The Escape

Lord Varex ripped out all of the arrows, "your becoming rather annoying...." he said charging over towards Elizabeth, "I'll kill you first...."

Will ran and slashed him in the side while he was distracted by Elizabeth, "you have to pay attention Varex.....theres two of us fighting you fool......"

 

"Well why dose he need to give any attention? I like sitting ducks," Elizabeth running to a diffrent direction and continued to shoot Varex. The arrows were running out quick and the ones on the floor where getting full of blood.

 

Anita looked at Aqua, and then back at the fox. "She has to jump?" Anita asked. "Can't we just land?"

 

"Not much time for that," the fax said looking ahead, "And it needs to be soon too."

"I cant-" she looked at the deep cliff up ahead.

"Before we hit that," the fox said. Aqua was frozen in fear.

"Anita, can you push me off please?" Aqua said. Nova flew next to them.

 

Lord Varex stopped, he was breathing heavily, "I will kill atleast one of you before I die......" he said swipping Will across the stomach with his sword, "and it seems I have enough strength to kill you too...." he said charging at Elizabeth.

Will flew and hit the wall, "fool...." he said grabbing his stomach, "no matter.....what happens....you will die and so will your evil reign..." he stopped talking and closed his eyes.

 

Anita saw the cliff up ahead and closed her eyes as she pushed Aqua of, hesitantly. "Please cathch her..." Anita thought.

 

Nova caught Aqua. "Perfect, now hold on and dont look down," the fox said. Aqua looked at the fox.

"Dont look down?" Aqua said and she realized that they were going to dive down the cliff, "Wait!"

"No time!" the fox called over and Dust then Nova dived.

Elizabeth glanced over at Will and got distracted takeing a hard hit. She screamed loudly and being the loudest in the family Isabelle heard her.

Isabelle sat up looking over at the caslte. "We better get going."

 

Anita gripped Dust tightly and bowed her head with her eyes closed so that she would not look down.

 

Lord Varex grinned, "seems I was able to get you both...." he said turning around and facing Will, "but your supposed to be dead...."

Will grinned and took his sword cutting Lord Varex's head off, "not quite...." he said before falling on his hands and knees coughing up blood, "Elizabeth....are you ok....?" he asked.

 

Anita continued to hold on tightly. I hope Will and the others are okay... she thought.

 

Jason looked at Isabelle, "whats wrong....?" he asked looking at her concerned, and noticed she was looking at the castle, "is something wrong with Elizabeth and Will?"

Will crawled over to Elizabeth, "Elizabeth....are you okay....?" he asked wincing from the gash on his stomach, "I'm take you down to Isabelle and Jason....Isabelle should know what to do....." he said standing up and gently picking Elizabeth up and heading outside.

 

Anita looked up at the sky. "Something's wrong..." she said quietly. "I can feel it..."

 

Jason noticed Will and Elizabeth, "what happened?" he said confused, he helped get Elizabeth off of Will's shoudlers and gently laid her down.

Will winced, "it seems we forgot about Varex.....so we had to fight him...." he said falling on his back, "you two take care of Elizabeth....all I need is some rest....."

 

Nova and Dust flew straight again but with a little more speed. "We should be able to make it bafore the time runs out."

"Time?" Aqua said not opening her eyes.

"The stars cant be gone for too long," the fox said. There was an onpening from the shadows and they went through.

Isabelle sat next to Elizabeth, "We dont have anything to help," she said trying to keep a calm tone, "He is gone, right?"

 

"How much time do we have?" Anita asked the fox as she opened her eyes, still having a bad feeling.

 

"Enough for now," the fox said, "Lets just leave it at that."

 

"Right..." Anita said and stared up at the sky. "I have a bad feeling about this, though..." she said.

 

OOC: Destiny.....

BIC: Jason looked at Elizabeth's wounds, "hmmm...he did this I'm guessing...." he said ripping off a piece of his shirt to make a bandage.

Will nodded and coughed up some more blood, "dang it...yes hes finally gone...." he said breathing heavily, "we didn't have time to free your father....I'm sorry Isabelle....where is Anita?...."

 

"She's not back yet," Isabelle said helping Will, "Neather is Aqua, Dust, or Nova. We havent heard anything from them."

"There's always a chance of something going wrong," the fox said, "We can jut hope." Dust was started to land on the ground but needed to slow down a bit. Nova was next to them. They where all in some forest a little diffrent from the other considering there was no trail and it showed less sun light.

Anita nodded. "Right..." she said. "But I promised Will that I would return... and we must complete this mission..." she looked forward as they started to land.
