The Earth has its own emo phase.

Its called Autumn. Has anyone ever stopped to think how depressing it can be? First off, everything dies, leaves, bugs, etc. and it gets all cold. But not "oooh snow, lets play in it!" Kind of cold or "yay Christmas presents! kind of cold" more like like the "bitch you better get used to this" kind of cold. And its not cold enough to get all warm and toasty near a heater or drink hot chocolate, or find your friends and have a snowball fight, (or any of the cool things about winter) just cold enough so that while walking through the street you get leaves and other dead **** flying in your face.

It saddens me. D:

I thought it was winter cause it's as cold as my heart as stuff like that

It would be but it has that whole "magical" aspect like the first snow and Christmas. All fall has is Thanksgiving, which is fine...and halloween...which celebrates...dead...things.

I think Autumn is my friend. (talking about a person i know who is Autumn....) And I prefer Fall better than Autumn. Fall would kick Autumns ass!

But it's thanksgiving season! Autumn offers you turkeys and mashed potatoes. It rains leaves and there's pretty winds that leave you feeling refreshed. How can all this be EMO??? I question your logic. :B|:

 

I eat turkey and mashed potatoes all the time....especially the mashed potatoes.

 

I like Autumn, the trees make the leaves a pretty cool color and its cool enough to put sweaters on which is nice and comfy. And I see to like to go outside with the leaves blowing so I can take pictures of he nature and go out with friends. :3

 

Yeah but schools give a week maximum to enjoy the thanksgiving "season." And everyone likes raining leaves. But no one likes slippery nasty leaves that have been rained on. Not to mention it gets cold really fast, meaning it takes awhile to adjust from the happy summer to the chilly fall.

 

You really hate Autumn dont you....?

Its not all bad, Holloween is on a Saturday this year :3


And Private schools get out early the day before..at least for me.

 

I'm a Spring person. You still get to see your friend as school but its warm outside and school ends soon. And I dont hate Autumn I just dont like the Autumns in NY I guess.

 

It is kinda brooding for NY Autumns though....that is true.

 

Yes, but that's the best part! Wet slippery leaves = pranks to pull on your buddies...push them into the wetness and watch them fall. And the sudden cold is the time when you go make youself some hot chocolate and eat some marshmellows.

 

Dead bugs make me happy.

 

Winter is always my emo time. It's cold and crappy out and I have to shovel the driveway. Everything is dead out, the sky is gray and dull, and it's so boring unless you are into winter sports, which I am to a small extent but I can't go snowboarding all the time. Also the shortened days and long nights and you can't go out really much at night because it's so cold.. that's why there are so many holidays in winter.. because it's emo time.

I like autumn for the changing leaves, the colors, the apple pies and going to the farms and such for honey and maple syrup and apples etc. Also we have motorcycle runs in fall that are fun. >.> And the state fair. Also, Halloween rules! So yeah, I've never thought of Autumn as emo time. It's more like it's preparation for emo time. xD

 

This makes me happy that I don't have to go through this dreadful season.

The seasons inbetween I hate with a great passion. Especially spring. It's so boring.

 

i get most bummed out about the orange **** everywhere. i hate orange yellow and green most.
