The Escape

(OOC: Axel and Xion are talking about trival things like love and such. Demyx recently finished his shower and Roxas is sleeping)


Axel looked at Demyx lying there on the bed and noticed that Xathabat was gone again. "Demyx, do you know where Xathabat has gone off to?" He questioned him. He then drew his attention back to Xion. "What can you do read minds or something?" He laughed lightly. "Um thanks..." He mentioned for her comment.

BIC: Xathabat held her hand out and crated a dark orb,she shot it at the trees putting them on fire with her back flames.

 

"No," he turned his back to Axel not wanting to speak. He wasn't feeling well and he hoped that the shower would lift his spirits, but all it did was clean him and make him yearn for the water more.

 

Xion turned her eyes to Demyx, watching him. "Go sit in the tub, and turn all the water on." she advised. "It might help." Turning back to Axel, she smiled slightly. "Something to that extent..."

 

"Demyx are you feeling okay?" He turned towards to look at him. He then directed his attention to Xion as well with an raised eyebrow in curiousity. "You can really minds?" He didn't know if this was true or not. "How did you get that kind of power?"

 

Roxas woke up, he sat up looking at the others, he stood up and left the room heading to the lobby. He hoped he could get down there without any of them fallowing or asking where he was heading. It hurt to walk, but he needed fresh air, he needed to buy a water bottle also. His throat was dry and scratchy, and he still felt like he was on fire.

 

Xion shrugged, looking down at the floor. "The same way you got yours, probably. I don't remember much after getting out of those woods. I don't remember anything from before the prison."

 

Axel made her look at him. "Why are you still down? We are all safe and out of that hell hole. You should be happy afterall," he smiled looking deep into her eyes.

 

Roxas walked back up to the room but sat down outside of the door, he thought about things while drinking his bottle of water.

 

She smiled slightly, then shook her head. "But I don't remember anything, or almost anything. I don't even know who I was. I'm lost, always lost." she stopped herself from revealing anymore. Guys only hurt her, with the exception of Demyx.

 

Axel massaged her shoulder playfully hoping to keep her calm. "It is okay, take your time. Not everyone remembers everything that happens. You should only focus on the happy times and not the bad times, when you are lost in your thoughts," he replied. "I don't remember much about my past life either, just bits of pieces of it."

 

She sighed, then grinned, tickling him. "Time seems to be the one thing I have in abundance of late. I just wish...I knew who I was. What I am."

 

Demyx looked up at Axel not wanting to ignore him for he didn't want him to think he was being rude. He listened to Xion's suggestion and that wasn't going to help either. He wasn't a merman or anything like that, but he yearned for the sea, a river or a lak eto restore his element and bath or sink water wasn't going to help. "I'm not feeling well." He shivered as he grabbed one of the blankets and wrapped it around his exposed flesh.

 

Xathabat watched the dark fire dance,she sat on her rock, just stareing.The Black flames reflected into her eyes.

 

Axel thought that he felt some kind of fire presence, but stayed by the window as he slowly turned away from it to look at Demyx. "Put your cloak on, then you will be warm. We don't want you to freeze," he replied and then also turned to Xion. "Sometimes, it is best to not know who you are, because the thing is it could be a bad thing. The green shaped triangles under my eyes symbolize an omen," he paused for a minute to focus on her now. "I know that we are friends and that you are a keyblade wielder like Roxas who has the same element as him, that makes both of you special," he assured her touching her shoulder.

 

Roxas heard his name being said inside of the room, Roxas stood up, he walked outside of the hotel, with his water bottle at hand. Roxas came to some trees that were on fire, the flames were black, he then saw Xathabata and walked over to her.

 

Xion smiled. "Then I don't want to be special. It hurts too much." she murmured, putting her hand over his for a second.

 

Axel didn't mind her hand on his, but he thought about why she wouldn't want to special. "It should't hurt at all. Why would it hurt at all?" he question feeling the warmth of the hand, but knowing his temperature made it a tiny bit warmer.

 

"Because people stare at you. They expect things from you, even if you can't deliver, and above all, you are the one they look to to get things done. Appearances must be kept up at all times." She smiled slightly, closing her eyes.

 

Axel smiled somewhat at her response. "That is very true, but there is really nothing that can be done about it. We shouldn't think of what others think of us. We should be proud of what we know about ourselves," he placed his hand over her shoulder rubbing it.
