The Enigmatic Knights: Darkest Before the Dawn

ooc: im trying to find a world for me to be in and ater i do thst i will start

 

Doxyc looked at his sword that just appeared in his hands. "There will be times you have to fight." the voice said as a Dark Creature came out of the floor. its whole body was black and had yellow eyes. "Keep your light burning strong." the voice said as another creature came out of the ground. Then suddenly the creatures sank into the floor and made darkness grow outwards. engulfing the Plat form with the Bald Man on it. it then started to engulf Doxyc. he flailed about trying to escape the darkness. sinking and sinking he fell into the darkness.

he then awoke on a new plate form with the organization XIII on it. he got up slowly to find stairs on the other side of the plate form. he started walking forward when suddenly a large group of creatures, maybe 12, cam out of the floor and blocked his way to the stairs. without a second to spare doxyc lept at the creatures. he swung bravly at the creatures as the sword made contact the creatures deinagreated into black smoke. This is easy. doxyc thought. as he thought a slashing attack came to his back. he flew forward and fell on the ground. "Dont let your guard down." doxyc then quickly got up and lunged into battle. after a while of fighting doxyc finally finished the beasts with a couple of bite marks and scratches all over his body. he made his way up the stairs quickly not waiting for more Creatures to come. as he got to the top he noticed a light he walked twards the light on the new platform that showed a new group of people in white coats and 2 in the front of the group one with black trip pants and a white T-shirt and the other with Red hair and Yellow eyes and was wearing leather type clothes. he watched this guy still walking forward. a sudden folt shook the platform. he fell to the ground, darkness engulfing him. he voice then said, "Don't be afraid. You hold the mightiest weapon of all. So dont forget. You are the one of the two...who will close the door." doxyc then fell into to the darkness not to hear another word from the voice again.

A young boy was walking around Port Royal...he saw a guy in a pirate hat so the boy walked up to him...The man looked at the boy and the man siad "how are you young lad..." the boy looked at him with a confused look on his face "who are you"
The pirate smirked "Why I am Captin Jack Sparrow"
"Your captin Jack Sparrow...if you where a pirate you would have a ship"
"Why I do have a ship?" Jack siad
"O-really...which on is it?" the boy asked him
Jack sparrow looked around "well its not here..."
"So you dont have a ship...?" the boy siad siad
"well im after the black pearl." Jack told him
the boy started thinking "can i come and help you find it?"
"I dont think a little kid could help." Jack started walking away
"I got Rum" the boy siad as jack was walking away
Jack turned to him "Ok get your rum and come on..."
The boy smiled and walked up to him "by the way...im Xarend"

 

The sun was moments from setting as Amaya and Rowen finally made it to the city plaza where large crowds of people gathered daily. "Alright," Rowen whispered, "I'll calmly tell everyone what happened. That way nobody will get scared."

"I think its too late for that," Amaya said. She pointed over to where a mass of shadow was forming. Every person became eerily quiet as a huge monster came out with a gaping, heart-shaped hole in its chest rose out. Thousands of the small creatures began to materialize everywhere. The large monster took a step forward, and instantly the people started to yell, pushing and shoving everything in their panic. Amaya and Rowen watched in horror as several of the creatures swarmed over a group of people and took their hearts, turning the people into creatures as well.

Rowen swung his sword as several of the creatures. "We have to run and leave this city for good."

"What if this isn't the only place they are," she argued. "What if the whole world is like this?"

"I don't know," he replied, "But no matter what, we have to stay together." He made a motion for her to take his hand.

"...Okay." She reached for his hand, but just then another large monster appeared from behind them. It took its giant hand and hit Amaya, sending her flying back several yards. It only took her a moment to recover from the attack, but she could not locate her friend among the screaming people.
Rowen was gone.

"Do not despair." A voice said. THe voice belonged to the red haired knight. Zaven then opened his eyes wide and looked around, the darkness half way up his body. Th voice then continued, "go into your heart, find the light, weild it!!"

Suddenly, a flash of light shot forth, and Zaven appeared out of the darkness, a large, blue, key-like weapon appearing in his hand. He scowled at the creature, who shook in fear in front of him.

"Use the light, rid the darkness."The red hair knight continued. "Use the sword, use the key."

Zaven inspected the weapon for a moment then scowled, nodding, and got into a position. "Old lady auntie." He said,"Your right...I do have light...."He then charged forward, lunging the weapon out, stabbing the heartless through the cente rof its body, "And i'll use it for good." He finished.

The heartless creature then began to glow white, and exploded,sending Zaven back. He rolled on the floor next to illix, the key-l;ike weapon dissapearing. He looked up to see a large black figure appearing out of th darkness. It had large yellow eyes and a black body, an empty hole on its chest in the shape of a heart.

