The Escape

Xion slowly stood up, her mind going every which way at once. Roxas was here, Larxene was there, Demyx over here....She shook her head, trying not to lose it completely.

 

Roxas lookd at Xion, "I'll be back." Roxas Ran back to Axel. "I knew you would do that...I just think it's not right to do it when she is defenseless." said Roxas looking down at the unconious girl.

 

Demyx saw that many things had happened all at once and it bothered him that the guards were gunning after them, but what bothered him the most was how Roxas was behaving. It was like he didn't even know him anymore. Yes he understood that he was being controled, but Roxas had some issues and the last thing Demyx needed was to have the others keep stopping all because of problems that could be fixed at a later time. They could discuss it once they were safe, but not here and now. "Great, now Roxas is going after Axel for some reason. Geez what is with all the drama?" he leaned up against the wall figuring this would take a while.

 

Xion laughed, then coughed, looking over at Demyx. "I hate drama." she whispered.

 

Axel noticed Roxas as he stepped back a looking at the burning body that he had caused. "Why not? We are in jail. Anyone would kill us if they get the chance. Sometimes to kill is the only way of surivial. Though defensless or not she tried to kill you. And NO one does that to any of my friends and lives to regret it!"

 

He nodded and placed his head on his knees resting it there with his legs bent.

 

"she tired to kill me because i tried to kill her first." said Roxas lookig down avoiding Axel's eyes.

 

Axel couldn't believe what he was hearing. Why was Roxas trying to blame himself. "She said that she was controlling you and the pain and it wouldn't go away unless she killed you. That is enough evidence of why I should kill her. But you keep defending her? Why, should I let her live for the hell she put you through?" He couldn't understand his friends' judgment right now.

 

Roxas looked at Axel, "I'm not jokeing Axel I tried killing her first, she endded up hurting me, Now she tired killing me and she got hurt." Roxas stared into Axel's eyes.

 

Xion looked up at the ceiling, trying to reign in her emotions. She covered her face with her hands, taking deep breaths.

 

Axel fists with his chakrams began to shake with deep anger, but for some reason he didn't want to see Roxas upset anymore so he would let go. Espeically since Roxas was looking him right in the eyes. "Fine, but she tries to kill you again. Or anyone that I care about. I will KILL her MYSELF!" He warned letting his fire subside off of Mixtsuki's body. He hoped that he made the right choice.

 

Roxas looked back down at the ground. He was sobbing silently. "how could i have let it go this far?" thought Roxas. He turned away from Axel ad walked away this time he passed Demyx and Xion he contiued down the hall slowly and silently. He never lifted his head.

 

Xion wanted to go after Roxas, but she was exhausted. She sighed, then looked after him.

 

Axel noticed that Roxas had his head down and walked over to him putting his hand on his shoulder. "It is not your fault that this happened. Once we get out of this hell, the better." He saw some guards going after them as he sighed and killed them with his chakrams.

 

Roxas ignored Axel and continued to walk, he stopped at the end of the hall and sat there sobbing silently. Roxas remebered the one time his anger consumed him and he couldn't controll it. At that time he almost killed Mixtsuki, his dearest friend at the time, then he almost died along with her.

 

Xion couldn't take anymore;the screaming had started again. She slid to the floor, her head throbbing as she put her hands over her ears. "Make it stop make it stop." she whispered over and over. Roxas needed her, but not like this...

 

Demyx stood up and walked over to her sitting down next to her. "We're not going to leave him here. He is coming with us whether he likes it or not. Everything will be okay," he reassured her while rubbing her back.

 

Xion looked up at Demyx, smiling a little. "i think I'm insane." she whispered. "I can't help anyone like this."

 

Axel saw that Roxas went right past him, Demyx and Xion. "Roxas, snap out of it. It is not your fault. If you didn't say anything I would of killed her. Just stay with us because we don't want you to get killed." He replied picking Roxas up to where Demyx and Xion were and then placed him down.

 

Roxas sat down but stayed quite. He had his head in his hands. his head throbbing along with his hand and side.
