The Demon Slayers vs. the Demons

"I am Natalie...I use to be a deomnslayer...and from every town i've come acrossed, all the villagers told me to see you about demonslaying..." Natalie explained

 

Just a passer by. Ceri relaxed and put the axes away. She walked out into the crowd until she spotted a group acting what she thought was suspiciously. She edged over and listened in.

 

Seth started to walk away

 

Ceri watched someone walk away from the group. He looked human, but that meant nothing.

'What are you stranger?' she sent a telepathic message to the stranger.

 

"im Human" Seth said and looked at Ceri

 

"Yes. I am the only remaining member of a group of seven that went around the world slaying demons. I am trying to reform that group with new members."

 

"How did you know it was me? I said nothing." Ceri was fascinated by this stranger. Most people freaked when she spoke to them telepathically. She shook her head. He really was amazing.

 

"One of seven?...I was on my own as a demonslayer...My father taught me everything I know...I'm not usually a loner...Mind If I join you on your quest?" she asked...

 

Seth continued walking

 

"Yes, but you've got to prove you have the level of talent I'm looking for!"

 

"How do I prove myself worth of joining you?" she wondered while folding her arms...

 

'You could beat him in a fair fight lady'

Ceri smiled as she sent the message. So they were demon slayers like her. Not subtle though and definitely not local.

 

He drew his sword and said "Fight me."

 

Ceri watched from the side, though her hand went instinctively to her axes. She wondered if the girl could match this guy. He looked tough. She could give him a good fight, but this was one fight that wouldn't end in death, just a test. She watched with interest.

 

Jane didn't want to get in the way of their fight so she walked off a little ways.

 

Natalie stared at him...
"okay then," she said as she got out her Sais blades...She put them up in a defensive mode...

 

"If you can land a scratch on me, you're in."

 

"That shouldn't be too hard," she said smiling...She pulled her hair up into a bun the resumed the same position she was in...
"Shall you start or shall I?" she asked raising an eyebrow...

 

"I'll let you start."

 

Seth stoped walking turned around and watched the fight