When Zaven checked, Illix pased out, and the key-weapon had returned to his hands. He looked at it and held it up in the air, pointing his weapon at the creature. ligh5t formed at the tip and fired out in a beam. The cretaure held out it shand, and the beam hit the hand, sendinglight throughout the area.THe creatures power overwhelemd the boy, and the hand came down and hit the ground, sending a gust of wind in every direction that pushed Zaven towards the edge.Zavn turned around and nealry fell voer, looking down at the emtines realm of darkness.

Sudenly, 5 portals of light opened, and out came five armored knights, all weilding the awkward key weapons.

when doxyc awoke from the darkness he was in the Secret Hideout lying on the couch with Ollete, Pence, and Hayner over him.
"He's waking up!" Pence said.
"hey you okay?" Hayner asked.
Doxyc slowly got up thinking of the place that he just incountered and the voice. "Wh...what happened?" he asked everyone.
"you fainted during the match," pence said, "You nearly gave us Heart Attacks!"
"I fainted...?" Doxyc said lifting up his hands.
"Ya are you okay?!" Hayner asked.
"...Ya..." doxyc said standing up. every one now stood around him. "You lost the match...after you fainted they gave the match to Rai and he one..." Ollete said.
"Maybe next year huh!" Hayner said with a smile.
"huh?...ya...next year..." Doxyc said.

-----One Year Later-----

Doxyc Hasnt told anyone of his strange exsperience he had exactly 1 year ago. he was now 12 years old. he now wore a black T-shirt Swet Shirt. with a black under shirt, and black pants with a chain still to his right side.
"you ready this year?" Hayner asked Doxyc
"...Ya!"

 

The knights swooped down onto the platform, and all stood next to each other. the knight who stood in the center was in all gold armor, a long silver keyblad ein his hands.

He had a long silver beard and silver hair. one of the knights came to him and said, "Knight Marquis Graham, what are your orders?"

Marquis Graham stood there and looked around, spotting the two children on the ground, "I want two knights to take down that Darkside heartless, another two prepare to open a portal."

The knight nodded, and as he ran off to follow his orders he turned around and said,"And what of these children? one weilds a keyblade."

Marquis Graham thought for a momnt and said, "I'll handle them, now, MOVE OUT!"

I wake up to hear many screams. I am rattled around by my mother, yelling at me to wake up. I then rise out of bed and run out of the door with my family. The house is partially on fire. I then try to escape through the front door, but a flame engulfs the front wall. We then go up to the family room. I see that my father grabs the broadsword out from under the bed. I then hear somebody come through the front. My mother forces me and Seikei under the bed. She kisses us on the forehead and tells us she loves us. I then see my mother pick up a matusme(sp?) sword and gets next to my father. A dark armored knight walks through the door. My father leaps at him, but the knight jabs a blade in front of him. My father is stabbed in the chest. The knight then pushes him off of the blade. Seikei wants to scream, but I hold my hand over his mouth. My mother then swings the matusme and makes contact to the knight's armor. He laughs then runs up to her. He then grabs her by the throat and strangles her to death. The knight then leaves the room. I get out from under the bed and kiss both of my parents on the forehead. I grab the broadsword and I have a demonic look in my eyes. I then look out of the window. Below us is a bush. We are three stories high, but we will take the chance. I open the window and help my brother out. I then jump out, landing funky, making the back of my foot messed up. We then start running far from the home. We don't stop running until we get to the school. I try opening the doors, but it is no use. I look back at my brother, who's face is petrified with fear. I then get him in front of me and I start heading to the gummi ship hangars. We run as fast as we can until I hear a yelp behind me. I look around to see Seikei sinking into black ooze from the ground. I hold onto his handas long as I can until I see a giant behemoth behind me. He rams me and I go flying, letting go of Seikei. Seikei then plummets down into the dark ooze. The behemoth is after me again. I then get in position, but he rams me as hard as the first time. I have a hard time breathing as he is coming for me again. Before I pass out I see a golden knight stop the behemoth and kill it. When I wake up I am in the middle of some crossroad. I see that I have new clothes and two chains on my belt.I pick up a piece of paper by my legs and start to read it.

Dear Roka,

you have been chosen to use a keyblade. Your brother was taken by creatures called heartless. They are creatures that take hearts. They will not stop until Kingdom Hearts is complete. That is where you come in. You are assigned to help destroy Kingdom Hearts and restore peace to every world. I must tell you though that it is not easy. You will be taken to many different worlds where you might be afraid, but don't! You are a noble and brave kid. You will one day be a hero and get your brother back. In the Disney Castle your brother lies. He is in a room where only one of your keyblades can open it. Have a safe journey.

I hold out both of my hands and notice not one, but TWO blades appear. I then start limping toward the eastern path....

ooc: How do you like it?

