Tim pulled out his half and grabbed the other one. He then walked over to Ira. "She's unconscious." he said.

 

" Yeah, but she's gonna be ok." Kellan said.

 

"Yes." he said, nodding. He held up the pendants. "What are we going to do with these?"

 

" I think we should each carry one. And stick together, so if something happens to one of us the other one can take the pendant and protect it." She said.

 

"Good idea." he said, tossing one over to her.

 

She nodded and caught it.

 

Ira's eyes flickered open, she took a deep in breath in; she rolled over and coughed.

 

"Are you okay?" he asked, "What happened?"

Mirnash watched worried

 

Ira looked up and put her hand to her temple "erm, i think i was attacked... attacked by myself or another one of me, i really can't remember."
she gave a weak smile.

 

"sounds like one of Aldons clones, he used them on us when we first met" Mirnash said

 

Ira nodded and looked down at her belt; she had only four knives, "i'm missing a knife; i need to go back and get it." she said looking back up.

 

"that's to risky"Mirnash said

 

"but i need all five knives." she said; pulling out one of her knives and checked the topaz; it was dull.

 

"there is no way, your going back alone"Mirnash said

 

"do you want to come with me?" Ira asked opening a dark portal.

 

Mirnash smiled, "Like I'm going to say no"Mirnash said

 

Ira smiled and stepped into to the portal and arrived at the darkness.

 

Mirnash followed her

 

"it's...it's not here!" Ira shouted after looking for a bit, she saw the heap dust on the ground, she bent down and touched it "what do you think of this Mirnash?" pointing at the heap of dust; she rubbed her two fingers together, and looked once more for her knife. "it's not here." she sighed.
