I think we will all be wiped out because our resources will eventually run out.

I was honestly hoping for it to be a tad sooner than that, so that we don't completely destroy the earth before that happens. I remember watching a Discovery Channel documentary/special called "The Dodo's Guide to Surviving Extinction", and it said that when the human race dies out, the earth will rejoice and eventually repair the damage we caused over time.
    Hurrah?

I don't believe in any of this. Didn't they say the world is going to end in 2012?
    That's really a laugh.

I wouldn't get my hopes up for that.
Nonetheless, I'm still partying on December 20th of 2012. =3

I doubt there were humans millions of years ago. The conditions on Earth were not properly suitable for humans at that time. Small mammals, yes, but not humans.

It could be possible. At least they are actually using proper science and confirmed facts to determine a true possibility. But, by that year we would have probably colonized a part of the Milky Way, so it would not matter that humans on Earth would be doomed. We could find out beforehand and leave Earth before it happens.

    Humans would be safe.

    Unless 2012 does happen.

Hm... that seems pretty accurate. I have no idea if my theory is right or not, but my mom said she read somewhere that Isac Newton calculated when the earth was going to end by using references from the bible. When he finished his equation, it came out as 2060. That's when some people think the world is going to end.

O.o But I hope it's the other theory! XD

If the original poster posted this 2 years ago, why is this crap still being posted in out of nowhere?

Because we want to post here.

And it's not so much a random number as it is a projected inference with a number of assumptions and dynamic probability involved.
