and, with only the slightest of hesitance, she finally stroked the last key.

In the room the group of Experiments were, a door to a new room would inexplicably slide open with only a slight whoosh.

 

"I don't think it matters. Going up would be just as easy as anything else. If we stay together we may be able to get out of here alive." Ako said as she followed the group back into the previous room.

"What can you guys do?" She asked the others, knowing she couldn't do this without knowing more about them.

 

*Zangetsu walked back in draging a large camera and three files in his hand*

"I was right they have been watching us, but who.......most likely the scientists I expect, also these files show each abilitie and strange atributes we have and how they made us this way, Ive seen mine and I dont like it.....so if you dont want to read yours then fine"

*He handed each person their file*

"Im going to find a way out of here so....."

*He left the room again into Darkness*


*The strange man looked at the monitor and banged his arm frustarted on the keyboard*

"Damn Him!!, Hes ruining everything just when I was about to have some fun I geuss Im going to have to put some serious obsticals in these childrens way"
