The Demon Slayers vs. the Demons

'Yes you are. Don't be so hard on yourself. They aren't easy to lead and I'm impossible. I can show you something.'

Ceri concentrated and became visible.

'Is that better?'

 

He smiled. Much better, and thank you.

 

'How fast can you run? I can move pretty fast. Race you to the castle.'

 

You're on! Ready, set, go! He took off for the castle.

 

Ceri raced after him. She slowed to let him win and followed him into the castle.

'I don't know what to do now.'

 

Jane sat there quietly next to Seth, trying to cover the scar across her eyes with her hands.

 

"so what you trying to cover up?" Seth said looking up at the sky

 

Can you try going back in your body? he suggested.

 

Ceri looked at her body.

'Do I really want that life again? I remember so little but it seems a disaster. I will try but I don't know what I want to do after.'

Ceri entered the body. She felt darkness and pain. Then she gasped and opened her eyes.

 

" Uh nothing." She lied.

 

"How do you feel?" he asked.

 

"so how is everybody" Seth said

 

" Ok I guess." She said.

 

"Cold and scared. I hurt all over as well. I never had the pain while I was..........I was dead."

Ceri started to cry.

 

"good as soon as I get better I can finish the fight with Kyle" Seth said

 

" Even after all this time you still don't trust Kyle?" She asked looking at him.

 

"I do trust him. Its just Kyle has alot of power and I want to test his power against mine" Seth said

 

"Well I'm here now and I'm not leaving." he said, stroking her hair gently.

 

" Oh." she said.

 

"I need to get up."

Ceri struggled and sat up. She looked into his eyes and smiled.

"Thank you."
