The Demon Slayers vs. the Demons

"Wake up!"

Philippe opened his eyes. He was in a cell. The man he saw from this morning was looking at him. This time, though, the man had a cop uniform on. Just his luck.

"You are Philippe Devione, are you not? I am Officer Lerroy."

An officer. Of course. "Yes, I am Philippe Devione. What do you want?"

Lerroy looked at him like he were dumb, "The reward. Duh. I captured you so then I get the reward."

Philippe winced as he touched the lump on his head, "I could charge you for knocking me out, you know."

Lerroy laughed, "I could say it was self defense. Who would they believe?"

Philippe knew the answer. They would not believe me. Oh well, guess it is time to pull my escape. He touched the bars and sent energy coursing through to his hand. The metal instantly turned to liquid. He stepped over the puddle and grabbed the officer by the shirt, "Who captured who, now?"

Philippe threw Lerroy into the cell and filled the gap with solid air. He melted part of the wall and stepped outside. He started to run. This is why I hate cities.

 

'Oh Philippe. I'm sorry. Where are you? Are you in trouble?'

Ceri sent out a psychic wave to locate him.

 

Natalie hung her head and started to cry...She cudled herself up and grabbed her knees...
"Someone....please help me," she thought...

 

*hiers natalies voice in his head*

*eating a turkey leg upsidedown on his hoverboard*

 

Philippe heard sirens. They must have found Lerroy. Oh well. I am almost at the city's border. Then a cop car pulled up in front of him. The driver got out. Philippe turned the other way and ran down an alleyway, but when he came out at the other end, there were four police cars srrounding the area and many cops to each car. Philippe went to go back the other way, but threee cops were coming up the alleyway. He made a wall of air so the three couldn't reach him, but he blocked his only way out, also.

"Look, I don't want to hurt anyone, so could you please let me pass?"

A couple officers laughed. This might get messy.. Philippe started to gather energy inside him.

 

draklor began hunting for ceri he knew if he found her he could find out more about what was going on if he found her so he began searching for her by trying to find her psychic waves

 

'I'm coming to help you Philippe.'

Ceri ran out of the castle grabbing her coat. She knew exactly where to find him. She Ran across the mud to the street. Two streets away was a car park. She unlocked her car and drove towards Philippe.

'Hang in there.'

 

Natalie wasn't sure if anyone would come for her....She stayed in the corner of the cage and sobbed...
"No one must care that I'm gone," she thought....


Nicole looked at Natalie....
"Cry all you want...Soon, either you will be dead, or we will have Kyles necklace...." she said still fiddling with her rope...

draklor finally pinponted ceri out from all the other humans and headed for her location.

 

Philippe made the ground underneath one car liquid, so it disappeared beneath the ground. "Oops, did I do that?" He laughed.

The cops looked at each other in amazement. Nothing they can do will- the officers pulled out there guns. One, who seemed like the boss, started to speak.

"Philippe Devione, you are under arrest!" The officer muttered "Finally" and continued to speak, "Please surrender now or we will shoot."

 

Ceri drove full speed to where she knew Philippe was. She wanted to make sure he was safe. She had a feeling that the demons had a hand in his distress.

ooc: Ceri doesn't know Natalie is missing. She never saw the note. She knows Philippe is though.

 

draklor appered infront of ceris car

 

She sped up, driving directly at Draklor.

"No time to party Honey."

She screeched to a halt near to where Philippe was. She got out of the car and ran to Philippe.

 

draklor chased ceri and yelled " get back her im not gonna fight you "

 

Natalie heard someone talking to her...
"Jecht...Please help me," she said to him through thoughts

 

Philippe sighed. Where is that help Darkeon promised? Oh yeah, that help is only for killing Cloudroth. He scowled. I am not invincible of bullets. Philippe got an idea. They don't know that I am not, though!

Philippe made the air in front of him solid, but it was still clear because it was still air. He then turned another car to liquid. "Not even bullets can stop me!"

The head officer smiled and gave the signal. The men started firing, but the bullets bounced off.

"What? Wh-hat are you?" he screamed.

Philippe smiled. The trick had worked. His smile slipped away when a couple cops pulled out a stronger gun. My shield won't hold if they fire that. He took his bow out and quickly strung it. I don't want to kill anyone, though. He lowered the bow. What am I going to do?

He then saw Ceri. "What are you doing here?!"

 

"I'm here to help you."

Ceri dulled their perception so that no one could see Philippe and her. "Why are they shooting at you? Are you after Darkeon?"

 

Philippe laughed. "They are shooting at me because I pushed some buttons." He looked at Ceri, "Okay, so I was the top thief in the gang called the Hooded Demons. I stole some valuable things. Committed many crimes. I am not in the gang anymore, though, but they still want me to pay for my crimes."

Philippe looked down, then shook his head. He looked up. "Why should you care? I tried helping you! I trusted you and you tried to kill me!" Philippe snapped at Ceri.

OOC: sorry I have to go! See you!

 

"Stop being so pig headed and let me explain. I didn't try to kill you, it's complex. If you want to escape come with me."

'Draklor, I don't trust you. Darkeon has tried to convert me already and failed. So will you.'
