I love it, its not really creepy, it's just a bit eery that's all.

This is nice, I'm not really into Black & White tags.
But I'm not really sure what there is you added, it looks like there's something to the right of her, but I can't really tell. >:

 

@ Reptar: Thanks. :3 I wanted a kind of dusty/basement with one light bulb feel to it... which is creepy for me. :x
@ Rissy: This is the original stock, if that helps you see what I did. I cut the render and put into a darker part of the BG, changed the lighting + grayscaled it, played with the exposure, added those scratch/dust/dot effects, and then the border.

Oh, woah. I like this. Very...sullen. Yeah, I love the pattern put though. And I'm also a sucker for that gray overall feel :]
But maybe you could've put it on a little less, work with a fractal on it. I would like to see something like that behind the person.
Other than that, good work as always.
