I am not in the actual RP yet, I am waiting on the next arc so that I won't be as busy (I hope)

 

Your waiting for the next arc, and you don't realize the planet in the RP is starting to die.

 

Then join next arc. It's unfair if someone wants a character you have, but they can't join because they're taken by someone who isn't even in the Rp properly
