The Escape

Roxas looked at the two, "Since everyone was off getting relationships, I disided to get a job so we actually have munny and it is at a resturant, it is a very formal one, and it has a good pay, and it is really popular, and it is in a different town." said Roxas, he said the last part really quickly, he then looked at Demyx, "Do you know if Axel and Xion have some kind of relationship? I mean before I left, I walked into them talking and they seemed...I don't know, different." Roxas looked at the sky, "I don't know if I'm just imagening this stuff or if it's true..."

 

Xathabat sighed and stood back next to demyx."i havent seen them...and what is the place called, think i can get a job there too?" she smiled.

 

"I thank they will hire you since they need workers." said Roxas, he didn't want to tell them the girlish name of the hotel and resturant.He just stood there thanking silently.

 

Xathabat smiled."really, kool! whats it called." she asked.

 

Roxas looked at Xathabat, "Uh..." said Roxas he had already forgot the name two days of working there and he had already forgot. He smiled, "Go ahead and push me down the hill already."

 

"why would i do that?" she asked.

 

"Thats normally what people do to me when I can't remeber things." said Roxas laughing slightly, he oddly felt happier since Axel and Xion weren't around, and if the two eventually came around he would leave or at least that is what he kept sayingto himslef.

 

" well thats not very nice to do is it." she smiled and giggled." how about we go look for the others, but right after you help me get a job roxas." she said and looked at demyx."what do you think?" she asked.

 

"I'll help you find a job, but when it comes to finding them..." said Roxas his smile slowly faded,"I'll have to leave...It's not yours or Demyx's fault...I just don't want to see Xion right now." Roxas looked at the ground Anger in his eyes. "If she comes back I'll most likely leave." said Roxas angerily, he remebered the reason he left in the first place.

 

Xathabat looked at him worried."ok, ill come with you, its not safe to wounder by yourself." she said.

 

"Xathabat, If I leave you should stay with Demyx. He needs you more then me, just saying that because I saw you to kiss. it more dangerous for you to walk around alone." said Roxas, "If I leave it would only be for an hour or so...I would always come back to you and Demyx, since you guys are like family to me, I once saw Axel as a brother but now...but now I don't even know." Roxas sat down he put his head in his hands, his head throbbing all the pain began comeing back, the fire in his stomach would come back soon also, and that meant the horrible taste of blood would soon come back also. "I just can't trust Axel and Xion anymore."

 

Demyx sighed out loud and raised his eyebrow. "Axel has and always will be your best friend. He probably went to go find her since he doesn't want her to get hurt. I don't think they have a relationship in the way your're thinking." He rubbed the back of his head. "Xathabat would you really be interested in working where Roxas works?"

 

Xathabat looked at roxas sadly and tears streamed down her face."roxas its not ok to be alone, and i wont let you leave, demyx dosent need me...but then again no one dose..." she said faintly she sat down next to him and sighed she looked down at the grass again.'i boke my promise and left Xion alone...i ditched demyx when he needed me after he helped me...what kind of friend am i...i know im not a friend...im just a pathitic person that keeps bugging them...' she thought sadly and whimpered.

 

"Xathabat...Demyx loves you and you love Him, you guys need eachother...and Demyx and I need you more than you know...If you weren't here Demyx would have been lonely when all of us left." said Roxas he looked at Xathabat. "Then explain to me what they were talking about the night I left? Weren't they talk about if they loved someone before?" Roxas knew what Demyx would say, "It's not like I care anymore though, because the love I had for Xion is long gone, just because of the one thing she did."

 

"And what did she do Roxas? I must know if you don't mind me asking?" Demyx asked in a sincere tone. Seeing Xathabat feel sorry for herself, Demyx thought she was emo, but he didn't want to hurt her in anyway either. "Xathabat you know I'm always there for you and even if I'm not there in person I'm there in spirit."

 

Xathabat wiped her tears and nodded." im sorry..." she said but kept looking at the ground.'how can anyone love me...' she thought and sighed.

 

Roxas pulled his sleves down makeing sure they covered his wrists. He was fighting back tears. "She just...she went through my memories and I think she saw something I never wanted her to see or hear about, I did something that she may hate me for..." He then fell over on to his side, the fire in his stomach was back. His face became ghostly white he began coughing violently, he couldn't sit up, so he rolled onto his stomach useing his elbows to hold himself up. His forehead was still on the ground, but the rest of his face wasn't. He then felt something comeing up his throat, it was blood, he could tell by the taste of it.

 

Xathabat looked at roxas worried." are you ok, and she was only trying to help, and she won't hate you for your past and what you did, its who you are that she cares about." she said.

 

"Well..." said Roxas winceing in pain as blood came out of his mouth, "Trying to help me by what makeing me angry?" Roxas continued to cough, he threw up more and more blood. "I should have died long ago...long ago,when me and mitsuki first fought...when I didn't want to live anymore."

 

(OOC: Last post for today, might be on tonight, but I'm going to go out to eat for dinner. If I don't see you guys tonight have a good night.)

Roxas was coughing up blood which made Demyx cringe and he knew his friend needed help. "Here drink these. I still have some left," he had remembered the elixers and ethers in his pocket and gave them to him. Opening a void, he took Xathabat by the hand, put Roxas over his shoulder and went through it. They were now in the hotel room as he lay Roxas on one of the beds to rest. "You need to keep up your strength and in fact we all need to," he rested on one of the other beds and closed his eyes.
