well, it's made apparent in the trailer and Nomura interviews that he is connected to Ven somehow.

 

I'm pretty sure The Apprentice is going to be the true main villain of the game. the reason that he hasn't gotten much attention is because there's going to be some mighty fine spoilers around the guy.

 

Can you imagine the twist behind him?
Chances are, most of us were right about him in some way (he's the "Xehanort" who becomes Xemnas, he defeats MX, etc.) But there will be some major twists to this character. Just look at Xion's origin

 

I don't see how MX or DS can be Xehanort since neither Xehanort's Heartless nor Xemnas had anything to do with the Keyblade (except for the fake one Xehanort's Heartless managed to make) while MX and DS both have Keyblades with Keychains.

 

1. Ds is to short to be xehanort
2. maybe he is Lea (axel) his keyblade looks like bond of flame

 

ooo being Lea. I never thought of that. that would be interesting. I also think he might be Braig. Xigbar abviously ahs connections with the past. if BRaig was DS then it would explain how he knows so much.

 

what if the ds is a replica of mx, terra or ven(he wears the same suit like Replicu)

or the heartless of Braig

 

Well, I know he's connected to Ven. And when Xigbar attacked Xion when she looked like Ven, that got me thinking. Is Braig the dark soldier? Only time will tell.

Now there must be some sort of connection, whether it be the darkness that flows through them or whatever.

 

Yeah, When someone is too close to the darkness their skin tans and their eyes yellow.

No, He was a student of ATW at the time of BBS. But he has seen VAT before.

 

xehanort cant be the dark soldier be cause he is to short and xemnas is 30 years old.

Well... Ansem The Wise didn't have those 6 apprentices until after BBS because he found Xehanort after the events of BBS. I honestly thought that Braig was the Dark Soldier... however, it must be someone we have already seen in the Kingdom Hearts series otherwise they would've shown his face in that one trailer (There was a closed theater that showed a scene where the DS got his helmet knocked off but his face wasn't shown). If it was a new character his identity wouldn't need to be hidden, no?

I still believe that Terra is Xehanort . _.

As far as I know, Marluxia isn't going to be in BBS? All I know that from the Organization, the 6 apprentices will be in it along with Roxas (Known as Ven in the game). I also think that Lea's and Siax's original beings will be in the game. As for the other members, I think they won't be in the game and possibly have a Spin Off portraying to the other members that haven't had their story told.

No he didn't have Xehanhort with him untill the end of BBS. From the way he talked about the others in the Ansem reports they've been with him for a while before Xehanhort appeared.

Roxas and Ven are two seperate people

I think you're right on the apprentices being with him for awhile but I'm not so sure about the Xehanort thing, I don't think it happened directly after BBS.

Honestly, I think Roxas and Ven are the same. In an Ansem report it stated that nobodies appear to look like their original self. There's other reasons too but I don't want to get off topic...

 

Well we know a man appears very injuried and the only thing he can remember is the name Xehanhort on ATW's door step. And since the battle we saw between VAT and Master Xehanhort is near the end of that game, someone in that fight must be come Xehanhort. And appear in hollow bastion.

But Roxas isn't a normal nobody, he's very special. But I doubt they're the exact same, I have a feeling Sora's nobody was altered by an outside force. And so was Namine which is interesting, but you're right so lets not get off topic.

 

The dark soldier COULD be Xigbar's human form, Braig. The reason I say this is because in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 days, People see Xion as a different way, and when Xigbar saw her she appeared as Ven and he was shocked. Master Xehanort could be the actual Xehanort Possibly. Also Braig was one of DiZ's Apprentices that went with Xehanort's plan.

Braig has seen VAT before. We've known this for a while. But when he met and talked to Sora, wouldn't he indicate or hint towards the fact he knows something about the keyblade? From the way he's talked he only seems to have seen a keyblade not to have had one.

All of his apprentices betrayed him and continued with Xehanort...
