The Demon Slayers vs. the Demons

"How about me?" said Evil Kyle, appearing through a portal.

 

"Perfect ugly! You aren't getting near Kyle."

Ceri hurled a series of psychic spears at Evil Kyle. She slashed him with both axes, which she had drawn from under her coat.

 

He dodged the spears and blocked her axes with his sword.

Kyle slashed as his legs.

He jumped backwards, dodging the slash.

 

Ceri forced her mind into his.
'I have little patience for demons. You have no idea how I feel. Let's play with your mind.'

 

"You sure you want to do that to your boyfriend's mind?" he asked with an evil smile.

 

'It's your mind, not his. I would not hurt him, but you are a different story. All bets are off with you.'

 

He and I are one in the same. Our minds are connected.

 

'Really? So how much do you know about me now Ugly? You seem a little unsure of yourself.'

 

I know everything about you. I was once part of him, but I broke free. It seems you've lost your memory again.

 

'But not my sanity, sense of humour or good looks!' She screamed in his mind and swung the axes deep into his arms.

 

His eye twitched at the pain. He grabbed her arms and kicked her in the stomach.

 

"You lied. It hurt you but not my Kyle. Prepare to understand pain." She bit into his arm, using the contact to scream into his mind and drive a psychic spear directly into his fears and hopes, causing chaos.

 

He screamed in pain. He pushed her back.

Kyle fell to his knees, holding his head and screeming.

 

"No!" Ceri screamed and sank her axes into the demon's chest. "Leave us alone."

 

Instead of blood, sand poured out of his wounds. He smiled and exploded.

 

"Kyle" Ceri ran to him and held him tightly. She gently entered his mind. Sorting out the chaos that she had created. Once she had finished she held him against her and kissed him.

"Please be well."

 

"Ow." he said, still holding his head. "That hurt."

 

"I'm so sorry. I never meant to hurt you. He's gone now."

Ceri held him, refusing to let go. She was not going to let him get hurt again now. "I'm sorry. It's my fault."

 

Philippe looked at them in amazment. "That was....odd."

Xandor heard voices, but didn't open his eyes. I feel so tired. He went back to sleep, oblivious to what happened.

 

"No it isn't." he said. "You didn't believe him and neither did I."