 

ooc: You know what? Doxyc got me in the mood for "Station of Awakening" moment. xD

Quick images of what seems to be a fair come one after another(Like powerpoint presentations). You could see the children having the time of his life in a festival. Kids can be seen enjoying themselves in the rides. Adults having conversations as they walk. Out of all these people, the most noticeable one is a boy sitting on a bench. His eyes filled with sorrow in the form of a downcast.

"Why doesn't anyone....like me?" he spoke softly.

3 years later......

"What's....happening to me...?" a soft mysterious voice spoke.

The same boy can be seen cascading through an endless abyss. Fortunately, a platform can be seen at the bottom. His clothes flutter in the wind. As he reaches the platform, his body gentely floats down and he lands on the spotless floor. He gains his balance, eyes already wandering around. The platform has images of two glorious knights wearing gold armor. The knights are seen holding two keyblades; one in each hand.

The boys eyes are glued to these magnifecent pictures. Unfortunately, their faces remain an enigma as they are wearing helmets.

"What.....is going on..?" he muttered in whisper.

"The door...."

"Huh?" The boy looked up with a scowl.

"....has yet to have been sealed." the enigmatic voice continued.

He straightened his back and looked around.

"Who's the one talking? Show yourself!" he demanded.

"Finish it....Close it.......The door must not remain opened.... If it does....then.....

Suddenly, a dark creature with big orb like eyes appeared near him. The boy jumped in surprise; as the creature had just sprouted from the ground. His eyes widened; fear had just appeared before his eyes.

As the Marquis began walking towards Zaven, Zaven gets up scolwing. And gets into a fighting stance. "WHO ARE YOU??" The Marquis grunted and sternly said "Don't talk to me in such a tone brat! We are here to save you and whats left of your planet."

Zaven begins to breath in and out deeply, scowling and gritting his teeth. He throws the keyblade on the ground and turns towards the darkside heartless. He turns towards the Marquis and asks "What are these things, what hapened to my planet, and what are these strange swords?"

The Marquis examins him and his keyblade, then says " These questions cannot yet be answered." Suddenly, a white portal oppens towards the side of the platform between two knights. The Marquis then turns towards the darkside heartless and the two knights fighting it. He then look towards the boy with a curious expression on his face. " Before you you have but two choices, you may remain on what fragments remain of this chaotic relm, or you may walk the path of radiance with the light and become far stronger and wiser. The choice is yours"

Zaven grows a look of sheer confusion and worry. However, there is a sense of hope and courage in the look of the Marquis. Zaven then turns to his brother and back to the Marquis and says " I'll go with you, but please allow my brother to come with me." Suddenly, the earth begins to shake unexpectedly and the two knights fighting the heartless signal Graham to go into the portal. The Marquis nodds and looks towards the boy and says, "Very well, let us go." Zaven then grabs Illix and sprints towards the portal when suddenly the darkside heartless lunges a tenticle towards him. The Tenticle lands a hit on the back of Zaven's head, which knocks him out instantly.A suden flash of light appears where he landed.. Zaven looks around, closing his eyes slowly and falling unconcious....

The sky above was chaotic with black clouds and buildings were collapsing; it almost as if the world itself was on the verge of breaking apart. People were rapidly being attacked and turned into Heartless. Seeing no other option, Amaya began to run for the city gates.

She looked over her shoulder just in time to see several Neoshadows leap toward her, and she dodged their attacks, but they mercilessly continued to pursue her. She picked up a lead pipe and slashed them. It was a long, hard path to the gates. Countless times she would have to stop and defend herself from the Heartless or change direction because a Darkside started to appear in her way. But eventually, she made it out of the city.

The land outside was barren and desolate. It was starting to seem like she was the only one who had escaped when she spotted a figure in the distance. Eagerly, she ran for the person, and even though his back was turned she recognized him instantly.

 

ooc: ok time for part to of my story


A thick fog rolled in over port royal. Xarend and Captin Jack Sparrow where walking on the docks when a ship appeared in the fog. Jack looked at it "Sees thats my ship" Xarend looked at it "nice ship"...the ship came up to the docks and started shooting...Xarend looked at jack "Not so friendly...are they" Jack looked back at the ship..."well..." Jack opend his mouth as big ant like things came off the ship started coming down off of the ship "we should get going" jack started running "why do we...have" Xarend looked at the ship "go" Xarend started running behind jack...they hid behind some barrels...as the things pasted Xarend asked jack "what are those things" "long story...lets go get my ship" Jack got up and started walking to the ship...The things turned around and saw us...Xarend had no idea what to do what a big key-like thing appeard in his hand and a vocie in his head siad fight till everything you have is gone...Xarend nooded his head and charged at the things...Xarend ran into them and swong the keylike thing at them...after 5 minutes of intense figting all the things where gone...Xarend and Jack started being sneaky to get to the ship...they snuck onto the ship and there was a guy with a long beared with a pirate on...he was looking toward the town and by the edge of the ship...Xarend snuck up behind him and grabed his legs and fliped him over the edge of the ship...Jack started stearing the ship away...Xarend had rum inhis hand and he was singing "A pirates lif is the life for me YOHOHO and a bottle of rum

 

ooc: Ok...I'm about to go Roxas around the middle of the post. Forgive me for this..."long" post.....I think....

