and i am just a bit ticked off at him... he said he liked me but as more than a friend... but i wouldn't go out with him because internet dating isn't a good thing to do and i just like him as a friend but now he ish making me feel guilty by saying stuff like "I thought you were the one... guess I was wrong..." and "I am going into spiraling depression..." and now i feel guilty... *cries* I am sick of this crap always happening to me!!!

Don't. This sounds like something he wants so you would go out with him. I'm pretty sure that he's more angry than depressed. If anything, he'll probably get over this in a week or so. In the mean time, I recommend you not speak to this...'person'.
