Lea was a cheerful youth who lived in Radiant Garden with his best friend Isa. At some point, he and his friend both lost their hearts, and became nobodies, joined the Organization, and were given new names. Lea was now called Axel, while Isa was renamed Saïx. While Axel kept his cheerful personality since his time as Lea, his friend Saïx became emotionless, no longer the friend Axel remembers. As the years went by, a new recruit to the Organization named Roxas became instant friends with Axel, and they would usually have some sea salt ice-cream together on top of the Twilight Town tower everyday after a mission. One day, Axel left with a couple of other members to Castle Oblivion on a special mission. There, he encountered keyblade wielder Sora, who Organization members Marluxia and Larxene were trying to use to overthrow Xemnas, the Organization's leader, by using a mysterious girl named Naminé to rewrite Sora's memories. Axel foiled the traitors' plans, and was responsible for the deaths of Vexen and Zexion (as a personal favor to Saïx, who wanted a higher position in the Organization's ranks). After returning from Castle Oblivion, he noticed Roxas befriended another newcomer to the Organization, named Xion. Axel warmed up to her, and the three of them would meet everyday after completing a mission, having sea salt ice-cream on top of the Twilight Town tower. However, when Axel found out about Xion's origins and her purpose, the friendship between the three started crumbling. After Xion and Roxas both left the Organization, Axel was ordered to bring Xion back forcefully. When Xion died, all of Axel's memories involving her were gone. He was then ordered to bring Roxas back into the Organization by infiltrating a "virtual Twilight Town" created by a mysterious man named DiZ. Axel failed, and Roxas returned to Sora, his original self. Acting against the Organization's orders, Axel kidnapped Sora's friend Kairi, possibly in a plan to turn Sora into a Heartless. But Saïx decided to kidnap Kairi for the Organization's purpose, and Axel was then branded a traitor. With nowhere left to go, Axel aided Sora in leading him to the Organization's headquarters, but at the cost of his own life. After some time, Lea woke up in Radiant Garden, along with other former members of the Organization, realizing they all regained their human form, and were no longer nobodies. Lea sought out King Mickey in Disney Castle, saving him, Donald, Goofy, and Queen Minnie from Maleficent. Asking to see Master Yen Sid, Lea revealed he wanted learn how to wield a keyblade. After receiving initial training under Merlin and the three good fairies, Lea rushed to The World that Never Was, where Master Xehanort and his new Organization were planning to make Sora the thirteenth member by implanting part of Xehanort's heart into the boy. Lea rescued Sora just before that could happen, and retreated back to Yen Sid's tower with Riku, King Mickey, Donald, and Goofy. There, Lea witnessed Riku reviving Sora from his sleep and becoming a keyblade master. Lea then commented on "catching up" to Riku, surprising everyone by summoning his own keyblade. Lea would then go to Radiant Garden for some unfinished business...

Character name: Tifa Lockhart

info:Tifa has dark brown hair, occasionally appearing black, which falls below her waist and is tied at the tips to form a distinctive dolphin-tail split. In Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children and some other appearances, her hair is shorter and reaches to her lower back - in Advent Children this was done due to longer hair being more difficult to animate. Tifa's eye color has been officially addressed as red, but they have also been depicted as a rich brown in some appearances. Tifa's most famous traits are arguably her large breasts and long legs, though her exact measurements have varied.

Though she has a strong will and possesses great physical strength, Tifa also has a motherly streak and is caring, though she is shy to express herself. She supports Cloud as his comrades and helps him fight his nemesis Sephiroth, bearing the same deep hatred for him as Cloud does due to the destruction of their hometown.

When writing Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children Nomura and Nojima had a hard time creating the new Tifa and focused on developing the emotional backbone that her character is to the cast. They made sure to portray her as a modern woman who can function without a man, rather than a clingy one.

In Final Fantasy VII Tifa is a hard worker and spends her time caring for everyone but herself. On the inside, she keeps the feelings of uneasiness towards Cloud locked up. She has a strong motherly streak and tends to offer sanctuary and physically protects those in need. Seeking to do all that she can for those in need she spends her time caring for others at the consequence of herself, often comforting the other AVALANCHE members; finding in them similar spirits seeking to find an end to the tyranny and corruption the Shinra Electric Power Company has brought unto the Planet, although initially her motivation for joining the rebel group was to seek revenge for the destruction of her hometown and the deaths of her family and friends therein.

Raised to be an assassin from birth, Altaïr obtained the rank of Master Assassin by his twenty-fourth year. However, following his failure to obtain a mysterious and powerful artifact known as the Apple from Robert de Sable in early 1191, and subsequently allowing the Templars to attack the city of Masyaf, headquarters to the Order of Assassins, he was demoted to the rank of novice and sent on a quest for redemption. Tasked with the deaths of nine individuals, who, unbeknown to him, made up the ranks of the Templar Order in the Holy Land, Altaïr began a quest to change his ways and liberate the Holy Land from the corruption of the nine. During his quest however, Altaïr learned of a plot far more sinister than originally believed. Completing his mission to kill the nine targets, and cleansing the Order of its treacherous leader Al Mualim, who was secretly a member of the Templar Order and sought to use the power of the Apple for himself, Altaïr rose to the rank of Mentor, taking the assassins into a new, more secretive direction.