The dark creature leaped at him; claws at the ready. The boy jumped back, barely evading the swipe, and tumbled as he landed. His butt ached. He winced from the pain, but ignored it once he noticed the creature had multiplied.

"Whoa..... Not good......" The boy got up and looked around. He was beginning to get nervous. Suddenly, the voice had appeared again.

"The light burns fiercely within your heart.."

He looked up ackwardly. Where was this voice coming from? The creatures closed in on him. The kid took slow steps backward. That is, until his right foot touched the edge of the platform. He turned his head and looked over the edge. It was nothing but pure endless darkness.

"Oh boy..." he said worriedly. Now what was he supposed to do.

The little creatures were now 5 feet away from him.

"Use the light that burns in your heart. Use that collossul power!" the voice adviced strongly.

The boy was so scared that he actually talked back.

"H-how?! Tell me how to use it!!!!!" he exclaimed uneasily. The voice chuckled and responded. "Look deep within your heart. Close your eyes and think about the light in your heart. Believe that it's there and watch the light come to life."

He scowled, a sweat drop sliding down his cheeck. "Ok..." The kid closed his eyes and focused. All of a sudden, his heart began to beat faster. The boy winced, but didn't give in to the pain. He moved his right hand onto his chest and formed a fist.

"Come on....come on..." he muttered. The creatures leaped. "Come..on....Come ON!!!!!!!!" Suddenly, something began to sparkle in his fist. He instinctively swung his left fist to left; eyes closed. His eyes shot open and immediately a blade appeared in his left hand. His body moved on its own and, before you know it, his body swiftly moved through the creatures. He landed behind the group with both arms extended in both directions.

His pupils were shuddering; not to mention that the color was hazel. The kid closed his eyes and reopened them. His eye color went back to sunshine yellow. His eyes wondered around. He had no recollection of what happened just now.

"Huh, wha-what...happened..?" he asked himself as he stood up. He jumped as the sight of a key-shaped weapon, in his hands, shocked him.

"The scent of a Legendary Knight surrounds you..."

"What are you talking about!" the boy shouted at the air.

"A Nothing's Existence..... Thekeyblade of the Legendary Knight...."

The boy was now breathing harder. "WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT!!!!!??" he exclaimed.

"What does this have to do with anything?!" he said as he refers to the keyblade.

The voice remains silent. Suddenly, the platform shakes violently. He regains his balance and looks at the ground.

"Uh oh..." he managed to utter as the platform shattered into shards of glass. He cascaded towards the ground. His back began to ache when he woke up.

"Ahh...ouch.....I guess I lost consciousness back there..SSSSSSS.." he said painfully as he got up from he ground.

He heard noises from behind. The boy turned around and saw a giant white creature rise from the bottomless pit. It towered him with its flexible body.

"Now, Hakumei,......it's time to face the enemy of your past..." The voice spoke to him for th last time.

His eyes widened. How did the voice know hs name? How did all of this happen? He was suddenly grabbed by both hands of the creature and lifted into the air. Hakumei struggled to get free from the giantic hands, but failed. He stared at the creature with a vexed expression. Obviously, the creature wasn't intimidated as it hurled him into the air.

He screamed while his body flew into the air. When his body twirled until he was facing the ground, his eyes locked with the platforms new picture. It was a picture of two keyblades plunged into a snowy surface. Behind the keyblades was a huge white door that was opened. Inside, you could make out dark vines and a dark lake full of the big yellow orbs the creatures have.

Then, gravity and time took its place. He began to cascade towards the ground...again. The creature swung its collosul arms at him. Hakumei moved his left leg forward while bending his right leg to the back. At the same time, he moved his keyblade from the right to the his front. This clashed with the hammer punch the giant creature was throwing at him. Of course, the stronger/bigger/heavier opponent always has a better chance of not moving. As for the small/weaker/less heavier opponent.....well.....

The impact sent Hakumei flying into the darkness. The darkness immediatly tangled around him. He tossed and turned in an attempt to get loose. Unfortunately, his keyblade disappeared on him. Now, the darkness slowly pulled him in.

"Don't forget Hakumei.... You are the one to close the door with your ally."
