lol, yeah it's supposed to be 99 replies, not 101 (since there are 100 posts in this thread).
It's this bug that's being going around the forum. It's like double-posting, with no other post. If you get what I mean <_< I hope I'm not the only one that noticed this.

 

Now that i'm a norm i'm happy the criteria is now what it is, i do not want a pink name, so I refuse to post much outside spam zone now =D, since i have 371 rep i meet that criteria.

 

Personally I wish the prem colour would be orange - then I'd aim for it for realz.

 

Meh... I would prefer either a red or a blue myself lol

EDIT: I've noticed in one or two other threads as well, Forsaken lol... Really wierd... when I first looked at this thread, it had 9 full pages... with 2 'ghost posts'... on a 'ghost' 10th page lol

What is special about premium apart from the Pink name, and how do you get rep points?

 

Premium members get access to more stuff than normal members. Also, you can change the little thing under your name, so you don't have to be something dumb like Merlin's Houseeeper, like me.

To get rep points you need to have someone click on the karma button on your post, and then select 'I approve' on it, then hit 'Give Rep'. If they click 'I disapprove' you lose a rep point. You can see how many you have in the User CP.

 

It's not always 1 point, the number of points the person gives or takes depends on their postcount, rep, and join date.

you know, in some ways it is easier to become a mod/helper than to become premmy and you still get the same benefits but not with the pink name, just a different colour.

 

People this thread is now old news, no need to abuse the **** out of it.

And I don't think you clawtooth should say something about it's easier to become staff. I don't think you know quite what it takes >>. It's not just :"WeEEEE, let me be staff!". "Okay!". It's just not that simple.

 

I didn't mean it was easier, I just meant that in some ways it is simpler such as you don't need x amount of posts or x amout of rep, all you really need is the ability and the motivation, qualities that can't be expressed by simple posts and rep. you could be the quietest, most unpopular person in the world but you could be staff, as long as you know the rules and what is right, know not to be biast and just and fair.
