The mountains were lit up by the setting sun, the colors radiating across the sky. then it was night. Philippe sighed and turned from the window. I am so confused. Is Darkeon good or bad? Who should I trust?

 

Ceri relaxed back and thought about everything that had happened. Her world had just been turned upside down. She had always hated demons, now she had made fiends with a half demon, been protected by another and received a healing gift from another. Could it be that the wars had be caused by discrimination and intolerance on both sides? In that case neither was good or evil. Both were misled.

She realised that for the first time she would be able to sleep without fear.

 

darkeon walked up to philippe."do you wish to speak with me?" he asked

 

Philippe looked at him, "What did you do to Ceri? Did you lie to me?" He paused. "Or did she lie?"

 

"a long time ago i hated humans. i dont anymore, but back then i killed her family, and tortured her. a side afect of the torturing was her powers and her other personality that comes out at night....but i have removed the killer personality from her mind, and destroyed it."

 

Natalie walked outside and strutted her wings...

"I'm sorry guys..I can't have you hurt anymore," she said softly then flew off..

 

Ceri drove back to the castle. She wandered upstairs and fell into a deep sleep. This time she didn't lock the door.

Philippe thought about what he had said, "Has Ceri forgiven you?"

"huh hey natalie"

"sorry i missed everything i couldnt find you guys and- hey is something wrong?"

 

"yes, she has forgiven me" he said

"No..I'm fine," she said wiping away her tear...

 

"great so you heading back to the castle .........but where is everyone they didnt ....die did they?"

 

"No...I'm heading out by myself....I can't allow my friends to get hurt...No..Nobody died..but Draklor," Natalie said as another tear rolled down her cheek...

 

"Then, I trust you." Philippe smiled, "I guess humans and demons are not so different after all." He frowned, "There is still Cloutroth to deal with."

 

Jane felt Natalie fly off. She decided to go too. She walked untill she found a nice hill to sit on, taking off her blindfold again, she thought about her past.

 

"... so a demon died whats the big deal and what do you mean your going out on your own what the heck happen to you cause i anet leaving till you give me a good anserew im stuborn like that"

"I was held hostage by Nicole and Cloudroth..I almost got my friends hurt, and I won't allow anyone to get hurt again...I let my friends and family down years ago, but thats not going to happen again," she said then tried to fly off..

 

"yes, and we will take cloudroth together. i dont know when we will get another chance but be ready for him. train and medaitate, thats how you wil get stronger."

 

"and just where do you think your going hmm you think your the only one with problems see this cut on my eye i got it from my inner demon who got out of me and kiled and destroyed all that was important to me you think i just ran no i got stronger and fought him and put him back in me you just need alittle training thats all"
