The Demon Slayers vs. the Demons

OOC: It's more of a car than a tree.

 

Ceri drove them both back to the castle.. She locked the car and walked to the door. She pointed at it and it opened.

"After you sir, it's your castle. I'll follow like a humble servant."

 

"We'll go in together, like equals." he said, putting his arm in her's.

 

"Did I open doors before? Cool. I wonder what I have gained. Thank you Sir Knight."

 

"You're welcome." he said, shutting the door behind him.

 

"I'm afraid you'll have to treat me as if I've never been here before. I don't remember a thing about the castle. Perhaps you can show me to my room?"

 

"Okay." he said, taking her upstairs. He led her to a random empty room. (remember her old room was destroyed)

"Thank you, that's very kind. What happened to the room at the end? It looks wrecked."

 

"I don't know," he lied, "I wasn't here when it happened."

 

"You really don't lie very well. Your eyes give you away. What really happened?"

 

"Well you see, you used to have an evil side that came out at night. That was your old room. Your first night here you locked yourself in so you wouldn't hurt anyone. Then your evil side started asking for someone to help her get out. One of the other slayers blasted the door open. That's what happened."

 

"I'm really sorry. I seem to have caused you nothing but trouble. Can we please start again?"

 

"Haven't we already done that?"

 

"Well I seem to be apologising a lot. Maybe I should have the tour of the castle? You can tell me about yourself and I can show you what I can do now."

 

"Where would you like to start?" he asked.

 

"How about upstairs as we are here, unless you want to start downstairs in which case I can show you a new trick."

 

"Well all that's up here are the bedrooms."

 

"Ok, that was boring. Shall we go downstairs? Wait for me at the top of the stairs."

Ceri ran ahead and waited for Kyle to catch up.

"We won't be walking. I need you to trust me though."

 

"I trust you." he said.
