"You never had a heart! My Kyle has all the love and strength. You are evil and twisted. You care for no one but yourself."

Ceri entered his mind.

'You will pay for upsetting Kyle. I will make your life hell, literally.'

 

Can't be any worse than the hell that is his mind.

 

'What's that supposed to mean?'

Ceri started to mess with the memories there.

'I love his beautiful mind.'

 

Beautiful? His mind is full of memories of his old team and his first girlfriend, who, by the way, he loves more than you!

 

'Nice try bub! I know how he feels about me. You really are pathetic.'

Ceri drove a psychic spike into his mind.

 

That kind of hurt. But what I say is the truth. He is always thinking about her, ask him yourself.

 

'Ok I will, but I know what his answer will be.'

Ceri turned to the good Kyle.

'It seems bad boy here thinks you are still in love with your ex and prefer her to me. He said you still think about her all the time. What would you like me to answer? The truth?'

 

He's lying.

"Fool!" he said, punching her. "You fell for it!"

 

Ceri took the punch and gave one back.

'Fool, I knew he loves me. We've been there. I trust him completely. I don't trust you at all.'

 

You still fell for it. Why are you so insecure?

 

'If you really were Kyle you wouldn't have to ask questions. Why are you such a jerk? I don't have that answer yet.'

Ceri slashed into him shoulder with an axe.

 

I'm evil, it comes with the territory.

 

Ceri hit him with a psychic wall.

'I grow tired of you. You are wasting time I could be sharing with the real Kyle'

 

As you wish. he said, disappearing before it hit him.

 

Ceri went over to the real Kyle and hugged him.

'Really I never doubted you, but he now thinks I have a weakness which I don't have.'

Ceri kissed him.

He kissed her back. I believe you. Are you okay?

 

'I'm fine. It's you I'm worried about. It can't be easy fighting a facet of yourself.'

Ceri hugged him and rested her head on his shoulder.

'You don't have to worry about me. I will be here for you whenever you want me.'

 

Thanks, but I'm fine. His stomach growled.

 

'Cookies? Or would you like something more substantial. Gee, I forgot I was the cook as well......only joking.'
