The Children of The Table

Ok, I came up with this in about two seconds so here we go!!

Story: Long ago when King Arthur ruled the land, there was peace. But then Lancelot betrayed Arthur and the kingdom was plunged into darkness. Lancelot is now king and he is a tyrant, killing innocents and stealing from all. But there was something that Lancelot hadn't accounted for...children. Each of the other knights had children and even Arthur himself had a child, but Lancelot didn't know where they were...but one person did....Merlin. He kept them close but he didn't interact with them, letting them grow up normally under false names. When the turned 16 Merlin vowed, to Arthur before he died, that he would teach them the way of the sword and bow. And for girls magic. Now each of the children's birthdays are 3 days away and evil grows closer and closer.

this is the middle ages...so for the love of God NO GUNS!!!!
cussing is allowed to a degree, nothing really bad

BIC: Calix stretched his arms out and whistled loudly. "Come to me Shadowfeather!!" The bird swooped down and landed on Calix's leather glove. He smiled and they turned back home.
When they reached his home, he put Shadowfeather up and got his fishing pole. Whistling a tune as he went, Calix walked down to the stream.

 

Nate got his sword and headed out to the dummies in the forest by the stream with Silver on his shoulder.

 

Calix reached the stream and looked across it. What he saw made him grin. It was his friend Nate. "HEY NATE!!" he called.

 

Nate whipped around and saw his friend and waved over at him and threw his sword into the ground and walked to the bank of the stream. "Hey what are you doing out here?"

 

"Fishing, whatcha doing?" He sat down and threw his line into the water.

 

"Just training my swordsmanship as usuall"

 

He grinned and was about to say"Good luck" but suddenly the line pulled so hard that he was thrown clear out into the middle of the creek.

 

Nate saw what happned and laughed for a second but noticed how hard he was pulled into there so he jumped into the stream andtried to find his friend

 

Calix surfaced, still holding the line and took a big breath before diving back in. A few moments later he surfaced again, dripping wet but grinning from ear to ear. He was holding a giant fish, the size of his forearm.

 

Nate was now soaking and entirely overestimated the situation and went back to his sword and shook like a dog, his black hair getting in his eyes " nice catch "

 

Calix's piercing blue eyes sparkled and he mimicked Nate as he shook the water droplets from his chin length black hair.

 

"you still gonna fish for a while?" asked Nate "i'm going to train, cause you can come with me if you want"
