The Escape

Axel walked slowly as he made sure that Demyx was still keeping up with him. His eyes went towards the Clock tower as he disappeared up to it and began looking down as if gazing into the distance. He see specks fighting or shadows, but could not make them up. From up on the tower they looked like ants. "Nothing is going to happen to them, I will make sure of it." The flurry replied as he knew that he was now more worried about Xion as ever.

 

Xion panted, pushing her hair back, her temples slightly sweaty from exhertion. Rolling to the side again, she yelped as her ribs got swiftly kicked, and this time something cracked, sending tingles of pain up her spine. She bent over, coughing, then kicked at the guard, snapping his neck. The screams sounded through her head, and she winced, then rolled again.

 

Xathabat finally made it to the tower and saw xion and roxas, she worked her way through the gaurds she burned all the gurds she walked past, with each step she grew weaker and her back started to bleed more. she finally made it to xion."are you ok?" she asked softly her expressoion was filled with worry.

 

Xion panted, gently grabbing Xathabat's arm, struggling not to use her for support. "More importantly, are you okay?" she asked, her head spinning. "What's wrong?"

 

"You guys, are both wounded, you should go somewhere like the top of the clock tower and rest..." said Roxas, he looked at them, spotting some more gaurds off in the distance, "As for me I have some business to take care of." Roxas then ran away from the two, leave no time to explain, he was heading straight for a group of twelve gaurds without knowing it.

 

Xathabat smiled at xion."im fine, its like a small sratch." she lied."you should go to the clock tower,axel and demyx might be up there, ill go help roxas. now dont try and help ok." she said as she chased after roxas.

 

Roxas looked around, seeing Xathabat fallowing him. He took a sharp turn, and ran into a back alleyway. He knew how to get around Twilight Town, remebering all the streets and tunnels. Roxas ran through a huge crowd in the sand lot and left up another back alley, soon appearing near... Roxas looked at it then ran away, the fear ran throuh him as all the bad memories came back.

 

Xathabat was lost she looked around and stomped her foot,but winced as it sent pain up to her stabed back but she shook it off and sighed."Roxas...why are you running from me, do you not trust me anymore?" she asked herself softly as she turned back and hung her head.

 

Roxas ran into some woods, comeing to a clearing, seeing the machion, his head throbbed, the memories flooded his mind. He fell to the ground, remembering what happened before. The words you were never ment to exsits ran throught his mind over and over agian, until the flash back consumed him.

BIC: Xathabat's back made a numbing pain.'why is everything going bad...why did you have to run roaxs...where are you.." she thought as she got to xion smiling.

 

"Never ment to exist..." whispered Roxas, he stood up. He couldn't think about anything other than those words. then gaurds came towards him from the forest. Roxas couldn't move, he was to deep in thought to realize what was going on. One punched roxas in the stomach, sending him slideing throught the grass. The gaurd then walked up to Roxas, this time kicking him in the stomach, over and over and over agian. Roxas didn't fight back, "I was never ment to exist..." he whispered to himself. clutching his head with his hands, the memories brought so much pain...or was this pain because of the gaurds? What was happening?

 

Axel was worried about the others as he started pacing around on the tower. He seemed to bite his lip a bit inside his mouth, but he ignored the pain from it. "Maybe we should go find them." He offered to Demyx. "At least I should since I know Twilight Town better than you."

 

"Namine...Axel...Xion...Demyx...Xathabat...please...someone...help..." murmured Roxas weakily. The gaurds stood there laughing. "I am and was never ment to exsits...I should have gone long ago, when Riku took me away..." thought Roxas, he was laying on his side, feeling numb.

 

Xathabat heared a faint whisperand ran towrds it, she ran near roxas behind where the gaurds were standing and saw them laughing she growled and her eyes grew red and she charged at them as they turned around, she slaugthered and burned them to ashs and went next to roxas. She looked at him worried with her grey eyes."are you ok?" she asked.

 

He stared at nothing, he was just looking straight ahead. "Xathabat..." said Roxas, he rolled onto his back and whimpered, then rolled onto his stomach and whimpered more. What he did notice and was was causeing the pain was the gaurds taser burns. Roxas winced sitting up. He then stared at the machion, clutching his hands over his head whimpering, he heard the high pitched noise, the one from before, the noise comeing from the computer.

 

"whats wrong roxas?" Xathabat asked and huged him.

 

"That...manchion...it's...Ansem...Riku...computer..." said Roxas weakily, he winced as she hugged him, He skippped alot of the words., he stood up "Get...the...others....", opening the lock with his keyblades. He then ran into the manchion. The gates then closed them selves, before anyone else could get in. The meomories flooded his mind.

 

Xathabat ran after him but she was to late and the doors closed on her. she sighed and hung her head."be carefull.."she mummbled and ran back and went to the clock tower,her back was in bad pain and it still hurt from being stabbed but she ignored it. when she got there she was out of breath and looked up at demyx worried."Roxas,is in trouble." she said weakly.

 

Roxas ran to where the computer was, He stood there notice it was not broken. "Impossible!" said Roxas, "I....I distroied...it..." he summoned his keyblades, distoring the computer agian. He then walked down the hallway, passing by these egg things, then come into a huge white room, in the center was where sora was before...Roxas then whimpered as his head ached, "Hurry, Xathabat..." said Roxas, "Kairi...Riku...Sora..." Roxas said sora in a mad way. He then fell to the ground passing out. Heartless then began to appear around him, They stood there not noticeing him.

 

Xathabat pointed at the forest."he ran into these doors and said Ansem was back." she said tiredsom.
