The Escape

Xathabat was still ouside the door she stood up again shakeing and knocked silently on the door."Eva its Xathabat..." she whispered still shakeing.

 

Axel opened his eyes and starred at the river again. He had noticed that Xathabat was gone as well. He was starting to angry and hurt emotionally that no one seem to care to even look for them. He was still with Larxene, but their so called friends could be anywhere. For a moment he thought he had vaguely heard Roxas voice, but upon arriving at the hill he saw nothing. With the pain still hurting his chest and the cold air breezing through the atmosphere it was really hard for him to breathe. He knew even with the odds against him he and Larxene were forced to keep on going. "DEMYX, ROXAS! XI0N, XATHABAT!" he called again. This was getting ridiculous to him. The forest was a freaking maze.

 

no one answered and Xathabat felt that she was ignored again..."yeah figures..." she sighed sadly and walked out the door her arm was still injured she couldnt keep up so she walked back into the forest and started crying. No one wanted her not Eva,Roxas,Demyx,Axel, or larxane. "im just a useless stupied ugly worthless girl....why am i here...is it so you can take your angier out on too like every one else dose to me?" she yelled to the heavens. she hugged herself for warmth and covered her face with her arms to hide her crying tears. Her sobs echoed throoughout the forest

 

Xion thought she heard someone knock at the door, but after she had gotten up to see who it was, no one was there. She shivered, and lay back on the bed, curling up next to Roxas. Despite being so close to someone, how could she still be so cold?

 

Demyx got off the bed and ran to the window for he reconized the yell from the forest to be Axel. Thinking quickly, he summoned his dancer and gave it a direct order to locate Axel and Larxene and bring them back to the hotel room he was staying at with Xion and Roxas. It obeyed and flew off in the distance as it appeared before the other two nobodies.

Once the dancer was gone trying to have Larxene and Axel follow it, Demyx sat back on the bed and rubbed Xion's back. "Everything will be okay. You have friends who care about you," he hugged her.

 

Xion nodded slowly. "Okay." she murmured, sitting up and hugging him. "Promise me you won't go after him?"

 

Demyx felt the side of her cheek with his gloved hand to wipe any tears that were present. "All right I promise," he said to Xion.

 

Xion nodded, then closed her eyes, and hugged him tightly, feeling empty.

 

Axel was getting so frusterated walking through the forest with Larxene that he almost killed the dancer that had appeared in front of him. "Oh so now he remembers to send one of his slaves out. All right lead the way. Come on Larxene you can hurt Demyx when we get to him for not letting us know where he was at ahead of time."

 

Roxas was laying on his back. He lay looking at the celing. Roxas was still afraid of those dreams, he was also afraid to go to sleep. he yawned but stayed awake.

 

Demyx shifted the covers to cover Roxas to keep him warm too. He still held Xion as he rocked his body back and forth with her.

 

Roxas turned his bed to them agian. the dreams were oer powering his mind. he needed to get away from all those thoughts.

 

Xion took a deep, shuddering breath, slowly opening her eyes. Her head hurt from all the crying, but it was hard to stop.

 

Roxas looked t the wall, he was mad, but not sure about what. he barried his face into a pillow.

 

Xion looked over at Roxas, trying to dry her eyes. "Roxas?"

 

"huh? " said Roxas lefting his head off his pillow, "is there something wrong?"

 

Xion watched him dully, her eyes blank. "are you okay?"

 

"uh...yeah i'm fine." said Roxas he gave a fake and weak smile to her.

 

Xion shook her head. "You aren't. I know it."

 

Roxas layed his head back on his pillow. "how do you know?" said Roxas barring his face back into the pillow. he was trying to hide his fear of Mixtsuki.
