The Demon's Crystals

"Don't strugle Jordyn!" he said. "Just give him the crystals! Your life is more important!"

 

"I can;t! In the wrong hands, my life is in jepordy!" she said.

David chuckled.
"Your mind seems like something I'd want to play around with. He tried once to read her mind, but something had blocked it. A surprise emotion came upon his face as he tried once more. Nothing. He scowled and pushed her down.
"No! It can't be you!" he shouted, angry. He jerked her back up and held the knife and a stabbing point.
"I should just kill you right now!" he shouted. His mind was all fluttered, but he couldn't bear to think right now, why he would kill her.

 

During this outburst, Frank had snuck behind him and held his sword against his neck. "Let her go or I slice your throat." he said.

 

"Heh.. Oh really? Kill me and she goes too ya know? That little tantrum i just pulled, was because she is my lifemate. If one of us goes, we both go. Those are the rules in my council," he scowled. The rules were fairly judged by a few board members in his brother's old company in town. Of course, he never knew his lifemate would be her for the love of whatever.

 

"What do you mean, lifemate?" he asked, confused. "You mean like a soulmate or something? Impossible! I'm the one in love with her!" He pressed his sword firmly against his throat, cutting into his neck a little.

 

Jordyn felt the slice also go into her neck. She let out a somewhat gasped groan as she fell to her knees finally after so much shock.

"Ha! Do it again, and she'll end up dead faster than you'd think. She feels every pain and thought i do, so watch it," he said pushing him off. He jumped back, taking Jordyn with him.
"Listen.. A lifemate, isn't just about one person loving them. Its about them loving you back. Its possible to have a lifemate... Rare if you have two. if you have three, you're just plain lucky... Me? I've been lucky to finally know I have one. Sadly, your little friend won't get her mind thought through... It seems, I'll just have to rummage around and find a way to kill her without getting myself killed," he snickered.

 

"Not if i find a way to kill you first!" he said, getting angrier.

 

David laughed slightly and pulled Jordyn closer to him.
"Jordyn is it? I'm David.. Don't forget... and just to spice things up. Look in the cave. You'll find something quite lovely there," he exaggerated slightly. He then shape shifted into a plain bird and flew off. He wanted her to get thinking and to be afraid for the next time.

Jordyn could barely feel any feeling in her. It surprised her that she was still standing. Sobs slightly broke into her chest as she still felt blood drip down her neck.

 

Frank put his sword away and ripped off a piece of his shirt, wrapping it around her neck, tight enough to slow the bleeding, but not tight enough to choke her. "I'm sorry." he sadi, starting to cry. "I didn't mean to hurt you."

 

All Jordyn could do was just watch him. She felt the piece of cloth cover her neck, and she felt the first set of tears roll down her cheeks. The next thing she noticed was that she hugged him. She held on close and didn't want to let go.

 

He hugged her back, hoping to comfort her.

"oh no you dont"
he chased after him pulling out his dragon wings to follow he began blasting him with aura

 

David dodged and read Jecht's mind. He cackled and too the form of Drako. He smirked.
"Is this what you fear most?" he asked?

 

jechts eyes widedend
"no that" his eyes turned black as he called upon his demon strength "IS WHO I HATE"
he blasted him with an enourmus amount of energy

 

He dodged the energy...
"I can read your mind... You hate and fear him... You're such a coward," he chuckled

 

"so what" jecht blasted him with more power
"if you can read my mind then you know of my past"
jecht shot toward him slashing with his claws

 

David chuckled and let himself drop so he wouldn't get hit. He rose up.
"Hmm. I see," he said. He searched his mind a little more.
"Ahh, i see you met that Kiara girl... She has some interest for you," he said chuckling.
