Befitting his status and responsibility as leader, the Fourth Kazekage cared deeply about the well-being of his village, so much so that he was willing to ally with Orochimaru to destroy Konohagakure to bring Sunagakure's resources back up, despite knowing Orochimaru is a highly dangerous criminal. This turned out to be a fatal mistake on the Kazekage's behalf, as he and his bodyguards were betrayed and assassinated by Orochimaru. Upon returning from the dead, he hoped that the Third Raikage was right about the next generation being strong enough to stop them from their mindless actions. He also had a habit of putting "value" on things which might be an allusion to the fact that he used gold dust.
He loved his wife and children dearly but was also torn between his duties as the village leader and those as a father. This conflict was seen when Gaara was deemed a failure by the council, he was visibly disappointed and ultimately decided to give his son one last chance before deciding whether or not to eliminate him. To this end, he was willing to set an elaborate and potentially heartbreaking lie to see his son's determination. Seeing the failure, he chose the village's safety over his son.
Given his eventual willingness to sacrifice and later ally with Orochimaru for the sake of Sunagakure and the greater good are evidence to suggest that the Fourth Kazekage had a strong utilitarian mindset.

 

I now reserve Stranger (Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath). Man, that series needs more attention.

Info: A amnesiac who doesn't remember his own world and is able to transform into Kamen Rider Decade and strangely, knows how to fight and have masterful skills of everyday skills but cannot take photographs properly, so he travels to Alternate Realites of Worlds but a prophet named Narutaki tells the inhabitants or heroes that Decade is the one who heralds their destriction and must be destroyed so they can live but Tsukasa cannot claim it's a lie or a truth since he doesn't remember.

 

Guys, Silver could use some help in the Cyber City above the Clouds. I am out numbered. It would be mostly logical to bring in a robot like creature or being made out of data. He will die otherwise.

Also, looks like everyone has come into a conflict now. Looks like the War Saga has a powerful start with all the battles and such. Does everyone believe everyone will live? Some are going to die. Don't feel afraid of what will come. Death is naturally and needed for things to get interesting.

 

Powerful? Yeah that's nigh-powerful by the way it's sounding so far. But as they say "The good guys always win the good and epic fights"...or something like that along those lines Myst.

 

Come to think of it, I need someone to group with Vash and Wolfwood to go to the "Domain of Death". I also need someone to help Silver in Cyber City on Myst's behalf.

For characters I have not seen in action, but would like to see in the RP, would someone take or reserve Shinji Ikari?

Just adding what was mentioned of the Savannah and fields(?) from axel. That's about it actually. Lot of savannah...just...a lot of it. big wide open space... OH, there's also the Arctic Tundra, which just reminded me that I keep forgetting about Nappa's battle.
