I'm eager for more screenshots of the other races to be released. So far we've only seen the default character who seems to be a male Nord, and a few male and female imperials. Oh, and one male Orc. I want to see what argonians and khajiit look like this time.

Also, I'll wager 500 Gold that someone has already begun developing a nude mod.

This game will probably be on my Christmas list. Has anyone pre-ordered this game?

I have it, and I have to say it's VERY atmospheric, like Oblivion. I've been scared the crap out of already, and I've only played for a couple of hours, and I'm at level 4.

    It's out today! Woo~~

    Metacritic scores
    95/100 - PC
    96/100 - XBOX 360
    94/100 - PS3

Doing nicely, it seems. Rightfully so, so far I hear the entire game is breathtaking. Gonna have to wait at least three years to play it though. Stupid PEGI Ratings.

There is a good reason its rated the way it is. Within the first 5-10 minutes of the game you see someone get decapitated.

    OMG someone getting decapitaed! [IMG]

Mortal Kombat was also graphic. All of them. And yet I'm sure many of us played it at least once when we were kids. Can't wait to play this later though.

    XD At that picture.

Just going to have to wait. Or just play it round a friends house.

I generally don't like blood in some games. How bad is that scene (in terms of blood ect)?

Doesn't give it less of a rating, though. Also, MK is to the extreme, so that its very unrealistic, this one, not so much.

It's really not that bad, but I understand why they'd give it a M rating. It's realistic, a guard kicks a man down onto his knees, and off with his head, using an axe. And these are not spoilers, what so ever. And the amount of blood, not that much, but it "sploshes" a bit.

Ah, I see. Over here in Europe it's a 18. I was thinking it would be like that scene from Kill Bill where
after O-Ren chops off that man's head and the blood gushes out for five seconds.

I have a very difficult relationship with blood in video games. I like it if it's there for a reason, not just for the hell of it. Like I said, difficult.

Well, the blood is not the problem, it's more of the realism of the action, justification, etc.

I'm downloading it on Steam now! I just hope it'll work with my computer. I never got into Morrowind, but this looks absolutely superb. I figure I'll at least try it out. Has anyone played it yet?

I have it for PS3, and it runs pretty smooth. Occasional lagspike or just lag in general, but other than that it seems to play fine.

AND FFFF I HATE MAMMOTHS/GIANTS WHEN THEY BE NEAR MAH DRAGONS. D: (I think a mammoth killed my horse cause the dragon angered it ;-; )

And also, I like how giants send you like a mile in the air if they hit you. It's funny. x:

Hmm still curious as to whether I should get it for PC or PS3, since I hear both versions are quite the same, according to graphical errors and whatnot. Either way going to get it soon!

I'm not going to get the game any time soon (Just checked, it's 15, not 18) since I'm hooked on AC: Brotherhood.

But I am hearing very good news about it. Still pondering to get it or not. Though I should.

I am in love with this game. I played it almost all day yesterday, and still felt like I got nothing done ( in a good way ). It's like there's so much content I don't even know what to do. It's amazing. I'm a High Elf Spellsword.

Disappointingly, I've yet to encounter any random dragons and I'm level 19. I've only encountered the scripted ones, at the word walls. It sucks because I have all these shouts to unlock and no souls. Everyone else I talk to says they find dragons all the time. :\

I'm a Brenton werewolf with emphasis on destruction magic :) Also, I'm only a level 14 and I've encountered two random dragons, iirc. One was actually at the College of Winterholm.

This game looks absolutely amazing, so much improvement to visuals and gameplay has been made since Oblivion (Which I can't really seem to get into just now)

If given the chance I would most likely buy this game. The gameplay looks incredibly addicting and fun, the music sounds amazing and visuals are jaw droppingly gorgeous.
Now to steal save up £40 :/

I want to get this game now with all the good feedback and ratings but I'm afraid I'll get addicted to it. I think I'll just wait and ask for it for Christmas so I can have some time to play without college for awhile.

I was afraid of the same thing. It's really not that addicting. It's time consuming only if you let it be.

I might be able to get this game in a week or two.

It'll be my first M game if I can manage to convince my parents that it's fine for me to play.
