Phenox looked at her. 'she's.... blushing...' he thought. he heard what she thought but didn't say anything. he only smiled.

 

'...i cant tell whats real or fake anymore....i...might...actully....love...' she thought she took a peek at Erix and how handsome he was she blushed harder she just stared at him.'do i really feel this way.' she thought.

 

Phenox read her thoughts and smiled more. Erix had a puzzled look.

 

Xathabat noticed Erian looking at her and turned away quickly blushing so hard now.she actully seemed shy now.'Love...i havent felt it or even tried it in so long...' she thought sadly. she wiped the blood from her mouth with her sleeve and it got bloody.

Xait sighed in worry.

 

Erix looked worried "a beautiful face like yours shouldn't be tainted by blood." he ran the back of his hand across her cheek.

 

Xathabat was still blushing."t-thanks..." she manged to say but it was soft and low. she pushed her hands against her legs. she put her hood down so you cant see her bright red face.

 

Erix smiled. "you shouldn't hide the face of an angel."

 

"m-my fac-ce isnt b-beautiful..." she studered looking away from him trying to hide her face even more mostly cause she didnt want him to see her blood. more blood started to seep out of between her soft lips.

 

Erix gave her a huge grin. "are you kidding? you're the most beautiful girl i've ever seen." Erix said

 

Xathabat peeked anouther look at him from undernegth her hood.'please dont notice the blood...' she thought worried, as blood driped from her chin to her leg. She felt cold and moved closer to him shaking.

 

Phenox and Erix both panicked. "Xathabat, put down your hood." Phenox said

 

She slowy put down her hood. her mouth was bleeding, her lips were blue from the cold. She was shaky too."i-im f-f-fin-" she said but began coughing.

Xait left before any of this happen to the courtyard knowing phenox would take care of her, so he went to the courtyard and took a nap.

 

Phenox's father taught him medical practices so he knew what to do. "lie down." Phenox said Erix moved his body closer to her's to warm her.

 

Xathabat was comfortably warm by Erixs body heat but she listend to phenox and layed down she titled her head to the side though so she wouldnt drown in her owen blood so blood leaked out to the ground leaving a bloody puddle.

 

Phenox ran up to her. he placed his hand in the middle of her stomach and pushed gently. "does this hurt?"

 

Xathabat winced in pain."yes..." she said. she wanted to cry but didnt...'im fine...please dont do this to me...why did i have to bleed now in front of my friend and Erix...' she thought scared that Erix will call her weak and kill them both, she was still affraid erix wanted to kill them but she cared to much about him.

 

Phenox heard her thought. "it appears you have internal bleeding..." Phenox sighed. "do you trust me?"

 

he noded yes weakly. she couldnt have the stregth anymore to talk but she still blushed from embarrsment.Xathabat wished Xait was there again to hold her hand and make everything better.

 

"i have to perform surgery." Phenox said

 

She sat up slowly and tears rolled down her cheek. she sighed and nodded in agreement.' where are you xait i need you...i know it was you holding my hand in that dream...you made me feel warm and loved...my inner darkness even got this tiny dim of light...' she thought sadly as she wiped her tears away and looked up and smiled.
