The Champion's Guild vs The Dark Guild

She nodded. " So what now?" She asked.

 

"Hmm.... The way I see it, we only have two choices: travel to the next town, or we could search for Cloudroth and Alexa. What do you think?" he said.

Cloudroth woke up. He was lying on the ground in his woods. "What happened?" he asked himself, "Oh yeah, I was flying with Alexa, showing off some of my aerial acrobatics, when we accidentally crashed into a tree." He looked for any damage to his body and saw Alexa sleeping, IN HIS ARMS!!! He was so shocked and surprised, he screamed.

 

" I say we go find Alexa and Cloudroth. We're gonna have to face them sometime." She said.

She instantly woke up. " What's the matter with you?!" She asked, then she relized she was in his arms, she got up quick, embarrassed.

 

"You're right, we sould probably go looking for them." he said, sighing and disappointed. He really wanted to spend more time with her, just the two of them having fun together.

He got up and for the first time in his life, he blushed. "I guess you kind-of landed in my arms when we fell." he said. "Sorry about that." Wait, why was he sorry!? And what was this feeling he had!?

 

" So would you like to try flying again?" She asked.

" Yeah well don't get used to it." She said crossing her arms.

 

He looked at her and smiled. She really knew how to cheer him up! "Yeah I do!" he said, happily.

Cloudroth frowned at this and said "Oh please! You liked it and you know it!" A small part of him actually wanted this to be true.

 

" Oky doky then..." She walked around him making the feathers come off again. Then she grabbed his hand. " This one might last a little longer."

" Ha....you wish!" she said her arms still crossed. She didn't like to show emotion.

 

"Yippee!" he said, taking her hand. He felt just like a little kid!

Cloudroth simply sighed and said "You're right, I do." He looked at her.

 

She laughed, "Ok ready?!" she asked.

She looked at him oddly, she unfolded her arms.

 

"Yep!" he said, eager to fly again.

"Oh great!" he thought. "Now she's gonna hit me!" He closed his eyes and braced himself.

 

She let go of his hand, and he took off.

" Ok keep calm, I can't show emotion." She thought to herself. She decided the best thing to do is to just walk away, and that's what she did.

 

He took off when she let go of his hand. He did a dive and then flew back to her, stopping inches away from her face. He gave her a quick kiss on the lips, said "Catch me if you can!!", and sped off.

After he felt no pain, he opened his eyes and saw her leaving. "Hey!" he called after her. "Where ya going!?"

 

She giggled and chased after him.

" Does it really matter?" She said not looking back at him.

 

He swerved and zig-zaged to try to lose her, but she was just gaining on him!

"Why are you always so cold!?" he said. "Don't you have any emotions?"

 

She laughed, she was having so much fun.

" Heh.... I guess it comes with the name of the bad twin." She said still not facing him.

 

Finally, she caught him. "Aaaaahhh! Ya got me!" he said, smiling and laughing.

He tried to think of a way to get her to show some emotion. Then, he walked up behind her, spun her around, hugged her, and wrapped his wings around her. There was no way she would be able to break free!

 

She laughed. She had never gone flying with someone besides him before. She loved the feeling.

" Let me go!!" she yelled struggling to get free.

 

He loved the sound of her laughter. He put his arms around her just as the wings disappeared.

"Why should I?" he asked her.

 

" Nice timing." She said holding onto him so he wouldn't fall.

" Because if you don't let me go I'll get mad!" she said still struggling.

 

"Yeah it was! Too bad I didn't plan it!" he said with a laugh. He held onto her tighter and rested his head on her shoulder.

He smiled and said "You do know anger is an emotion, don't you?" He looked up into the sky and laughed. Then he saw something in the sky and let her go.
